CENTRAL LAUNCHES 2025 ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK PROGRAM: PROACTIVE CARE FOR EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING

From June 10 to June 28, 2025, CENTRAL is conducting its annual health check program for employees across all regions—North, Central, and South—covering both office personnel and on-site project staff. This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding the comprehensive health of its workforce.

The program offers flexible options for sample collection, which takes place either at company offices or directly at project sites. Employees then undergo full medical examinations at top-tier hospitals nationwide, including the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Medical Hospital, Vinmec Hospital System, and Hoan My Hospital.

Each employee receives a complete medical assessment, ranging from basic to advanced screenings, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations of their health status. The program serves not only as a preventive measure but also as a means of early detection of potential health risks.

Recognizing the vital role that every employee plays in the company’s development, CENTRAL views this annual health initiative as more than just a welfare activity. It is a strategic investment in protecting its human capital—an essential pillar for building a sustainable and resilient enterprise.

Formerly known as BCI Asia Awards, Hubexo Asia Awards is one of the oldest and most prestigious awards in the Architecture – Construction industry in Asia. CENTRAL LAUNCHES TD TOWER OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING – THAO DIEN’S FIRST GREEN OFFICE BUILDING

On June 10, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Duy Trung Y Investment Joint Stock Company, officially commenced the TD Tower Office and Commercial Building project Ground-Breaking Ceremony at 63 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the investor, Vietinbank, architectural consultancy ARDOR, structural and MEP design consultants RFR Phap Viet, quality management firm FQM, and the general contractor, CENTRAL.

CENTRAL CHAIRMAN’S BUSINESS TRIP TO TAIWAN: FORGING STRATEGIC TIES AND SPREADING HUMAN-CENTERED VALUES

In January 2024, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, Chairman of Central Construction Joint Stock Company, embarked on his first official business trip to Taiwan. This marked the beginning of a strategic partnership with Honhui Group—one of Taiwan’s leading real estate development corporations.

The visit laid a solid foundation for a series of dynamic bilateral exchanges between the two companies, reflecting a shared commitment to long-term collaboration and mutual development based on sustainable and modern values. Currently, Central and Honhui Group are jointly executing a flagship project in the heart of Taipei.

Taipei Twin Towers: A Milestone in Strategic Cooperation

The Taipei Twin Towers, located in the central business district of Taipei, stand as a significant hallmark of the partnership. Spanning over 590,000 square meters, the development features two towers—one with 55 floors reaching 289 meters and the other with 73 floors reaching 369 meters. The project is designed by the internationally acclaimed American architectural firm SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill).

From the outset, Central demonstrated a clear commitment to technological advancement by implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for its scope of work on the project. Impressed by the effectiveness of this approach, the investor expanded the application of BIM to the entire project and entrusted Central with the role of General BIM Coordinator.

This development represents not only a significant technical breakthrough but also a strong recognition of Central’s capabilities in project management and technological leadership on internationally symbolic constructions.

During the site visit, Chairman Tran Quang Tuan directly inspected construction progress and quality, expressing high praise for the Vietnamese engineers and workers operating on-site in Taiwan.

He also visited the canteen and living quarters to inquire about the workers’ living conditions, health, and overall well-being. His warm, sincere interactions conveyed a clear message: “Central is not only building structures—it is cultivating a humane, supportive working and living environment for its team.”

Zhongya Anju: Expanding International Footprint

The business trip continued to Hsinchu, Taiwan’s high-tech capital, where Central is executing the Zhongya Anju high-rise residential project. Covering over 59,000 square meters, the development consists of 2 towers, each with 21 stories and 4 basement levels. As a project with strong community significance, Zhongya Anju aims to create a high-quality living space for local residents.

Central is also a strategic partner of Sunsea Construction Corporation, a major construction firm in Taiwan. In Hsinchu, Chairman Tran met directly with Mr. Jerry H. Chiu, Chairman of Sunsea, to discuss long-term cooperation strategies. He also visited the construction site to meet and encourage Vietnamese workers, reinforcing morale and solidarity within the workforce.
