CENTRAL ACCOMPANIES THE ROUNDTABLE “STRATEGIC COMPETITION FOR VIETNAM ECONOMY: VIEW FROM INDO – PACIFIC SPARK”

On September 6th, 2024 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) organized a discussion with the topic “Strategic Competition for Vietnam Economy: View from Indo-Pacific Spark”.

The roundtable was attended by leading speakers and experts in the field of global trade. In particular, there is the presence of famous American speaker Mr. Mark Kennedy – Director of the Wahba Institute for Strategic Competition of the Wilson Center, US Congress and a member of The United States International Trade Commission with VIP representatives from the top largest & most prestigious enterprises in Vietnam attending.

At the roundtable, speaker Mark Kennedy shared and provided a panoramic perspective on the strategic economic relationship between the US and Vietnam in recent years 2019 – 2023; about Vietnam’s economic growth along with policies affecting the relationship between the two sides. CENTRAL ACCOMPANIES THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR AND SPONSORED THE INITIATION CEREMONY FOR NEW STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY – VNU – HCM

On the morning of August 24, 2024, at the campus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) – VNU – HCM, the opening ceremony to the new school year 2024-2025 took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of more than 5,000 new students of the class of 2024. At the ceremony, Central Construction Joint Stock Company awarded sponsorship costs for the school year according to the signed comprehensive cooperation agreement (MOU) worth 500 millions VND to HCMUT.

HORENSO TRAINING PROGRAM

Aiming to enhance effective communication and form the company’s culture, on August 24th, 2022, CENTRAL cooperated with PACE to hold the HORENSO Training Course.

Attending the class, there are senior managers from Departments/Projects.

HORENSO stands for:

  • “Hokoku” is to report;
  • “Renraku” is to inform and notify of facts;
  • “Sodan” is to consult or discuss..

There is not only an internal communication method for teamwork but also an imprint of Japanese culture. Now, it has been used in many businesses all over the world.

The training course focuses on 2 main parts: the value and the role of Horenso; the application of Horenso in work relations and practices.

In addition to the basic knowledge, throughout the training program, exercises in group activities help students gain the necessary thinking and awareness to be able to understand the principles, processes, tools, and methods to do well in the actual work that the trainees are in charge of.
