CENTRAL SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE LIFE COACHING PROGRAM – LIFE VALUE

As part of a series of training and fostering activities for the management level of the company, with the permission of the Directors, Human Resources Department of CENTRAL in cooperation with I.Value Academy Corporation successfully organized a skills training program, including: “Life Coaching – Life Value, HR for non-HR Director, Talk show “Innovating and creating in Management and Leadership for Work Efficiency”. “

The program is held from October 20 to October 21, 2018, at Him Lam Palace, Ho Chi Minh City. The activity has attracted 80 managerial personnel who are Project Director/ Head of Department/Board/Division and Commanders of the construction sites throughout the country.


LIFE COACHING- LIFE VALUE: “Love – Responsibility – Serving” The program is a journey that leads people inside, not only to bring the employees back to the source of happiness but also to help employees find the key to success.

Throughout the 15 hours of experience, teamwork is exciting with moments of self-reflection, and when being confronted and honest with ourselves, we discover the ultimate power of life in each person’s hands, experiencing the simple things that are so great in the present moment, something that people have long been looking for crazily.




At the same time, through activities, everyone has found a deep inner peace within the soul, in addition, to help them transform the relationship in work, life into relationships full of sympathy and love.

The program closes in gratitude and fills with full love for today’s life. Once again, we would like to thank CENTRAL’s Board of Directors for its continuous efforts to create the best working environment for whole employees. There is more than just working conditions or modern facilities but also a deep concern for the spiritual life of each employee and the resonance of good values to their families.

TALKSHOW ROLES OF PROJECT MANAGER & GENERAL FINANCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

Within the chain of training programs of Project Manager – Site Manager – Deputy Site Manager with the aim at improving professional knowledge and managerial skill for medium-level management personnel, CENTRAL organized successfully Talkshow “Role of project manager and general finance for project management personnel” in Liberty hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.

The program greeted CEO Mr. Tran Quang Tuan to come and share the title “Role of Project Manager” and Ms. Mai Thi Kim Dung with the title “General finance of project management personnel”. This was the second offline program in the year with the attendance of key personnel of CENTRAL, which includes the General Management Board and more than 70 attendees from Office departments/divisions and Site managers and Assistant Site Managers.

The warm-up part enclosed with the planes full of desire and ambition at the beginning of the program created an exciting and lively atmosphere throughout the auditorium.


The Talkshow with two titles brought quite a lot of useful information featuring practical characteristics as well as improved financial knowledge for the personnel of sites and relevant departments/divisions.

With this program, CEO Tran Quang Tuan expected that every employee learned and applied the shared skills and experiences well to their work with the target of increasing governance competence as well as improving productivity for the common objective of sustainable development of CENTRAL in the future.


These are initial steps for the chain of knowledge and skill training programs for Project Manager-Site manager-Assistant Site Manager and Training Division, Human Resources Department shall continue to launch more practical and attractive activities, which help individuals to fulfill their assignments.

CENTRAL ORGANIZED FIRE FIGHTING AND PREVENTION AT HEAD OFFICE BUILDING

On the morning of 31/08/2018, the Safety board organized successfully the training program on Fire Fighting and Prevention in 2008 at CENTRAL’s head office, Ho Chi Minh City.

The program attracted more than 30 trainees of whom 15 come from the Fire Fighting and Prevention Team of the office building and 15 safety supervisors in the South.


Fire Fighting and Prevention are considered extremely important to prevent and minimize occurrences of fires; early findings of fire causes shall help avoiding unexpected events, which may cause damages to humans and properties.


The instructors coming from City’s Fire Brigade introduced and shared useful skills with trainees regarding exiting from fired floors or obstruction cases in fires. The trainees were also provided with skills of smoke inhalation first aid and how to inspect and use fire extinguishers effectively. After completion of theoretical training, all trainees practiced firefighting with fire distinguishers, fire hose as well as rescue activities in case of fire at their bases.

In addition to securing effective business operations, CENTRAL always pays special attention to Fire Fighting and Prevention. Through this training program, the Departments/Sites of the Company shall recognize fully the importance and meaning of fire prevention and fighting because this is both responsibility and obligation of all employees of the CENTRAL.

CENTRAL ORGANIZE TRAINING PROGRAM “FINANCIAL – PROJECT BUDGET MANAGEMENT”

As part of the training plan, CENTRAL has successfully organized a training program named “Finance – Project Budget Management” on June 22, 2018, at Tan Cang restaurant.

The program was honored to welcome the presence of Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – CEO. That was the first time CENTRAL’s key people join the advanced training program, which demonstrates the special care of the BOD in the development of human resources.

That program had attracted more than 170 participants, including department heads (Office staffs), Site Manager/ Deputy Site Manager and representatives of relevant departments. All necessary knowledge about “Financial management – project budget” was shared by Doan Quoc Thinh (internal lecturer) very clear and detail in order to meet the requirements of raising high capacity management for management levels.

The program not only brings important knowledge about management but also contributes to build and consolidate the spirit of solidarity towards the core values called CENTRAL. After the program, the trainees also let us know they collected skills and practical experiences shared by the BOD.

CENTRAL “TRAINING INTEGRATION AND SHARING OF BENEFITS, POLICIES, CENTRAL COOPERATE CULTURE” FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

To respond the outstanding growth of the company, according to the quality of human resource require careful investment from the relevant departments. For the same purpose – to train and improve the morale of new staff. Specifically, on June 15,16th, 2018, HR Department has a sharing for more than 60 employees are Architect/Engineer has just offered during the recruitment in June, 2018. This form of training is also an annual activity after recruitment.

CENTRAL WAS AN EXAMINER IN THE FINAL ROUND OF THE “TECHNOLOGY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH – IVTH TIME, 2018” COMPETITION FESTIVAL

In the morning of March 31st 2018, the final round of “Technology scientific research – 4th time, 2018” competition festival was taken place at University of Technology in the joyful and exciting atmosphere, gathered students from 3 universities including University of Technology, University of Architecture and Ho Chi Minh city Open university.

Come to the academy of talent engineers this year, including 4 teams with different challenges. Accordingly, CENTRAL’s representatives are the judges for the 4 rounds, they have provided useful advice and comments in the situation round. The most interesting is the bidding round, 4 teams have participated in the bidding simulator, each team have carefully considered and calculated to make decisions & to be the winner.

Previously, in January 13th 2018, CENTRAL was honored to be the Silver Sponsor for that competition. Throughout the competition, CENTRAL had offered scholarships for team leaders who achieved good academic performances. Specifically, 5 scholarships were offered for 5 students of Construction Faculty and 5 scholarships were offered for 5 students of Mechanical Engineering Faculty. Especially, Central offered 30 positions for 30 excellent students that they could work at CENTRAL without any interview.
