CENTRAL IS THE MAIN CONTRACTOR OF CONTRACT OVER 1000 BILLION ALMA RESORT PROJECT

On May 15th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company has officially started the first construction activities for the ALMA resort project invested by PARADIS BAY RESORT CO., LTD.

Located at Bai Dai Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam in Nha Trang Bay, Khanh Hoa Province, ALMA – Cam Ranh is a luxury resort, on a land area of 30 ha. With 200 villas and 2 towers comprising 400 luxury apartments with spectacular ocean views, the ALMA resort is capable of providing 31,000 vacation units including full amenities and recreational facilities such as swimming pool, cinema, concert hall, sports center, water park, etc.

In this project, CENTRAL has an honor to be selected by the investor as the main contractor for the finishing, MEP and infrastructure work as well as a part of structure of villas with a total contract value of up to 1,000 billion VND.
