On the morning of May 22nd, 2018, Vietnam Land SSG Group (SSG Group) and CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company held the commencement ceremony of “SAI GON RIVER RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, 3B PHASE – OPAL TOWER “.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the Investor – Mr. Lo Kwok Luen (CEO), Mr. Dang Chinh Trung (BOM), Mr. Hoang Ha (Deputy General Director), Mr. Tran Duc Tam (Deputy Managing Director SSG Group), main contractor representative – Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (CEO) in common with construction teams, subcontractors and official suppliers.

To express at the ceremony, Mr. Lo Kwok Luen “thanked the help of the local authorities and partners, which helped us to develop rapidly work and complete the project on schedule, commensurate with the location of Tan Cang. We believe that the CENTRAL contractor with qualified human resource and experience in the construction field will complete our requirements – the most important is the safety, quality and ensure handover on time within 500 days of completion. “

On May 15^th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company has officially started the first construction activities for the ALMA resort project invested by PARADIS BAY RESORT CO., LTD.

Located at Bai Dai Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam in Nha Trang Bay, Khanh Hoa Province, ALMA – Cam Ranh is a luxury resort, on a land area of 30 ha. With 200 villas and 2 towers comprising 400 luxury apartments with spectacular ocean views, the ALMA resort is capable of providing 31,000 vacation units including full amenities and recreational facilities such as swimming pool, cinema, concert hall, sports center, water park, etc.

In the morning of April 11^th 2018, CENTRAL construction joint stock company has organized a commencement ceremony of the “ETOWN 5 OFFICE HIGH -BUILDING” project at No. 364 Cong Hoa street, Ward 13, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

Mr. Pham Quoc Thang – Deputy General Director of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) – the representative of Investor, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – General Director of CENTRAL Company, subcontractors, suppliers and construction implementation teams of the project attended the ceremony.

ETOWN 5 OFFICE high-building locates in front of Cong Hoa Street, invested by REE Group. The project has 17 floors and 3 basements with the total area of 30,000m2. It will be one of the most modern office high – building at the moment.

With construction ability and experience verified through large projects, CENTRAL continues to be selected by REE group as the General contractor for tunnel and building structure of ETOWN 5. The project progress is 10 months and expected to be handed over to the Investor in February 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Huynh Van Vien – Head of the project manager of REE Group shared: “ETOWN 5 project is a high quality one and the construction progress is very pressing. We hope and believe that CENTRAL will complete the project on time and meet the quality requirements”.

In the excited atmosphere of the ceremony, Mr. Trang Quang Tuan sent his thank to REE Group’s Executive Board for their interest to participate in this project. Simultaneously, he committees to focus every resource to complete the project on time, ensure aesthesis quality and meet the expectation of REE Group.

In the same day, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony for the “HOPE RESIDENCES” project at Viet Hung Urban Area, Long Bien district, Hanoi.

On the morning of April 11^th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony of the “HOPE RESIDENCE” project with the representative of Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, subcontractors, suppliers and construction implementation team. 

Hope Residence project is a luxury apartment complex which supplies a full range of facilities such as: shopping, entertainment, health care system, beauty spa, sport center … The project locates in Viet Hung Urban Area, Long Bien district, Hanoi. This is one of the key economic areas of Hanoi with convenient transport infrastructure, and easy to move to neighboring areas. Simultaneously, the project takes part in development progress of Hanoi.

In this project, CENTRAL is selected as General Contractor for Design and Building (D&B) with total value of 1,600 billion VND. The project progress is 26 months and expected to be handed over in the end of 2019.
