On November 13, 2024, the ranking of the Top 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises in 2024 – Top 50 Vietnam The Best was announced by Vietnam Report to recognize and honor the 50 companies with the highest revenue in Vietnam, while also maintaining stable and sustainable business efficiency throughout the 2023-2024 period.

Purpose:

• Develop TOP 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises  to become prestigious national and international symbols.
• Ensure the principles of objectivity, science and independence  when building and ranking enterprises in  the TOP 50 Excellent Enterprises of Vietnam . Enterprises do not have to pay any fees to be included in the Ranking.

On November 8, 2024, the Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the online newspaper VietnamNet, announced the VNR500 Rankings – the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam for 2024.

Central Construction Joint Stock Company is honored to maintain its position as the fourth largest construction enterprise in Vietnam for 2024.

This marks the 18th consecutive year that Vietnam Report and VietnamNet have published the VNR500 Rankings based on independent research and evaluation according to international standards, recognizing and honoring the significant achievements of companies with substantial revenue, which have maintained efficient and stable operational activities over the past period.

On October 24, 2024, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper, officially held the announcement ceremony for the PROFIT500 – Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024 at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi.

In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th, Central held a commemorative ceremony at the Company’s Headquarters, attended by female staff members as well as the Company’s leadership.

The event took place in an atmosphere of joy and laughter. In addition to receiving heartfelt well-wishes, the women were presented with numerous meaningful gifts.

On the evening of October 3^rd, 2024, at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA), Central Construction Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the Corporate Excellence Award in the luxurious space of GEM Center.

Passing a rigorous evaluation process on growth patterns, finance, strategy and brand value as well as business surveys and secret ballots by an international assessment advisory board… This is the third consecutive year Central has won the award for outstanding business achievements on the Company’s sustainable development journey.

Entering its 17th year, APEA 2024 was held with the theme “Celebrating Inclusive Entrepreneurship” with more than 300 leading enterprises in Vietnam registering to participate in the review. The award honors outstanding businesses and leaders who have profound contributions to socio-economic development in the new context in the Asia-Pacific region.

At the ceremony, Chairman of Enterprise Asia – Dr. Fong Chan Onn shared: “The APEA Awards 2024 is an important time to motivate businesses to create more comprehensive change. Through programs that promote inclusive entrepreneurship, we can move towards a more equitable society, increase employment opportunities for workers, and build a stronger community. With outstanding growth rates for many years, Central recorded revenue in 2022 and 2023 of VND 9,014 billion and VND 8,142 billion, respectively, ranking in the top 3 in terms of revenue among companies in the same industry. Net profit after tax was at VND 230 billion and VND 200 billion, respectively, the industry’s leading profit on revenue.

With the scale and prestige of the APEA Awards, Central has received awards for consecutive years, which is a testament to the Company’s sustainable development. 110 children at Thao Dien Specialized School celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with Central Company on September 17.

Central Construction Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Red Cross Association of Thao Dien Ward to organize “Happy Full Moon Festival”. Here, children can participate in making sticky rice mooncakes, decorating five-fruit plates, making lanterns, painting, and lantern parades with The Moon Man and Moon goddess. In addition, special musical performances performed by students under the guidance of teachers brought a joyful atmosphere.

“This is a memorable memory in each student’s journey to maturity. Central has joined us in sending complete love to each special student here,” Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong, Principal of Thao Dien Specialized School shared.

Thao Dien Specialized School was established in 2003, with the mission of raising children with intellectual disabilities, autism or Down Syndrome. The school provides integration support, diagnostic and early intervention programs to help students integrate well into community life.

Accompanying development with local businesses and implementing projects is the goal Central always strives for. The company strives to develop with the community, contribute to welfare, and enhance social responsibility through many different volunteer activities.

Recently, Central collective contributed more than 38,450 ml of blood to the National Blood Center (NBC) in the “The Sharing Drops of Blood” program, jointly organized with the Humanitarian Blood Donation Centre and the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society. This year, Central continues to award scholarships for students overcoming difficulties and “Planting trees to create forests” at Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve. Previously, this business also joined hands to support the “For the Poor” fund in Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City.
