On the morning of June 23, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with BIM Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Aria Bay Ha Long Project in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The ceremony was held in a formal atmosphere with the participation of representatives from the Investor, CENTRAL as the General Contractor, together with project partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

As the General Contractor for the Aria Bay Ha Long Project, with a total CFA of 253,933 m², CENTRAL is committed to mobilizing its full capabilities and resources to deliver a key component of the Halong Marina Urban Area development vision overlooking the World Heritage Bay. On the morning of May 27, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Emerald River Park officially took place on Saigon River Embankment Road, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in the presence of representatives from Investor Le Phong Group, General Contractor CENTRAL, as well as partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The event marked a significant milestone in the realization of a new residential landmark, bringing together premium and sustainable living values in the Northeast Saigon area.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held just over two weeks after the Strategic Partnership Signing Ceremony on May 11, 2026. This swift transition from partnership to project execution not only demonstrates the strong implementation capability and credibility of both CENTRAL and Le Phong Group, but also contributes to bringing high-quality housing supply to the market sooner, particularly in the increasingly scarce riverside residential segment.

Located along Saigon River Embankment Road in Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, The Emerald River Park comprises five 40-storey towers, two basement levels, and 2,460 residential units, with a total Construction Floor Area (CFA) of 248,600 m² on a land plot of 18,500 m². The development offers a diverse product mix, including residential apartments, serviced residences, and shophouses, catering to living, leisure, and long-term investment needs.

On May 26, 2026, at National Highway 13, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company held the Ceremony to Celebrate Five Million Safe Man-Hours at the La Pura Project.

The event was attended by representatives of Phat Dat Group, subcontractors, project partners, CENTRAL engineers, and more than 1,200 workers currently engaged in the construction of the project.

Achieving more than five million safe man-hours without a single lost-time accident is a remarkable accomplishment that reflects the unwavering commitment of the CENTRAL’s PMB, supervision consultants, construction workforce, and all project stakeholders. The milestone also demonstrates the effectiveness of close collaboration among all parties in maintaining site discipline and ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

This achievement serves as a strong testament to the effectiveness of the project’s occupational safety management system, construction leadership capabilities, and the culture of compliance that has been consistently upheld throughout the project lifecycle. It also highlights the scale and complexity of La Pura, a large-scale development requiring substantial manpower and long-term construction efforts. Through strong coordination and support from all stakeholders, the project team has successfully overcome challenges while maintaining progress and delivering quality in accordance with the Owner’s expectations.

As part of the program, the Owner and CENTRAL’s PMB jointly awarded certificates of recognition to exemplary engineers and workers who have made significant contributions to achieving the safety milestone. Gifts were also presented to site workers as a token of appreciation and encouragement for their dedication and tireless efforts in contributing to the project’s success.

Recognizing outstanding teams and individuals directly on site not only provides timely encouragement but also reinforces the message that safety is more than a mandatory construction requirement. It has become a key measure of competence, responsibility, and professionalism for every role on the project. This serves as an essential foundation for fostering a safe, disciplined, and productive working environment.

Highlights from the Ceremony:

On the morning of May 19, 2026, Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Renovation and Expansion of the International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport, with a total investment of nearly VND 1.5 trillion. The project is located in Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Da Nang City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Da Nang People’s Committee, AHT as the project owner, Nippon Koei Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the technical consultant, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company as the general contractor, as well as subcontractors, suppliers, and media representatives.

The Renovation and Expansion of the International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport will be developed on an additional 3,600 m², increasing the terminal’s total operational floor area to more than 21,085 m². The roof of the expanded section has been designed to precisely replicate the architectural profile of the existing terminal, creating the visual impression of a flock of seagulls soaring in unison. Upon completion, Terminal T2 will increase its capacity to accommodate up to 85 check-in counters, add 31 passenger service positions, and feature seven departure gates equipped with passenger boarding bridges, alongside a next-generation baggage handling system. Significant infrastructure upgrades include expanding the number of outbound baggage handling islands from two to four and increasing inbound baggage claim carousels from four to six. The project will also incorporate inverter-based air-conditioning systems and Variable Air Volume (VAV) technology to optimize operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and enhance passenger comfort.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Renovation and Expansion of the International Passenger Terminal represents a continued effort to reinforce Da Nang International Airport’s position as a benchmark for socialized airport infrastructure development in Vietnam. The airport’s international terminal has been recognized as Vietnam’s only terminal to achieve the prestigious Skytrax 5-Star Airport Terminal rating for three consecutive years, from 2024 to 2026.

The existing international terminal was originally commenced in 2015 and completed in just 18 months before officially entering operation on May 19, 2017, successfully serving the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week 2017. According to Skytrax reports, customer satisfaction regarding customs queue processing times has improved significantly, rising from 1.5 points to 4.5 points compared with 2025.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ho The Anh, Chief Executive Officer of AHT, stated: “The expansion of Terminal T2 is not merely a solution to the current capacity challenge; it also demonstrates AHT’s long-term commitment to supporting Da Nang’s socio-economic development. This project represents another significant milestone in our mission to create a modern, convenient passenger environment that embraces local cultural identity while reflecting the professionalism and hospitality that characterize the people of Central Vietnam. At the same time, it provides a sustainable solution to the region’s growing infrastructure demands.”

Mr. Le Quang Nam, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, acknowledges the contributions of project stakeholders. In his address, Mr. Le Quang Nam, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, recognized the valuable contributions made by all stakeholders involved in the investment and operation of Terminal T2. He highlighted their proactive role in supporting the city’s broader development objectives, particularly in promoting tourism, strengthening the local economy, and enhancing Da Nang’s position as a key gateway connecting Vietnam with the Asia-Pacific region.

As the general contractor for the Renovation and Expansion of the International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport, CENTRAL continues to demonstrate its capabilities in delivering large-scale aviation and transportation infrastructure developments.
