On November 22, 2024, Central received the notification of winning the bid for the finishing and interior design package for a series of 17 Techcombank branch offices. Earlier approvals for component packages such as Design, Pile, Basement Structure, Superstructure, Finishing, and MEP have also been granted. Officially, Central, along with the investor Techcombank, will focus all efforts on implementing the comprehensive Design and Build package for the 17 Techcombank branch offices.

The branch offices of Techcombank (Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank) are located on major thoroughfares in the key provincial and city centers, including:

On the morning of October 30, 2024, Central, in collaboration with the Investor Sun Group, organized the closing ceremony for the basement of the Sun Symphony Residence Project in Da Nang. This event marks an important milestone, recognizing the efforts and achievements of Central’s PMB, the project management team, and partners in implementing a high-class project along the banks of the Han River.

The Sun Symphony Residence Project belongs to the premium segment of Sun Group in Da Nang. Positioned opposite the city’s administrative center, it offers a favorable vantage point to enjoy breathtaking firework displays from the International Fireworks Festival. Central has undertaken the construction of the entire underground section of Towers B1.1 & B1.2, as well as the structural and finishing works for Tower B1.1. Notably, the project’s three basements were completed at a rapid pace within 150 days and nights. The tunnel closure was achieved ahead of schedule, ensuring safety and quality commitments to the Investor.

During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Da Nang Board of the PMU, stated: “Today’s achievement is not only the result of those directly involved in the construction but also the invaluable support from leadership, partners, and our families, who have encouraged and accompanied us throughout this long journey. Each concrete block poured and each roar of the machinery serves as a testament to the perseverance and determination of everyone involved.”

Representing Central’s leadership, Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, Executive Director, remarked: “We are honored to be entrusted with this project by the Sun Group. Central Construction Joint Stock Company has received a notification letter of contract award from the Investor, Sun Group, for the Sun Symphony Residence project, Tower B1.1.

Currently, the project is in the process of executing the underground construction. With a solid management experience, a professional organization, and a systematic technical investment, combined with a commitment to quality and safety throughout the process, these factors have instilled confidence in the Investor to choose CENTRAL to continue with the structural and finishing works of the project.

Situated on the last prime land along the Han River, facing Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, the Sun Symphony Residence project connects the three busiest districts of the city, providing a breathtaking view towards the Administrative Center and the sea entrance. With a scale of three twin towers ranging from 24 to 30 floors, the project will deliver approximately 1,300 high-end apartments to the real estate market upon completion.

Currently, Central’s Project Management Board is accelerating construction progress, aiming to complete the capping of the basement by the end of this month, ahead of the schedule stipulated in the contract.

Central Construction Joint Stock Company received a winning bid letter for the construction of Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Rest Station from FUTA Group.

Through the process of bidding including design ideas as well as optimal Design and Build proposals, the Central team has excellently surpassed many competitors in the market to be chosen and trusted by the Investor.

This is the first time Central has cooperated with FUTA Group – the No. 1 brand of Vietnam’s transportation industry. Central – Vietnam’s leading general contractor with a team of experienced personnel and outstanding construction capacity, committed to handing over Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Rest Station on schedule and being ready for operation in the Lunar New Year 2025.

PROJECT INFORMATION

Project name:	FUTA Rest Station Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Rest Station
Location:	Km47 + 500 Phan Thiet – Dau Giay component project, the Eastern North-South expressway.

Phan Thiet – Dau Giay expressway with a total length of nearly 100 km and currently there are no rest stations. The upcoming Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Rest Station will mark an important milestone in the long-distance transportation system of the FUTA Group. With a total investment of 5 times more than the previous rest stations, this new one promises to bring the ultimate travel and transportation experience to passengers.

Besides, the Rest Station also exudes luxury, modernity with a spacious and comfortable space, “not only a rest station but also a place to relax, shop, eat, experience & explore”. This is also the message that the Investor wants to send to each passenger when arriving at the rest station.

On the morning of October 11^th, 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company coordinated with Phat Dat Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for Thuan An 1 High-Rise Housing Complex in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

This is a key project with a large scale to meet the increasing demand for housing in Binh Duong province and is also the 6th consecutive project implemented by Central General Contractor for Phat Dat Group, thereby demonstrating a good cooperative relationship between the two sides;  at the same time, affirming Central’s prestigious brand position to customers.

Thuan An 1 is located in Thuan An High-rise Complex with an area of 4.46 hectares, located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Hoa Lan 1 Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, connecting to Binh Duong Boulevard, Phu Loi Street and My Phuoc – Tan Van Street.

Accompanying this project, Central Construction Joint Stock Company as the Design & Build General Contractor for Basement and Structure with a scale of 3 basements, 2 podiums & 36 floors. Total construction floor area: 106,620m2.  

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the project, the representative of Phat Dat Group, Mr. Tran Trong Hung – Director of PMU shared: “We would like to sincerely thank Central Construction General Contractor for trying to complete a number of items during the recent harsh weather period. Hopefully, in the near future, the Central Board of Directors will try harder to bring the project to the destination safely, with quality and on schedule as committed.”

In the role of Consultant, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Cam Huy – General Director of FQM said: “FQM is honored to stand here and accompany partners in the next step of the project. We hope that our team will bring added value to the investor as well as accompany Central Contractor to complete the project.”

In addition to the factor, it is the largest high-rise complex of Phat Dat Group in Binh Duong province. Thuan An 1 is the first project in Vietnam to integrate the world’s leading international standard duo from the US in terms of certification for the construction of green buildings,  energy saving, LEED environmental protection and Fitwel certification for commitment to ensuring a healthy environment for the community according to the criteria issued by the US CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). These standards will bring a better experience to customers, are environmentally friendly, energy-saving, etc.

When completed, the project is expected to provide the Binh Duong real estate market with more than 2,700 apartments and shophouses./.

Vaquarius Van Giang project with a total area of 7.2 hectares, located in a golden location – the center of Van Giang town is designed with a free and liberal Mediterranean architectural style by West Green Design Company from Canada. Inspired by ancient cultural stories and history of Northern villages, Vaquarius is not only a project but also a “Where nature meets the rhythm of life” and a future heritage for Van Giang.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Lan – Chairwoman of BOD and General Director of Bao Hung Investment Joint Stock Company said: “The Vaquarius project with the appearance like today we have to thank the help of provincial leaders and people in Van Giang area,  the units that sponsor capital, advise and support us to get a project plan and valuable development steps.
