TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF HAPPY ONE CENTRAL TWIN TOWERS

On the morning of July 15th, 2023, CENTRAL cooperated with the investor Van Xuan Group to solemnly organize the topping out ceremony of Happy One Central project in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong.

In parallel with the topping out event, the investor also officially launched the opening of some typical apartments and utilities to visitors.

Happy One Central – the key project of Van Xuan Group in 2023, is the first apartment complex in Binh Duong to use unique façade and landscape lighting technology with the most advanced LED lighting system. In this project, CENTRAL is trusted by the investor Van Xuan Group in the role of General Contractor of the construction package from the basement, body structure, finishing and MEPF for the 02 towers with a scale of 03 basements and 40 floors, with 68 classy utilities arranged alternately in 04 areas of the ground floor, 3rd floor, 20th floor and 40th floor. Until now, these are 02 tallest towers, “expected to become a new architectural symbol in the center of Thu Dau Mot City“.

The topping out ceremony took place in accordance with the commitment plan between CENTRAL and the Investor, which is also the reputation of the Investor with customers, demonstrating the determination to ensure the progress and quality of the project.

CENTRAL WINS THE BID FOR PROJECT DEWEY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IN HANOI

FINISHING WORK FOR 1,500 APARTMENTS OF MASTERI CENTRE POINT

After more than 30 months of construction by closely following the progress in each phase, PMB of CENTRAL at Masteri Centre Point in Vinhomes Grand Park urban area, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City has accelerated to complete the process of handing over to Masterise Homes Investor.

In April 2023, 154 apartments have been completed to be ready for the handover with an average number of 20 to 40 apartments divided equally among 05 towers. Continually in May with 568 units and the total number of units handed over is expected to reach 1,500 by the end of June this year.

CENTRAL ACCOMPANIES THE HUMANITARIAN BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM –  “GIOT MAU SE CHIA” 2023

In order to contribute to spreading love, compassion and raise the awareness about social responsibility, each CENTRAL employee together with partners and relatives always actively accompany the blood donation program.

On this morning of May 11th, 2023, at the Company’s main office, CENTRAL in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Blood Donation Center and the Red Cross Society of Thao Dien ward organized the program “Giot Mau Se Chia” 2023.

The blood donation program went successfully with coordination from the parties. It was carried out with modern and professional processes. CENTRAL CO-ORGANIZES WORKSHOP ON SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS FOR GREEN FAÇADE

On the morning of 27/04/2023, CENTRAL cooperates with GreenViet Company and AGC Asia Pacific to organize a seminar with the topic “Sustainable Solutions for Green Façade” at CENTRAL Office headquarters. The event attracted speakers and guests from companies.

  • Mr. Do Huu Nhat Quang – Co-Founder & Business Development Director, Greenviet Green Building Consultancy;
  • Mr. Lim Yew Meng – Executive Director, AGC Asia Pacific;

 And guests from Companies:

  • Mr. Vuong Thanh Lam – Managing Director at Vertical Studio;
  • Mr. Ho Trong Hien – Chief Executive Officer, RFR FV – France Viet Nam Engineering;
  • Mr. Dang Viet Khoa – Managing Director, KAZE Interior Design Studio;

Together with a large number of managers and technical experts of CENTRAL.

The workshop is an opportunity to meet and exchange sustainable solutions in the field of construction. Currently, green buildings have been interested by many investors. At the workshop, speakers presented the process to obtain Green Building certification from design, bidding, construction to operation. By simulating the design of energy and natural light for the façade at an early stage of the building design process, the idea will help optimize the cost, optimize energy for the façade system and air conditioning system for the building.

At the same time, the speakers introduced the features and properties of new materials through 3 topics:

  • Energy-Efficient Glass/Energy-Generating Glass
  • ETFE Lightweight Materials
  • FEVE-based coatings

Using new materials with sustainability and efficiency helps the construction work and the cost of each project to be more economical and optimized.

Currently, green building technology and materials play an important role in evaluating green buildings for sustainable development. The application of green technology in the building is considered the optimal solution that makes an important contribution to creating a green building from design, structure, materials, and colors. Not only related to the quality of architectural aesthetics but also promoting efficiency in energy saving.

At CENTRAL, we have been constructing many projects according to “Green Façade” standards such as:

  • Emasi Plus International School – Water Point Campus – Leed Gold Standard
  • UOA Tower, The Metropole, Chadwick International School – BCA Green Mark Standard

Most especially, C.P. Office Building and Etown 6 projects received the LEED Platinum Ver.04 standard, the highest level of LEED standards of the US Green Building Council today. These projects will be the first ones to meet the highest level of green standards in Vietnam.

On the evening of November 9, 2022, at White Palace Hoang Van Thu Convention Center, The Vietnam Best Places To Work 2022 Award Ceremony held by ANPHABE professional community network and INTAGE Vietnam market research company took place in a solemn and majestic atmosphere. This is also the 9th year that the unit has announced this list.
