On the morning of October 07^th, 2022, CENTRAL in collaboration with Phenikaa Group holds the Marriott Commencement Ceremony in Tay Ho District, Hanoi with the presence of two parties’ leaders.

PROJECT INFORMATION

Marriott Hotel is a complex including offices, hotels, and luxury apartments, located in the center of Hanoi, managed and operated according to international quality standards by Marriott International.

Phenikaa Group is the traditional customer that CENTRAL has cooperated with and is trusted as the General Contractor for Structuring, Finishing works, and MEP at the two projects: Phenikaa University 12 block 8 floors and Phenikaa Central Library 2 towers, 1 basement, and 30 floors. CENTRAL team’s performance and wholehearted enthusiasm are highly appreciated along with quality, and considerable progress; which strengthens the investor’s conviction to appoint the Marriott Hotel project to CENTRAL.

On the morning of August 22^nd, 2022, CENTRAL cooperated with SIC Investor to organize the Thao Dien Green Topping-out Ceremony at 192 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

The ceremony is an important milestone proving that the construction progress of the project is taking place in accordance with the requirements of the investor.

On the morning of July 28^th, 2022, CENTRAL in collaboration with Phu Long Real Estate Corporation holds the Uni-Tech Campus Commencement Ceremony in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.

Uni-Tech Campus is located on a peninsula covered by the Sai Gon river, which is the primary location about 5.5 km from District 1 and about 3km from Phu My Hung to the North.

Project Information:

In 2018, CENTRAL cooperated with Phu Long Investor to build and hand over 174 Dragon Village villas in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, and Ana Mandara high-end resort in Cam Ranh with 2 high-rise towers covering 30 hectares.

CENTRAL has built trust in the Investor and started to deploy the Project. At the same time, the company commits to keeping quality and safety on track. Uni-Tech Campus will be soon unveiled and become the large-scale training center located in District 7, HCMC in the future. Wishing the PMB brings the project to the finish line soon.
