On the evening of November 23^rd, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company was honored in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023 according to the voting results from Anphabe – the pioneer consulting firm providing Employer Brand and Happy Workforce solutions. Amidst market volatility, the global economy is strongly affected in many fields, and this year, the race for the title of “Best Places to Work in Vietnam” is hotter than ever. This result recognizes the efforts of Central’s Board of Directors and employees during the past year.

This is the 10th year Anphabe has announced this prestigious award. This year, for the first time, the ranking of the 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is separated into 2 separate tables according to the criteria of Large Enterprises and Medium Enterprises…

Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual award made completely independently, recognizing the most objective opinions from employees to measure the health of the Employer Brand; with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The model and evaluation method are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

The survey for Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023 was conducted from April to September independently, which polled 63,000 experienced workers from 18 industry groups of more than 700 leading enterprises to ensure fairness and objectivity of the results.

The survey was conducted based on the following criteria such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, company reputation, quality-market coverage of products and services; and health care for employees. With this result, Central has met the positive expectations of employees in many aspects.

This is the second consecutive year that Central is in the top large enterprises to win the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam. The company always focuses on building a culture based on core values: Trust, Integrity, Respect, Quality and People, building a dynamic working environment, each person always adapts quickly to market changes. Policies on welfare regimes, competitive salary in the industry, caring for the lives of employees and their relatives. Besides, the most important is training, building a succession team, and restructuring the human resource system towards sustainable development.

Central aims to build a working environment for self-improvement, so that each individual can work in a place where are loved, and respected; a second home for employees to work and contribute.

As part of CENTRAL’s annual CSR activities implemented in the locality where CENTRAL’s projects are located. On the afternoon of November 18^th, 2023, CENTRAL organized a scholarship award ceremony for excellent students with the spirit of overcoming difficulties from the following schools: Vinh Tuong 1, Vinh Tuong 2 & Vinh Tuong 3 in Vinh Tuong Commune, Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province.

In Vinh Tuong Commune, Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province, CENTRAL is constructing the Can Tho – Hau Giang Highway with the following items: Rung Tram Bridge – Km48+375; Giai Phong Bridge – Km47+039 & Giai Phong Bridge (Collector-distributor road) – Km47+039 under the Eastern North-South Expressway Construction Project, period 2021-2025 of the Ministry of Transport.

Through researching and acknowledging the difficult situation in the locality, CENTRAL has decided to donate: 340 backpacks to children of Vinh Tuong Kindergarten, 10 sets of desktop computers and 70 scholarships to students of 3 primary schools Vinh Tuong 1, Vinh Tuong 2 & Vinh Tuong 3,  at the same time, install wall fans for Vinh Tuong 3 Primary School (the campus 2).

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thien Thuat – Project Director on behalf of CENTRAL’s Board of Directors shared: “Recognizing the difficulties of local people, especially the desire of children to go to school, CENTRAL hopes to contribute and help them overcome difficulties in life and strive in learning. This is also the Company’s goal for sustainable development, not only to build local buildings but also to contribute to local development.”

In response, Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh – Chairman of Vinh Tuong Commune, on behalf of the local Board of Directors and the school, sent his sincere thanks: “This is a very practical and meaningful action that the company has given to excellent students overcoming difficulties. Vinh Tuong commune is currently difficult with a large population and unfavorable travel conditions. These gifts have contributed to paying for a part of their living costs here, helping them to have a more stable life and focus on their studies.”

In the future, each place CENTRAL passes through will have more meaningful activities for the community to bring joy and share difficulties with the locality, together building a better life. Particularly for scholarship programs, with this scholarship, the students will strive to study, be useful and help contribute to society.
