On November 24, 2021, the CENTRAL BOD and Managers Conference with the goal of “Connection, Companion, and Development” was successfully held at The Grand Ho Tram Strip, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. This is also the area where CENTRAL is currently working on 3 featured projects: Movenpick Hotel – Novaworld Ho Tram; Charm Long Hai Resort; Venezia Beach. More than 50 staff representing the Heads of Departments, Project Directors, Senior Site Managers were present to discuss and give suggestions and opinions.

The conference had 3 main contents:

– CENTRAL business planning in 2022

– Organizational chart and operating system, CENTRAL position in the market

– Thoughts, aspirations, and opinions of all levels of management to contribute to the organization in a constructive, open, and comfortable spirit.

As reported during the conference, CENTRAL’s Backlog sales for 2022 are 16.822 billion. Besides, CENTRAL has had invitations to participate in megaprojects for next year from famous investors, so it is expected that Backlog sales will increase in Q1 and Q2 next year.

Along with that, CENTRAL’s personnel scale is being expanded, attracting and welcoming mid-level and high-level personnel in the industry to join the team to meet and ensure efficiency for the workload at the projects. While the Vietnamese market has progressed through 4 waves Covid pandemic and there are still many uncertainties in the future, CENTRAL has maintained its business results and maintained progress milestones in projects that received a lot of attention. Thanks and trust from the Investors. It is really the honor and pride of the whole company team.

During the meeting, there were had many comments and discussions strongly and clearly in order to streamline the process, improve the professionalism in the system as well as make suggestions in connecting, interacting within their own team and between Departments and Projects.

Also on this trip, CENTRAL received good news:

– The Letter of Acceptance of Takashi Ky Co – Danh Khoi Group with the scale of HH21 Tower, 39 floors and 1 basement.

– The successful commencement of Hoa Phat Container Factory Project

– Winning the “Residential – Commercial – New Service Lagi” Infrastructure

After the trip, CEO Tran Quang Tuan sent a letter expressing: “I am very grateful to you for taking the time to meet and discuss at The Grand Ho Tram Strip recently. The goal of the meeting is to create conditions for us, members of the same team, to meet face-to-face after a long time apart and share our feelings. And we were able to do it…

After this initial meeting, we will have a chance to meet other times, to discuss and find solutions to help us connect faster and better. We have no right or wrong, no good or bad, and we won’t judge each other. Together, we will find solutions and approaches to help each person feel valued, proud to fulfill their role, with the belief that each member is contributing to the company value. ”

On the morning of October 20, 2021, CENTRAL and female staff celebrated Vietnamese Women’s Day at the Company’s Office. Especially, this year’s program had the presence of CEO Tran Quang Tuan.

Meeting in a quiet cozy atmosphere, the female staff shared about the company’s working process and experience together. Today, everyone has their own feelings, and these are the most precious moments in the program.

Representative of the BOD, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “Thank you for being both a strong support for the family and the “steel roses” who have made great contributions to the second house named CENTRAL. On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day, a more special occasion than another daily basis, the day we honor the women around us and I would like to send bouquets of flowers and wishes for health, energy, and much success to all of you. Hopefully, we will all continue to cooperate together.”

At Projects, representatives of SMBs celebrated and gave gifts to congratulate Vietnamese Women’s Day. The gifts are small but show the care and appreciation from the Company.

Wish all of the female staff at CENTRAL will always be joyful, happy, and successful in life.

Although the deployment of OGSM at CENTRAL has just been the second year, it can be seen that the company has had a successful start. The most obvious evidence is that through the market fluctuations in 2020, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused major companies in the construction industry to decline business performance; however, CENTRAL was able to maintain a high growth rate in the period of 2018 – 2020. At the beginning of 2021, Company had an approval salary increase for all employees as a recognition for their positive contribution and a worthy reward for an individual’s capacity in the general development of CENTRAL.

On the morning of 28 April 2021, at the head office, CENTRAL held a signing ceremony to deploy OGSM 2021 between Chairman/CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the Board of Directors and Senior Managers of the Company.

“The year 2021 will be a pivotal year for us to focus on strengthening internal forces, promoting the system, as well as strengthening connectivity between Sites/Departments in the Company; especially developing leadership skills for the Senior Managers. Through the signing of OGSM in 2021, we can see the determination of each Site/Department member in ensuring and looking forward to a breakthrough in the quality of work. I hope that each level of management together with its departmental specialists must together improve their professional skills, improve their own qualifications and skills. From the above factors, we will complete and develop together, making CENTRAL a leading company in the construction industry ” – CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared at the ceremony.

During the signing ceremony, on behalf of the Senior Managers, Mr. Ho Dinh Long – Project Director and Ms. Mai Thi Kim Dung – Head of Finance and Accounting Department committed to the entire Board of Directors of the Company with high determination to implement the planned targets.  Besides, further enhancing, sharing, guiding, and training the team, together create values for CENTRAL.

Recently, CENTRAL has organized the Site Manager Portrait presentation at the head office. The program is honored to have the presence of BOD and all Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager in the Southern. The remote management levels participated online.

Mr. Nguyen Bao Khanh – Senior Site Manager of Selavia Phu Quoc Project and Mr. Vo Minh Thanh – Site Manager of Vinhomes River Park Project has led listeners to:

• Roadmap from Supervisor to Site Manager

Necessity and sufficiency to become a Site Manager including Professional experience; Management capacity; English skills; Ethical qualities and Practice certificates are specified in Article 49 of Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP.

The program had a lot of comments and exciting discussions; since then, it is proved that there are many resonated factors to create the portrait of the Site Manager of CENTRAL. Besides, through the presentation, the development roadmap has been clearly identified to become the SM in the organizational system. It is the goal and pride of a construction engineer to become Site Manager of CENTRAL.

After the success of the 1^st Partnership Conference, in the past 2 days, November 27, 2020, and December 1, 2020, CENTRAL organized the 2^nd & 3^rd Partnership Conferences at the Company’s Head Office. Both meetings were attended by members of the BOD of the Company and the presence of Suppliers and MEP Subcontractors.

In the development process of CENTRAL, it is impossible not to mention the important role of Suppliers and Subcontractors, who have always accompanied with our projects.

At the meeting, the representatives of the partners enthusiastically shared the payment problems and arising during the construction process. The above issues were recorded and answered directly by the BOD. Through these exchange opportunities, CENTRAL and partners will find solutions to achieve common goals, towards a cooperative relationship that connects long-term benefits, more effective and sustainable in the next time.

Sharing about the production and the business situation at the end of 2020 and 2021, Mr. Pham Huu Phuc – Construction Division Director, Sub-contractor Manager said that CENTRAL has developed very rapidly, currently undertaking many projects. high-end, the field of construction is expanding day by day. Opportunity comes to CENTRAL and also an opportunity for Company’s partners. On the Company’s side, it will accelerate the support of partners’ problems, and coordinate and supplement appropriate human resources in project management.

At the meeting, the Finance and Accounting Department also introduced to the partners the payment program, which is a form of cooperation and synergistic value of 3 parties: CENTRAL – Techcombank – Partners. This is a program that Techcombank exclusively offers for CENTRAL partners, in order to support maximum payment for Subcontractors cooperating with CENTRAL.

In addition, CENTRAL introduces the functions and tasks of the Subcontractor Management Department. As an extension arm, the Department will connect partners with relevant Departments in supporting the work between the Office and the Site in a smooth and timely manner.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” It is the spirit of the CENTRAL Partnership Conference 1^st – 2020 occurs on November 13rd 2020, at the Head Office of CENTRAL.

Participating in the conferences include the BOD, Head of Dept, Project Directors, and a representative from Sub-contractor in the Southern.

Through this event, the BOD of CENTRAL would like to share with the Sub-contractors about the company’s vision, culture, development policy, and cooperation strategy. Also, it is a meaningful opportunity for the company to listen to contributions from the Subcontractors.

At the event, CEO Trần Quang Tuan expresses his gratitude and faith to the Subcontractors who have worked a long time. As the leader, the CEO commits to improving the management aspect, standardizing the policies to assist all sub-contractors, and extending the cooperation that brings benefits for both parties.

The highlight of the conference is the discussion between CENTRAL BOD and representative of Sub-contractors in which help to understand and to enhance the relationship, support from both sides, create a fair, committed, positive working environment.

At the same time, the representatives from the CENTRAL dept. have taken notes and comments from Subcontractors to improve the procedure in making payments, contracts.

Besides, working side–by–side with CENTRAL, there are suppliers, construction teams from all around the nation. These are not just the partners; our company always sees them as a member of CENTRAL’s family.
