As part of CENTRAL BOM’s business trip to Israel, the CENTRAL Israel’s PMB in Tel Aviv had the honor of welcoming Amb. Irit Savion Waidergorn, Israel’s Ambassador to Vietnam.

The visit reflected the Israeli diplomatic representative’s interest in a Vietnamese enterprise operating in the country, while highlighting the credibility CENTRAL has established and the strong bilateral relationship between the two sides. It also opened up opportunities for further cooperation between Vietnam and Israel in the years ahead.

The meeting took place during a business trip to Israel by CEO Tran Quang Tuan and CENTRAL BOM, which included site inspections to assess construction quality and visits to check on the living and working conditions of Vietnamese engineers and workers in the country. During the trip, CEO Trần Quang Tuấn also met with the Embassy of Vietnam in Israel, marking the significance of this special diplomatic engagement.

Israel is regarded as a key international market, while also being one of the most demanding, with stringent requirements for technical standards, construction speed, quality and occupational safety. Building on its proven general contracting capabilities demonstrated through a wide range of large-scale projects for reputable developers, CENTRAL has become one of the pioneering Vietnamese General Contractors officially licensed to deploy Vietnamese engineers and skilled workers directly to construction projects in Israel.

CENTRAL is currently directly delivering eight large-scale projects across key cities including Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva and Ramat Gan. These include Atidim Park Tower, Academic Quarter, Ichilov Hospital, Yuvalim, Uziel 13–15, Data Center and Ramla. The presence of a Vietnamese contractor in Israel not only reflects CENTRAL’s ambition to integrate into the international construction market, but also contributes to showcasing the image of Vietnamese workers as disciplined, capable and responsible professionals on the global stage.

At CENTRAL’s project sites in Israel, construction activities are carried out at a demanding pace, with works progressing continuously. Engineers and workers maintain a high level of concentration during structural slab concrete pours, closely monitoring technical parameters and construction methods at every stage. The combination of modern technology, stringent quality-control procedures and strong labor discipline enables concrete pouring operations to be carried out safely and in accordance with the schedules committed to local developers.

Alongside construction progress, CENTRAL BOM places a strong emphasis on the material well-being, morale and working environment of its workforce. During the latest visit, CEO Tran Quang Tuan and the BOM spent considerable time inspecting accommodation and living conditions for engineers and workers, while providing encouragement and support to employees working far from home.

At the Tel Aviv construction site, occupational safety instructions are displayed in four languages: English, Vietnamese, Arabic and Hebrew. This multilingual approach helps engineers and workers from different countries understand and comply with safety requirements to the highest possible standards. It also reflects CENTRAL’s respect for cultural diversity and ensures that safety procedures are accessible and clearly understood by all personnel working on the project.

From the evening of August 4 to the early morning of August 5, 2026, the CENTRAL’s PMB at The Legend City Da Nang successfully completed the concrete pouring for the Level 4 transfer slab and beams, featuring a structural depth of 2.7 meters and a width of 2.95 meters. The milestone is recognized as the largest transfer slab and beam system completed in Da Nang to date, marking a significant achievement in the project’s construction progress.

The large-scale concrete pour involved approximately 4,500 m³ of mass chilled concrete, 1,000 tons of reinforcement steel, and an integrated post-tensioning cable system within the transfer beam structure. The substantial material volume and stringent technical requirements demanded meticulous planning, coordination, and quality control throughout every stage of execution.

To ensure uninterrupted construction, the PMB worked closely with multiple major concrete suppliers, mobilizing dozens of concrete mixer trucks, boom pumps, and line pumps to operate continuously overnight and maintain a stable concrete supply throughout the pour.

Strategically located on a prime site with four frontages at the foot of Cau Rong Bridge, The Legend City Da Nang comprises 03 basement levels and two 29-story towers, accommodating hotel and high-end residential functions. The project is currently among the prominent developments attracting significant attention in Da Nang and the Central Vietnam’s real estate market.

As the final concrete pumping operations were completed, a strong sense of pride was evident among the engineers and workers on site. The successful pour was not only the result of many hours of continuous effort, but also a testament to the close coordination, strong sense of responsibility, and determination demonstrated by the Client, CENTRAL, and all partners.

Following this major milestone, the PMB will continue executing the structural works for the typical floors, steadily advancing the project in line with the committed schedule and quality standards.

Just over four months after taking possession of the construction site, the Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge Project in Cam Lam Commune, Khanh Hoa Province has successfully launched the installation of its first Super-T girders, marking a significant milestone in the bridge’s structural construction. In parallel, pier construction and girder casting activities continue as planned to maintain the project’s overall schedule.

Spanning approximately 800 metres across the Thuy Trieu Lagoon on Nguyen Tat Thanh Boulevard, the bridge is designed with a modern steel arch structure integrated with reinforced concrete, featuring two independent spans to ensure long-term structural integrity, operational safety, and durability. As a key transportation infrastructure project, the bridge will strengthen connectivity between Nha Trang City, Cam Lam, and Cam Ranh International Airport, while contributing to the completion of the regional transport network and supporting the socio-economic development of southern Khanh Hoa Province.

According to the construction schedule, the installation of all Super-T girders is expected to be completed by September this year. On the morning of  July 22^nd 2026, the joint investment partnership comprising T&T Group, Cienco 4, and Quang Tri Airport Co., Ltd., in collaboration with CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, held the Topping-out Ceremony for the Air Traffic Control Tower of the Quang Tri Airport Project in a formal ceremony in Gio Linh District, Quang Tri Province.

The event was attended by representatives of the Investors, the General Contractor, the Supervision Consultant, as well as the PMB teams.

With a total investment, worth 5,821 billion VND, the Quang Tri Airport Project is one of the key transportation infrastructure developments in the North Central region of Vietnam. The project has now entered its peak construction phase, with 260.7 hectares of cleared land out of the total 265.3 hectares, while multiple critical work packages are being executed simultaneously.

The topping-out of the Air Traffic Control Tower marks the successful completion of the project’s first major structure, representing a significant construction milestone. Often regarded as the “brain” of airport operations, the Air Traffic Control Tower is a highly specialized facility requiring exceptionally stringent standards in structural engineering, architectural design, aesthetics, and the installation of advanced air traffic management systems. It will serve as the operational hub responsible for ensuring flight safety and coordinating all airport operations once the airport becomes operational.

Recognizing its critical role, the project team prioritized this package from the earliest stages of construction. Despite challenging weather conditions, complex geological characteristics, and demanding schedule requirements, CENTRAL’s engineers and construction workforce worked tirelessly around the clock to complete the structure on schedule, laying a solid foundation for the integrated operation of the airport’s entire aviation system.

Quang Tri Airport is being developed under the public–private partnership (PPP) model. Groundbreaking took place in July 2024, with total investment exceeding VND 5.8 trillion. The project is under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. The project meets the standards of a level 4C airport, capable of handling code E aircraft and irregular international flights; and is also a level II military airport, with a designed capacity of 5 million passengers/year.

According to the latest progress update from the PMB, construction of the airport’s other major components-including the runway, taxiways, passenger terminal, and technical infrastructure-is progressing concurrently with the completion of the control tower. For the passenger terminal, the primary structural works have been substantially completed. Internal and external masonry and plastering are underway, while installation of the terminal’s roof steel structure, auxiliary facilities, and supporting infrastructure continues as planned. Meanwhile, the runway has been completed. For the taxiway and airfield drainage system, organic soil stripping, mud excavation, subgrade excavation, and compaction have all been completed, achieving the required K98 compaction standard.

As the General Contractor for the Quang Tri Airport Project-one of Vietnam’s national key infrastructure developments, CENTRAL is proud to contribute to the expansion of the Central Region’s aviation network, creating a vital foundation for regional socio-economic development. Upon completion, the airport is expected to become a new catalyst for tourism, logistics, and investment attraction across Quang Tri Province and its economic zones.

On the morning of June 23, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with BIM Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Aria Bay Ha Long Project in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The ceremony was held in a formal atmosphere with the participation of representatives from the Investor, CENTRAL as the General Contractor, together with project partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

On the morning of May 27, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Emerald River Park officially took place on Saigon River Embankment Road, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in the presence of representatives from Investor Le Phong Group, General Contractor CENTRAL, as well as partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The event marked a significant milestone in the realization of a new residential landmark, bringing together premium and sustainable living values in the Northeast Saigon area.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held just over two weeks after the Strategic Partnership Signing Ceremony on May 11, 2026.
