At the same time as the company celebrated 5 years anniversary, CENTRAL received the letter of acceptance for the Fairmont Hanoi 6-Star Hotel Project from Gelex Group.

This is good news on this special occasion and also the fruitage made from constant effort and contribution of all CENTRAL’s employees.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is one of the most prestigious hotels in the world along with its history of 100 years, established in San Francisco in 1907. Fairmont hotels are located near World Heritage Sites such as The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, Le Château Frontenac in Quebec, or Fairmont Ambassador Seoul and Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi.

In Vietnam, Fairmont Hanoi is the first 6-star hotel located in the center of Hanoi Capital, near Hoan Kiem lake and surrounded by historical buildings. The project is hoped to become a top-class heritage hotel & resort that attracts a high-end segment.

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Designed by two reputable companies Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, Fairmont Hanoi hotel’s architecture, and furniture is the result of the well-researched report on the culture, history, and art of Thang Long the old city. The hotel is inspired by Vietnamese lacquerware with impressive colors such as the red from Hong River’s alluvial soil, Indochina style along with textures that come from dynasties in the history of Vietnam.

Fairmont is owned by ACCOR – one of the world-leading hospitality groups consisting of more than 5,100 hotels in 110 countries such as Sofitel Legend, Raffles Hotel & Resort, M Gallery, Pullman, Novotel…

With the location in the central area of the capital, the planning and implementation of construction methods require well-researched reports and strict discipline throughout the project implementation. CENTRAL continues to be the companion of Vinhomes in the role of Main Contractor for The Beverly Solari – The Zone 3 in Vinhomes Grand Park.

The Beverly Solari is located in the center and inherited the whole ecosystem of Grand Forest park covering 36 hectares. Especially, The Beverly Solari is near Metro line No.1 face-to-face with the Tac river and Dong Nai river.

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Until now, at Vinhomes Grand Park with a scale of 380 hectares, CENTRAL is honored to contribute to the success of this project from the early stages. With superior construction capabilities, rapid deployment, and resource mobilization, CENTRAL is continuously entrusted by the Investor through many highlighted zones such as:

1. Zone 1 – The Rainbow. Scale: 2 basements, 4 towers with 25 – 35 floors, including M&E. Handed over in June 2020.
2. Village Villa. Scale: 357 semi-detached villas; Single and duplex villas divided into 3 phases. Handed over in May 2021.
3. Zone 2 – The Origami. Scale: 2 basements, 4 towers with 21 – 31 floors, including M&E. Handed over in March 2022.
4. Masteri Center Point is developed by the real estate brand Masterise Homes. Scale: 2 basements, 5 towers with 32 – 40 floors, CFA up to 319.377m2. Topping up on June 16^th, 2022.

With the experience and advantage of the ability to mobilize resources and equipment quickly and on a large scale in this area. Especially, when taking over The Beverly Solari, Masteri Center Point has just topped out 5 buildings and CENTRAL has quickly shifted resources to deploy The Beverly Solari. Thanks to that, even though time is rushing in, now the construction here has been bustling and has taken in the framework.

On the morning of June 16th, 2022, Masteri Homes in collaboration with CENTRAL hold the Topping Out Ceremony of Masteri Centre Point at Vinhomes Grand Park, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

The ceremony marked the completion of the rough construction of the Project on schedule.

Masteri Center Point is considered a high-class compound area of ​​Thu Duc City until now. Masterise Homes has put a lot of effort into the project, from the aesthetic architecture, the green landscape, the high-class and modern internal utility system, the strict supervision team, to the professional apartment management service.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Sameer AbuKhalil, Deputy Head of Project Development of Masterise Homes shared: “The project was started in 2020 and had to go through a long period of social distancing because of Covid-19. However, the Project has owned 2 million safe working hours. This is a proud development of the project, proving the prestige and capacity of Masterise Homes”.

On behalf of CENTRAL, Mr. Vu Duc Tai, Executive Director shared: “Today, after more than 20 months of construction, CENTRAL has topped out the project 30 days ahead of schedule. Including a tower that is 62 days ahead of schedule. CENTRAL is honored to accompany Masterise Homes in the role of the General Contractor to construct 5 towers with more than 2,600 luxury apartments and two other projects under construction, Global City and Rivus City.”

Mr. Andrew Metcalf, Project Manager of Mace Vietnam Co., Ltd. also thanked all employees working on the Project for their hard work and enthusiasm. “Without this dedication, we would not be where we are today.”

Launched at the end of 2020, the Masteri Center Point heated the real estate market with a lot of enthusiasm from Masterise Homes and their desire to bring customers an international-quality project. Masteri Center Point has overcome all challenges to complete the rough construction, entering the finishing stage. The topping-out ceremony claims the collective efforts and close cooperation between the Investor and the companions.

In May, CENTRAL received good news when winning the bid for 2 projects in the North including:

Vinhomes Ocean Park and Vinhomes Dream City.

Vinhomes Ocean Park: General Contractor for the basement and the body structure of two 32-storey L8 + L9 towers in The Pavilion Zone.

Vinhomes Ocean Park is a world-class megacity with Singapore style, owning a large green space with white sand beaches and tropical coconut trees, bringing an “ocean” life to the heart of Hanoi capital. It is located at the intersection of many key routes to the gateways of the city center.

Project information:

Vinhomes Dream City: General Contractor for San Ho Zone with 194 units and Dao Dua Zone with 437 units.

Vinhomes Dream City is a model, civilized, and modern urban area; with a diversity of housing, commercial, and service products. The Project is created to become a “Dream Eco-urban Area” with a distinctive design. Promisingly, the Project will become an ideal place to live for people and the most attractive entertainment destination in the Capital.

The Project is divided into 8 zones planned on a total area of ​​328 hectares including Cha La, Co Xanh, Hai Au, Dao Dua, Kinh Do, Sao Bien, San Ho, and especially Ngoc Trai Zone with the most luxurious villas in the Project.

Accompanying Vingroup through top projects, CENTRAL continues to claim the trust of Vingroup when winning the bid for 02 projects in the high-end residential area in the North with distinctive design and construction.

The PMB of Vinhomes Ocean Park and Vinhomes Dream City is determined to focus highly and mobilize all resources to implement these Projects with safety, quality, and on schedule./.

Recently, CENTRAL received the winning letter for the Etown 6 Office Building Project from REE Corp. Previously, in 2017, CENTRAL was trusted by REE Corp to be the General Contractor for the Etown 5 Project, and in 2019 the Project is handed over on schedule with quality and safety.

Etown 6 is located at 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District. This is the newest and most modern office in the chain of Etown Buildings.

Project Information:

Etown 6 inherits a prime location near Tan Son Nhat airport, located on Cong Hoa street which is the main traffic route connecting to key areas in the city center. The building has a modern, sophisticated and luxurious design with a total height of 62,450 m, of which the layout floor is 3,750 m2.
