On April 22, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with developer CapitaLand Development (CLD), organized a Safety Day program at the Sycamore project in Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together representatives of the developer, project leadership, and the full team of engineers and workers those quietly contributing to the project’s success on site.

Amid the fast-paced rhythm of construction, where machinery and deadlines define each day, safety remains the most critical priority. CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE OF LA PURA PROJECT

Recently, the high-end branded residences segment Branded Residences: Lusso Saigon, part of the La Pura mega urban complex, officially partnered with WorldHotels™ the most prestigious brand under BWH Hotels bringing international five-star hospitality standards into the residential segment in Ho Chi Minh City.

Developed by Phat Dat Corporation and with CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company serving as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, La Pura is a prominent mixed-use development in Binh Duong, comprising a commercial center and eight 40-storey residential towers.

The partnership with the globally renowned WorldHotels™ brand marks a significant milestone in the development of Lusso Saigon. It not only elevates the value and reputation of the branded residences segment but also enhances the overall positioning of the La Pura project, reinforcing its premium standards and strengthening its image in the market.

As the D&B general contractor, CENTRAL takes pride in contributing to the realization of a large-scale, integrated, and modern urban complex that is expected to reshape the urban landscape of the area. According to the latest update from CENTRAL’s PMB, construction is progressing at a strong and consistent pace, with all major work packages being implemented in parallel and aligned with the overall master schedule:

  • Vista 1 has reached Level 21/40; Vista 2 has reached Level 22/40;
  • Zenia 1 has reached Level 32/40; Zenia 2 has reached Level 36/40;
  • Lusso Saigon towers are currently under construction up to Level 4, while the commercial center and Risa 1 & 2 are in preparation, targeting simultaneous progress to Level 21 in the near future.

At the same time, interior and exterior finishing works, along with MEP works, are being carried out concurrently. Structural construction is maintaining a stable cycle of approximately 5 – 6 days per floor. In parallel, surrounding infrastructure is being developed in a synchronized manner, including the expansion of the main boulevard in front of the project to up to 60 meters, enhancing connectivity and contributing to the overall value of the development.

Throughout the construction process, CENTRAL’s PMB applies aluminum formwork systems combined with protective scaffolding to ensure both safety and construction efficiency. In addition, the project utilizes AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks an environmentally friendly building material supporting sustainable development goals and reducing carbon emissions in construction.

On April 8, 2026, at the headquarters of CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, Chairman & CEO Tran Quang Tuan officially appointed Mr. Duong Dinh Thanh as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With nearly four decades of experience in the construction industry and project management, particularly in large-scale projects implemented under international standards, he brings a profound understanding of enterprise operations and modern management technologies. His expertise enables him to design and execute restructuring programs tailored to advanced and practical operational models. He is the creator of the Integrated Management System (IMS), a powerful tool that facilitates digital transformation within organizations.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Duong Dinh Thanh will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Company’s overall operations. His key priorities include developing and standardizing governance systems, establishing comprehensive risk control mechanisms, and implementing KPI evaluation frameworks across the organization in alignment with the specific characteristics of the construction industry.

CENTRAL UPDATES CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF MASTERI RIVERA DANANG PROJECT

Following three months since the topping-out milestone on December 2, 2025, the Masteri Rivera Danang project, developed by Masterise Homes with CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company serving as the Design & Build General Contractor, has entered the final stage of completion. Construction progress is being accelerated to ensure readiness for handover, scheduled for the end of July 2026.

Strategically located in Hoa Cuong Ward, Masteri Rivera Danang benefits from strong connectivity and significant development potential. It comprises two basements and two towers rising 40 floors, built on a 1.82-hectare site, with a total CFA of 165,595 square meters. In its role as D&B General Contractor, CENTRAL has been working closely with the developer and Vertical Studio to deliver the project in accordance with stringent technical and quality standards, aiming to create a modern and sustainable architectural landmark in Da Nang.

Recently, the CENTRAL’s PMB successfully completed the energization and commissioning phase of the MEP system. In parallel, efforts are being focused on interior finishing works, including installation of fixtures and fittings within the apartments, as well as façade completion and landscape development.

The MEP process has been executed under a strictly controlled framework, with close coordination among CENTRAL’s PMB, the investor, supervision consultants, and subcontractors. Each component has undergone systematic inspection, calibration, and phased acceptance to ensure operational safety, system stability, and long-term performance. This milestone not only marks the technical completion of critical systems but also validates the project’s readiness for operational use.

Recently, the investor consortium Becamex Tokyu (Japan) officially announced the launch plan for Midori The Nest, located in the Science and Technology Urban Area in Northern Ho Chi Minh City. This is a distinctive apartment project targeting the young generation segment and is being constructed by CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company as the general contractor.

Becamex Tokyu is a joint venture between Tokyu Corporation (Japan) and Becamex IDC (Vietnam), established with the vision of developing urban areas in Binh Duong New City (1,000 hectares), including residential, commercial, and transportation complexes within the integrated “TOKYU Garden City.” In alignment with the investor Becamex Tokyu’s philosophy of creating refined, high-quality, and healthy living environments, CENTRAL focuses on delivering excellence in every construction activity, maintaining the value standards set by the investor through the capabilities of a leading construction contractor in Vietnam.
