On the morning of May 27, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Emerald River Park officially took place on Saigon River Embankment Road, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in the presence of representatives from Investor Le Phong Group, General Contractor CENTRAL, as well as partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held just over two weeks after the Strategic Partnership Signing Ceremony on May 11, 2026.
