At the D-Aqua High-Rise Apartment & Commercial Service Office Project located along Binh Dong Wharf in Ho Chi Minh City, the CENTRAL project management team is accelerating the completion of the final works for handover to the Investor, DHA Corporation.
As the General Contractor, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company is delivering the project on a land area of 8,025 m², comprising two basements and two 25-storey towers. Benefiting from a strategic location with convenient connectivity and integrated internal amenities, D-Aqua stands out through its refined apartment designs, optimized layouts, and well-invested finishing standards, aiming to provide a sustainable living experience for future residents.

According to updates from the D-Aqua project management team, finishing works for both towers; including masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, external façade works, and installation of MEP systems; have now been completed. Throughout the construction process, the finishing standards were strictly implemented and carefully controlled by CENTRAl’s PMB, ensuring not only compliance with technical requirements but also meticulous finishing quality.

One of D-Aqua’s key highlights lies in its design approach based on the practical living needs of young urban families. The apartments are arranged with interconnected open spaces between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, maximizing usable area while creating a spacious atmosphere throughout each unit.
