On August 22, 2025, a formal announcement ceremony was held at the headquarters of CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company to mark its acquisition of a 51% stake in 620 Infrastructure Development And Investment Corporation. The event was attended by the executive leadership of both companies and signified a major milestone in CENTRAL’s strategic expansion—from a leading General Contractor to an investor in infrastructure investment and development.

The synergy between our two companies will optimize resources and improve execution efficiency, particularly in large-scale bridge and road works, where 620 leads the market with nearly VND 1,450 billion in annual revenue and industry-leading pre-stressed beam casting technology.”

Originally established as 620 Long An Concrete Jsc in 2005, in 620 Infrastructure Development And Investment Corporation made its mark early with the Saigon–Trung Luong Expressway, supplying 1,817 Super T-beams worth VND 500 billion. Following its privatization in 2006, the company rapidly evolved into a major player in Vietnam’s infrastructure sector, especially in bridge and road construction.

In Bridge construction, 620 is known as a pioneer in Super T-beam and pre-stressed beam technology—modern solutions for overpasses, expressways, and major national routes. Its large-scale component manufacturing and assembly capabilities have positioned the company as a preferred contractor for complex, high-specification projects. In harmony with the vibrant national celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), and amid the launch and inauguration of 250 key projects across Vietnam, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with investor Kyoritsu Maintenance Vietnam Co., Ltd., solemnly held a spiritual ceremony to inaugurate a new mixed-use office and tourism apartment project. CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company has officially been awarded the main construction contract for the FPT Plaza 4 project by the investor, FPT Danang Urban JSC. This milestone marks the first collaboration between CENTRAL and FPT Corporation — one of Vietnam’s leading technology conglomerates. With a total investment of VND 2,790 billion, FPT Plaza 4 is expected to become a new icon of smart, green, and comfortable living in the heart of FPT City’s urban technology zone in Da Nang.

On the morning of August 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the project developer Phuc Thanh An Real Estate JSC, officially organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the contract package of construction works for the basement, structural body, and architectural completion of The Poet Residence – a high-end residential apartment project in Da Nang. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, project management board, construction supervision consultants, General Contractor CENTRAL, strategic partners, and staffs from all involved parties.

Located on a prime 2,000m² plot, The Poet Residence comprises two basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, with three floors allocated for commercial, service, and amenity spaces. Following the successful completion of the main structural works for the twin 30-storey towers — Melia Hotel and The Paramount of Libera Nha Trang Resort – Commercial – Entertainment Complex, CENTRAL has been entrusted by KDI Holdings to undertake the whole MEP contract for this project.
