On January 8, 2026, at the Ho Guom Opera House in Hanoi, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in co-ordination with VietNamNet e-newspaper announced the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500).

Located in Hanoi’s Đông Anh District and covering nearly 45 hectares with a total investment exceeding VND 9,300 billion, the Tien Duong 1 project is a large-scale social housing initiative in which CENTRAL is both a co-investor and construction contractor. The project will supply more than 3,100 social housing units, alongside comprehensive technical infrastructure, public utilities, educational institutions, and green spaces. Positioned as a flagship social housing model in Northern Hanoi, the project is expected to serve workers, civil servants, and residents in an area earmarked for development into a smart satellite city of the capital.
