On the evening of November 9, 2022, at White Palace Hoang Van Thu Convention Center, The Vietnam Best Places To Work 2022 Award Ceremony held by ANPHABE professional community network and INTAGE Vietnam market research company took place in a solemn and majestic atmosphere. This is also the 9th year that the unit has announced this list.

The above results are concluded from the Vietnam Best Workplaces 2022 survey conducted by Anphabe from April to September this year, with the participation of 57,939 employees, in 515 companies. In addition, this unit also conducts in-depth surveys and interviews with about 150 leaders and human resource managers in 20 main industries.

2022 is the first year that CENTRAL was named in the Top #100 – Vietnam Best Places To Work with total 3 categories:

1. Top #4 – Vietnam Best Places To Work 2022 in Construction/ Architecture

2. Top #50 – Vietnamese Attractive Employers 2022

CENTRAL was continually honored in the category of Corporate Excellence Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2022 (APEA) on October 07^th, 2022 at Gem Center.

This prestigious prize demonstrated the Company’s tireless efforts in sustainable development and meaningful community activities.

Taking place annually since 2007, APEA is held by Enterprise Asia – a non-governmental organization in pursuit of creating an Asia that is rich in entrepreneurship, aiming to honor organizations who have shown outstanding performance and tenacity in developing successful businesses, whilst not neglecting the social responsibilities that come with leadership based on the following criteria such as financial audit, business data assessment, and leadership capacity continuously for many years, independent assessment of corporate brand through various reliable sources.

At the ceremony, Dr. Fong Chan Onn – Chairman of Enterprise Asia emphasized: “Enterprise Asia believes in providing a platform, due recognition and publicity to Asia’s leading entrepreneurs and organizations to promote sustainable leadership, innovation, and responsible entrepreneurship.”

This year, APEA 2022 announced various nominees through a rigorous evaluation process by a jury of prominent judges across four categories: Master Entrepreneur, Inspirational Brand, Fast Enterprise, and Corporate Excellence. The program was held solemnly and professionally. This is also an opportunity for businesses to meet and connect with each other.

On the afternoon of July 10^th, 2022, at Hoa Lu Stadium, District 1, HCMC, CENTRAL successfully organized the Closing Ceremony of the CENTRAL Sports Day 2022. This event took place on 2 days July 3^rd & July 10^th, 2022, with enthusiasm, objectivity, and honesty; at the same time, frequently received attention and direction from the Board of Directors along with the close coordination between the Organizing Committee and more than 600 athletes participating in the competition.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the CENTRAL Sports Day, Mr. Tran Minh Thi – Head of the Organizing Committee had a reminder at the beginning of the day for all athletes, especially Football teams, before starting all the games. Right after that, the cheers from the fans blew up the spirit of the players to try their best.

Chess & Chinese chess also took place on July 10^th, 2022 with the participation of more than 70 players. The Organizing Committee was really surprised by the players’ enthusiastic and highly professional participation. This is a sport that brings together many excellent individuals.

Notably, the relay race blew up the stadium, attracting the participation of 28 Departments & Projects. The atmosphere of cheering from the fans together energizes the teams to finish successfully. The game has fully linked the spirit and connection of the team members.

At the end of the day, all of the athletes seem to focus on the Final Match between Happy One Central and Masteri Center Point. Congratulations to the Happy One Central team for a great performance, conquering the cup to become the champion of Central Sports Day 2022.

In tune with the emotions of the closing ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Huy – Structural Engineer of D&B Center composed and sent the poem to the Organizing Committee as a thank you and encouragement for the team’s competitive spirit of all athletes participating.

Once again, congratulations on a successful CENTRAL Sports Day 2022.

On the morning of July 3^rd, 2022 at Hoa Lu Stadium, District 1, HCMC, CENTRAL SPORTS DAY 2022 was held for the first time gathering more than 700 athletes, supporters who are CENTRAL’s employees come from Departments/Projects from all over the country. All athletes will compete in 7 games: Football, Badminton, Billiards Carom 3 Tape, Tug of War, Relay Race 4x100m, Chess, Chinese Chess along with the sporting spirit.

Sports Day is one of the activities to celebrate 5 Years Anniversary. It is a healthy, useful playground aiming to improve physical strength & fitness and especially create a strong bond of unity among employees from Departments/Projects.

CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared his speech at the ceremony: “I appreciate the organization and the sporting spirit of CENTRAL’s employees and alsoencourage all of the employees to join the Sports Day with the spirit of unity, honest and noble competition and show to the audiences fair-play matches and I wish all of the athletes conquer the highest prizes.”

On behalf of the Organization Board, Mr. Tran Minh Thi shared his speech: “I hope that all of the athletes will show a healthy sporting spirit, together competing with a cold head and a warm heart to contribute to the success of Sports Day. On behalf of the Organization Board, I would like to announce that CENTRAL Sports Day 2022 has officially begun!”

At the end of the Opening Ceremony, athletes of Football, Badminton, and Billiards Carom 3 Tape moved to the competition venues. Before the day of Sports Day, all athletes practiced and aimed to win the highest prizes. In addition, the enthusiastic cheering of the fans adds more attraction to the games.

On June 23^rd, 2022, CENTRAL celebrated 5 Years Anniversary 23.06.2017 – 23.06.2022 at the Office Building.

The warm and cozy party had the presence of BOD, honored guests, and all employees gathering on the Ground Floor of the Office Building and via online meeting.

5 years is not a long journey for a corporate but 5 Years Anniversary of CENTRAL is a milestone to witness the company’s development and become the leading contractor. This is the fruitage made from constant effort and contribution of all employees.

Watching the video of 5 Years Anniversary, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “Up to now, CENTRAL has nearly 1,300 employees, and this is the most value asset of the company. On this special day, we have achieved a new milestone when announcing the Fairmont first 6-star hotel in Hanoi along with major projects. After experiencing 5 years of establishment and development, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and a wish of good health to all the people of CENTRAL. I strongly believe that in the future, CENTRAL is still the leading contractor with sustainable development and a bright future.”

In the mood of the party, Mr. Tran Quang Huy – Structural Executive (D&B Center) composed a poem marking the milestone of contributing to CENTRAL:

After 4 months of reviewing the OGSM 2021’s result and setting a new goal for the OGSM 2022, on the morning of April 29th, 2022 at the company’s building, CENTRAL held the OGSM 2022 Signing Ceremony between CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the Board of Directors, Senior Managers of the Company.

The annual OGSM Signing Ceremony is a big and important event and it is the most obvious evidence of CENTRAL’s new growth in the 5th year. At this time, all company’s commitments and strategic plans are witnessed by all employees to strengthen their ability, leadership, and determination to complete the set goals.

Sharing at the ceremony, CEO Tran Quang Tuan said: “CENTRAL has more than 1,200 employees and this man force will meet the requirements of human resources in recent and new projects. This is also a chance for us to gather together and review the past year as well as plan for 2022. We must keep the faith to persevere in our work and face challenges in the future.”

At the closing, the CEO and the Board of Directors, and Senior Managers of the Company shared about implementing those plans in 2022 and how to strengthen the leadership.
