On June 5, 2026, the Hubexo Asia Awards 2026, one of the construction industry’s most anticipated annual events, was held at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the 21st anniversary of recognizing outstanding achievements in architecture and construction across Asia. At the ceremony, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company was honoured among the Top 10 Contractors in Vietnam for the third consecutive year, an accolade presented by the international organization Hubexo, formerly known as BCI Asia.

On June 23, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company celebrated its 9th Anniversary (June 23, 2017 – June 23, 2026) at the Company’s headquarters in a joyful atmosphere filled with pride and gratitude.

The celebration was attended by the Company’s BOD, employees from various departments, and project management teams from projects across the Ho Chi Minh City area. Project teams operating nationwide, as well as CENTRAL’s international projects in Taipei and Hsinchu (Taiwan), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Israel, also joined the celebration via live online connection.

09 years may not be a long journey in the life of a company, yet it is sufficient to reflect a path defined by perseverance, remarkable milestones, and lasting values built through every project and every member of the CENTRAL family. Throughout this journey, CENTRAL has continued to grow stronger, successfully overcoming market challenges while reinforcing its reputation through professionalism, reliability, and a pioneering spirit. These achievements have been made possible not only by sound strategic direction but also by the dedication, responsibility, and collective commitment of employees across all departments and project teams.

On June 26, 2026, at the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 Hotel, Bao Tai chinh – Dau tu (the Ministry of Finance), in collaboration with Viet Research, held the Announcement and Recognition Ceremony for the ESG Vietnam Green Enterprises 2026.

At the event, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company was honoured as one of the Top 10 ESG Vietnam Green Enterprises 2026 – Construction Industry.

This marks the second consecutive year that CENTRAL has been included in this prestigious ranking, reaffirming the Company’s pioneering position and steadfast commitment to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its operations while advancing sustainable development and green transformation.

The ranking Top 10 & Top 5 Most Reputable Companies in the Real Estate – Construction – Building Materials sectors are based on independent research methodology, incorporating key criteria such as financial capacity, media reputation, and stakeholder surveys. The results objectively reflect the position of leading enterprises playing pivotal roles across their respective industries.

Securing the 3rd position in the Top 10 Most Reputable Building Contractors 2026 highlights CENTRAL’s strong operational scale and solid financial foundation as one of Vietnam’s Leading General Contractors. It also reflects the Company’s consistent development strategy, centered on its core strength in construction contracting. Highlights from the VNR500 announcement ceremony:

On April 17, 2026, within the framework of the research program on ESG commitments and implementation across key economic sectors, Viet Research, in collaboration with Financial Investment Newspaper (under the Ministry of Finance), officially announced the ESG10 2026 ranking. Accordingly, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company was honored among the Top 10 Vietnam Green ESG Companies 2026 in the Construction Sector – General Contractors, marking its second consecutive year of recognition.

The ESG10 program aims to establish a set of ESG evaluation criteria tailored to Vietnam’s context while aligning with international standards. It also seeks to promote healthy competition among enterprises and build a comprehensive ESG database to support research and policymaking. Notably, over 95% of enterprises participating in Viet Research’s Q1 2026 survey have set Net Zero targets or adopted sustainability policies, with 93% committing to carbon emission reduction.

Amid the growing emphasis on sustainable development in the construction industry, ESG has increasingly become a key indicator of corporate capability and social responsibility. In alignment with this trend, CENTRAL has accelerated the digitalization of construction sites to optimize energy usage and control emissions, while systematically integrating ESG principles throughout the entire project lifecycle from design and construction to operation.
