On April 22, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with developer CapitaLand Development (CLD), organized a Safety Day program at the Sycamore project in Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together representatives of the developer, project leadership, and the full team of engineers and workers those quietly contributing to the project’s success on site.
Amid the fast-paced rhythm of construction, where machinery and deadlines define each day, safety remains the most critical priority. The Safety Day program was not merely a recognition of strict compliance with site regulations, but a reaffirmation that the health and well-being of every worker stand at the forefront for CENTRAL, the developer, and all participating contractors.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Tran Duy Vinh, CENTRAL’s Project Director, emphasized: “What makes me most proud is not just the project’s progress, but the fact that we have consistently upheld safety standards. Your discipline reflects responsibility not only to yourselves but also to your colleagues. No task is ever worth compromising safety.”

Reinforcing this message, Ms. LIM Qin Jie Jazreel, CFO representing CapitaLand Development, highlighted: “Safety is always our top priority throughout project execution not only for CapitaLand but for CENTRAL and all contractors involved. Especially when working at height, strict adherence to safety regulations and proper protective equipment is essential to minimize risks and ensure personal safety.”

Behind every safety helmet is a family waiting at home. Through this initiative Safety Day, CENTRAL, together with the developer and partners, aims to strengthen awareness, encourage proactive risk management, and foster a culture where safety is a shared responsibility across all levels.
The program concludes with a clear and powerful message for every worker on site: “Safety First So Everyone Returns Home Safely.”
