On the morning of August 02^nd, 2023 at No. 194 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, the investor SIC cooperated with CENTRAL’s PMB to organize the Inauguration & Handover Ceremony of Thao Dien Green Luxury Apartment Project to customers.

The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere along with the presence of the parties:

As a critical project of the investor SIC, in the process of implementation, CENTRAL’s PMB always complies with very strict standards of the investor, in order to bring the most complete appearance to Thao Dien Green Project.

On the morning of July 23^rd, 2023, at Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area, Trau Quy town, Gia Lam, Hanoi, CENTRAL cooperated with Vingroup Investor to organize the Topping Out Ceremony of 02 towers L8 and L9 in The Pavilion zone. The Pavilion belongs to The Ocean View zone – the center of Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area.

Participating in the project as a General Contractor, CENTRAL’s PMB has strived to achieve more than 1,000,000 hours of Safe Man-Hours Without Lost Time Injury and topped out the project on schedule. Until now, the final categories are gradually being finalized. The structure of the project was completed to the 32nd floor; The construction and painting works were completed to the 20th floor and started the gondola work to complete the exterior. Inside the apartments are also being completed to the 25th floor.

Wishing CENTRAL’s PMB to complete the project with excellent quality, meet the criteria and progress committed with the Investor.

On the morning of July 15^th, 2023, CENTRAL cooperated with the investor Van Xuan Group to solemnly organize the topping out ceremony of Happy One Central project in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong.

In parallel with the topping out event, the investor also officially launched the opening of some typical apartments and utilities to visitors.

Happy One Central – the key project of Van Xuan Group in 2023, is the first apartment complex in Binh Duong to use unique façade and landscape lighting technology with the most advanced LED lighting system. In this project, CENTRAL is trusted by the investor Van Xuan Group in the role of General Contractor of the construction package from the basement, body structure, finishing and MEPF for the 02 towers with a scale of 03 basements and 40 floors, with 68 classy utilities arranged alternately in 04 areas of the ground floor, 3rd floor, 20th floor and 40th floor. Until now, these are 02 tallest towers, “expected to become a new architectural symbol in the center of Thu Dau Mot City“.

Utility categories are required very strictly in terms of aesthetics and quality such as: Aerial glass bridge, light square, 3D golf studio, artistic fountain, and observatory, … always guaranteed by a team of CENTRAL’s experienced and professional engineers, along with reputable and quality system of Suppliers/Subcontractors. That is also the reason why Happy One Central promises to be an ideal residence, a great investment, and contribute to changing the appearance of the city, building a civilized residential community…

The topping out ceremony took place in accordance with the commitment plan between CENTRAL and the Investor, which is also the reputation of the Investor with customers, demonstrating the determination to ensure the progress and quality of the project.

After more than 30 months of construction by closely following the progress in each phase, PMB of CENTRAL at Masteri Centre Point in Vinhomes Grand Park urban area, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City has accelerated to complete the process of handing over to Masterise Homes Investor.

Up to now, the works of painting, tiling, and painting walls, also the installation of technical systems of 05 towers have been completed. In particular, the furniture installed inside the apartments comes from the world’s leading brands such as Hafele, Kohler, and Gessi …

In April 2023, 154 apartments have been completed to be ready for the handover with an average number of 20 to 40 apartments divided equally among 05 towers. Continually in May with 568 units and the total number of units handed over is expected to reach 1,500 by the end of June this year.
