GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF ESSENSIA SKY GREEN – HEALTH APARTMENT

On the morning of September 10th, 2024, Phu Long Corporation solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Essensia Sky at 15B Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a green-health apartment with criteria according to ESG standards for the community, intending to focus on harmony and human health.

Phu Long Corporation- a member of SOVICO Group is the Owner of Vietjet Air.

Essensia Sky is designed based on inspiration from the art of life’s celebration in the good land. Inheriting the existing high-class utilities of Nam Sai Gon – Dragon City, Essensia Sky luxury apartment twin towers with a scale of 424 apartments and penthouses, an area of 74-347 m2 designed by Tange Associates (a unit from Japan) using friendly apartment building materials to protect the environment.  Thereby, it encourages residents to create a green and healthy lifestyle towards long-term sustainable development (ESG) goals.

OLALANI RIVER SIDE TOWERS LOCKED THE B3 BASEMENT FLOOR

From the evening of September 8th, 2024 to the morning of September 9th, 2024, the Central’s PMB of Olalani River Side Towers constructed a batch of concrete for the B3 basement, locked the B3 basement floor of the  2 towers B1.1 & B1.2 after 3 months of commencement, exceeding the plan 05 days ahead of schedule set by the Investor.

Olalani River Sde Towers project with a depth of 03 basements up to -14.15m, and an area of 2 basements of nearly 10,000m2. The project uses 2 shoring systems, and solid construction by the open-cut excavation method to withstand high groundwater and tidal pressure due to the project’s location close to the river surface. This is a big challenge for the Central’s PMB with handling experiences as well as complying with strict construction measures.

According to the plan, the project will finish the basement floor by mid-November 2024. This is an important milestone, demonstrating the non-stop and professional working spirit of Central engineers. Congratulations to the PMB and hope that the team will continue to promote this enthusiastic spirit./.

CENTRAL ACCOMPANIES THE ROUNDTABLE “STRATEGIC COMPETITION FOR VIETNAM ECONOMY: VIEW FROM INDO – PACIFIC SPARK”

On September 6th, 2024 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) organized a discussion with the topic “Strategic Competition for Vietnam Economy: View from Indo-Pacific Spark”.

The roundtable was attended by leading speakers and experts in the field of global trade. In particular, there is the presence of famous American speaker Mr. Mark Kennedy – Director of the Wahba Institute for Strategic Competition of the Wilson Center, US Congress and a member of The United States International Trade Commission with VIP representatives from the top largest & most prestigious enterprises in Vietnam attending.

CENTRAL JOINS HAND TO SUPPORT THE FUND “VI NGUOI NGHEO”

On the evening of August 31th, 2024, People’s Committee of Thao Dien Ward, City, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City successfully organized the program to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Cach Mang Thang Tam (19/08/1945 – 19/08/2024) and the Vietnam Independence Day (02/09/1945 – 02/09/2024). The ceremony was attended by the Government department of Thu Duc City.

Attending the event as a business that has participated and contributed to many local welfare works, Central Construction Joint Stock Company and other generous units, organizations and individuals joined hands to accompany the fund “Vi Nguoi Ngheo” of the locality. On the morning of August 24, 2024, at the campus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) – VNU – HCM, the opening ceremony to the new school year 2024-2025 took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of more than 5,000 new students of the class of 2024. At the ceremony, Central Construction Joint Stock Company awarded sponsorship costs for the school year according to the signed comprehensive cooperation agreement (MOU) worth 500 millions VND to HCMUT.

CENTRAL ORGANIZED “THE SHARING DROPS OF BLOOD” PROGRAM 2024

On the morning of August 15th, 2024, Central coordinated with the Humanitarian Blood Donation Centre and the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society of Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City organized the program “Giot mau Se Chia” at the company office building.

This is an annual activity of the company, with the message “Chu Dong Hien Mau, Chia Se Cong Dong” always receiving the attention and enthusiastic participation of employees of the Departments/Projects. Contributing to the national blood reserve has never been redundant and is extremely urgent.

Central is honored to have contributed 38,450ml of blood units to the National Blood Center 2024.

We hope that this noble gesture will always be maintained and further promoted, to help raise people’s sense of community, responsibility, self-awareness and initiative in participating in blood donation to help save the lives of many patients.
