CENTRAL WINS 3 PROJECTS BEFORE NEW YEAR’S EVE 2022

On the eve of the Lunar New Year of the Tiger 2022, CENTRAL is pleased to receive the letter of acceptance of 4 Projects including D&B Contractor of Hoa Phat Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Factory; General Contractor of Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Factory Project; MEPF Contractor Thao Dien Green Project.

Project 1: Hoa Phat Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Factory

With the basic function of producing spare parts, supplying the Hoa Phat Container production line, the Mechanical Equipment Factory Project is one of the enthusiastic projects of Hoa Phat Investor on the journey to enter the potential market of container manufacturing field in Vietnam.

Project 2: Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Factory

Hoa Phat investment in the freezers and refrigerators segment due to the increasing demand as well as their products have been resonated in the market. It also shows their quality and reputation in multi-sectors.

CENTRAL was also entrusted by Hoa Phat Group to be the General Contractor for the Container Factory Project with a scale of 27 hectares in the South, starting from November 25, 2021. By deploying 3 key factories, all of which are contracted to CENTRAL, this is the pride of the CENTRAL and SMB team. CENTRAL team is always aware of the responsibility to make efforts and determination to deploy Projects with speed, quality, and professionalism, meeting the belief of the Investor.

Project 3: Thao Dien Green MEPF

This is a key project in Thao Dien area, well known and welcomed by many customers. With the policy of fully handing over the General Contractor to CENTRAL from the first stages of the diaphragm wall piles, basement, body… On January 21, 2022, the Project successfully completed the batch of transferring floor beams with concrete volume up to 2,500m3, floor beam steel volume 800 tons. The construction process of CENTRAL received high appreciation from the SIC Investor and officially assigned the MEPF construction package for the entire Project.

CENTRAL AWARDS CERTIFICATE OF SAFETY TRAINING

On January 26, 2022, CENTRAL held a ceremony to award the certificate of completion of the safety training course for projects in HCMC, employees in the North and Central regions receive a certificate at the project they are working on.

The program covers 12 different theoretical and practical topics related to construction safety management, such as project site safety management, managing the system of documents and safety records, responding to emergency situations, hazard identification and risk assessment, and instructing first aid, fire prevention, fighting, and rescue. Employees have a better understanding of the responsibilities of safety workers on the construction site and a more practical application of the safety system throughout the planning and implementation stages until the end of the project after nearly two months of training.

It is expected that CENTRAL will organize more useful programs for employees at each management level in the near future to improve knowledge and professional expertise.

APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY SITE MANAGER

The CENTRAL Board of Directors recently appointed a Deputy Site Manager in order to provide management resources for future projects and to recognize individuals’ dedication in 2021.

In the final days of the year, CEO Tran Quang Tuan has visited every site to appoint, this has given the Centralers more strength and motivation for the new Deputy Site Manager to try to fulfill assigned tasks and meet the Company’s credibility.

There will have more talented Deputy Site Managers trained and developed into the Management team in the near future, it is promised.

ARIA DA NANG PROJECT, BW SIGNATURE COLLECTION BY BEST WESTERN ANNOUNCEMENT CEREMONY

On January 15, 2022, the Aria Danang Project, BW Signature Collection By Best Western Announcement Ceremony took place at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. CENTRAL participates in the Project as the General Contractor of 1 tower 30 floors, 1 tower 9 floors, and basement.

As the opening event in 2022 of the Project, Danh Khoi Investor and accompanying partners wish to bring customers a detailed view of the potential as well as the actual development of the Project. With the highlight being the first appearance of the Vogue Condosuites model, Aria Da Nang, BW Signature Collection By Best Western promises to create a new trend in the tourism – resort industry.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phap – Project Director shared: “For the Aria Da Nang Project, BW Signature Collection By Best Western, we focus on investing in equipment, applying advanced technology to improve the quality of the construction, meet the strict requirements in terms of technique, quality, safety and ensure the Project handover on schedule. We believe that, with the dedication and methodical investment of Danh Khoi Group, along with the deep understanding of soil and local culture of CENTRAL engineers, it will be a favorable premise to make the Project become one of the brightest spots for the Da Nang real estate market.”

THE NORTH YEAR-END PARTY 2021

In the joyful atmosphere of the approaching spring, on January 14, 2022, CENTRAL successfully organized the Year-end Party 2021 at Almaz Convention Center – Hoa Lan Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.

The program welcomed the presence of the entire BOD and about 170 employees of Projects in the North. All attendees received two doses and PCR test before the event.

The Year-end Party took place in a cozy atmosphere of camaraderie and brotherhood. At the event, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “After a year full of changes and challenges, I am extremely grateful and acknowledge the efforts and contributions of each employee, department, and project. In particular, employees are working at the Hanoi Office and the Northern construction sites with remarkable progress in their work and responsibilities have helped the Company successfully implement the Projects in the year”.
