APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY SITE MANAGER

The CENTRAL Board of Directors recently appointed a Deputy Site Manager in order to provide management resources for future projects and to recognize individuals’ dedication in 2021.

In the final days of the year, CEO Tran Quang Tuan has visited every site to appoint, this has given the Centralers more strength and motivation for the new Deputy Site Manager to try to fulfill assigned tasks and meet the Company’s credibility.

There will have more talented Deputy Site Managers trained and developed into the Management team in the near future, it is promised.

CENTRAL GIVES TET GIFTS FOR EMPLOYEES 2022

Besides achievements after a year of hard-working, all of us always want to bring meaningful gifts to give to our families according to the Lunar New Year tradition. Understanding that precious spirit, the gifts are given to each member of CENTRAL have been carefully prepared and arranged so that employees can be proud to reunite with their families.

THE NORTH YEAR-END PARTY 2021

In the joyful atmosphere of the approaching spring, on January 14, 2022, CENTRAL successfully organized the Year-end Party 2021 at Almaz Convention Center – Hoa Lan Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.

The program welcomed the presence of the entire BOD and about 170 employees of Projects in the North. All attendees received two doses and PCR test before the event.

The Year-end Party took place in a cozy atmosphere of camaraderie and brotherhood. At the event, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “After a year full of changes and challenges, I am extremely grateful and acknowledge the efforts and contributions of each employee, department, and project. In particular, employees are working at the Hanoi Office and the Northern construction sites with remarkable progress in their work and responsibilities have helped the Company successfully implement the Projects in the year”.

The BOD decided to reward excellent individuals and groups to recognize the achievements of the CENTRAL employees in the North. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan, Site Manager of Phenikaa University Project shared: “Today, we have the opportunity to fully gather and share a joy after a year. For myself, the joy is doubled when the project I am in charge of wins an excellent award. This is a great recognition and encouragement for the SMB team”.

Following the program, the “Lucky Draw” section, along with the band and internal musical performances brought an atmosphere of excitement, suspense, and filled laughter in the auditorium.

The party ended in excitement, contributing to motivating everyone to strive and try to achieve goals in the new year.

On the occasion of spring, the BOD sends greetings to all CENTRAL employees with New Year wishes, best wishes for health, happiness, and luck.

INTERNAL FOOTBALL EXCHANGE AT MASTERI CENTRE POINT PROJECT

Last weekend, SMB’s Masteri Center Point Project organized a football tournament “connected together”, with the participation of competitors that are collectives and gathered all subcontractors and suppliers at the Project.

This is an activity to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2022 and in the spirit of “Honesty – Solidarity – Safety – Discipline”, the tournament has created a joyful sports atmosphere, a close exchange between SMB and stakeholders on site. CENTRAL always encourages and supports the activities of healthy that improve the spirit of sports for the employees after stressful working hours.

CENTRAL VISITS & GIVES GIFTS FOR EMPLOYEES

To fulfill the employees’ spiritual life, CENTRAL Labor Relations Department organized activities to visit and give gifts to the SMBs employees across the country from November 19, 2021, to January 10, 2022.

As one of the annual activities, the meetings are an opportunity for the Company to listen to opinions and answer questions during the working process. When understanding more about the working situation on the construction site, daily life as well as the engineers’ thoughts, CENTRAL empathizes and appreciates the SMBs’ efforts and contributions.

Around Lunar New Year is also a hot time at the construction site when they have to rush to push the milestones of the project progress. At this time, the attention, sharing, and encouragement from the Company are essential to energize the SMB team of the projects to successfully complete the assigned tasks and conquer the challenges ahead.

CONFERENCE & YEAR-END PARTY 2021

In the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the new year, CENTRAL successfully organized the Conference & Year-End Party on January 7, 2022, with the theme of “CONSOLIDATE INTERNAL POWER, SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITIES” at White Palace 194 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC. Attending the event were more than 900 employees in the South and Central regions; while the North employees participated through the online system.

2021 ended with many changes, ups and downs that we cannot imagine such incidents. But with love, the strength of solidarity, and belief, CENTRAL together created a strong position in the Vietnamese construction industry market, which is evaluated by our Clients and Partners.

To become a different construction company, each member of CENTRAL is required to be an elite person, with a warrior spirit and constantly changing to improve their knowledge and skills. Therefore, this year’s Conference is not only an opportunity for the BOD to share business orientations in 2022 but also for all CENTRAL members to discuss and answer questions during working time. On this occasion, the employees presented their thoughts and aspirations on policies, benefits, or ideas from the cooperation and interaction between the Projects/Departments. The opinions and questions of each individual were directly answered by the BOD. In addition, the contributions have been recognized by the BOD to further improve the operation plan in the next year. The Conference will be an annual activity of CENTRAL so that the Company continuously strengthens its internal strength and becomes stronger in order to continue reaching out to higher achievements in the future.

Following the Conference program was the Year-End Party 2021 which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere only between CENTRALERS. The film summarizing deeply and proudly in the last year CENTRAL handed over 13 Projects and received 15 more Projects. At the event, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “While the Vietnamese market was affected by 4 waves of the Covid epidemic, CENTRAL still maintained its business results and kept the milestones of the Project’s progress received many thanks and trust from the Investors. This is the honor and pride of the whole team and also the motivation for us to try harder to affirm our long-term credibility. Recently, the Company is going into a drastic stage of building a lean and strong structure, focusing on strengthening internal resources; promoting systematicity; strengthening the connection between Projects/Departments in the Company; especially developing leadership skills for the BOD and Senior Managers. From there, firmly build the CENTRAL foundation, seize the opportunity to continue reaching the heights in the future.”
