On the evening of November 23rd, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company was honored in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023 according to the voting results from Anphabe – the pioneer consulting firm providing Employer Brand and Happy Workforce solutions. Amidst market volatility, the global economy is strongly affected in many fields, and this year, the race for the title of “Best Places to Work in Vietnam” is hotter than ever. Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual award made completely independently, recognizing the most objective opinions from employees to measure the health of the Employer Brand; with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The model and evaluation method are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.
The survey for Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023 was conducted from April to September independently, which polled 63,000 experienced workers from 18 industry groups of more than 700 leading enterprises to ensure fairness and objectivity of the results.
The survey was conducted based on the following criteria such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, company reputation, quality-market coverage of products and services; and health care for employees. With this result, Central has met the positive expectations of employees in many aspects.
This is the second consecutive year that Central is in the top large enterprises to win the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam.
