These lessons introduced new perspectives on managing teams and cultivating high-performing organizations. The program reinforced the belief that a truly strong organization is defined not by hierarchy or job titles, but by the responsibility, integrity, and leadership demonstrated by every individual.

CENTRAL expects the values and leadership principles cultivated through the program to continue spreading throughout its projects, departments, and teams, fostering a leadership culture built on trust, accountability, service, and people development.

At CENTRAL, creating a happy workplace-where people are respected, empowered, and given opportunities to grow-remains a long-term commitment and a fundamental pillar of the Company’s sustainable development strategy.
