CENTRAL HONORED WITH APEA FOR THE CORPORATE EXCELLENCE 2021

On February 25, 2022, at the GEM Center Convention Center, CENTRAL was honored to receive the Corporate Excellence category at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2021. CENTRAL is the only enterprise in the Construction industry to receive this prestigious award.

APEA is a prestigious award that has been held annually in 14 countries and markets in Asia since 2007. APEA honors businesses and entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements and business results while creating good values for the community. With the theme “Effective Rebuilding”, 2021 marks the milestone of 15 years of presence in Asia and 5 years of presence in Vietnam of APEA.

“The Corporate Excellence Award recognizes businesses that have demonstrated sustainable growth, outstanding achievement, and community responsibility.” They are well-known lighthouses in the fields and industries that they represent.”

HOA PHAT REFRIGERATION ENGINEERING FACTORY PROJECT COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

On February 26, 2022, CENTRAL cooperated with the Investor to organize the Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Factory Project Commencement Ceremony at Phu My II Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. CENTRAL participates in the role of General Contractor for structure & finishing.

CENTRAL OFFICIALLY ORGANIZED ERP TRAINING COURSE FOR 600 EMPLOYEES FROM DEPARTMENTS & PROJECTS

On February 21 2022, CENTRAL officially organized ERP training course Phase 1 for 600 Departments & Projects key personnel after one year of preparation and system building.

CENTRAL has built the core values from Phase 1: Financial Accounting, Project Management, Purchasing and Sales Administration, and Warehouse Management so that once operational, all processes will operate consistently, centralize data, provide transparent information, and optimize performance. This is a significant step forward for CENTRAL, contributing to the improvement of the corporate governance system and increasing market competitiveness in the digital age.

CENTRAL’s ERP system runs on the world’s leading Oracle database platform, with the latest version. This is the advantage that allows CENTRAL to exploit data quicker by leveraging Oracle’s artificial intelligence. Furthermore, all data is stored on iCloud to minimize risks and provide extremely high security and safety.

Technology Application is a key focus of 2022, so the Centralers’ proactive participation in the training to bring the system go live to success in the upcoming April 2022 is the determination of working together to achieve the goal of the whole team.

NEW YEAR CEREMONY 2022

On the morning of 8 February 2022, CENTRAL held the New Year ceremony with the participation of the BOD and employees in Ho Chi Minh City.

For those who are working in the Central and Northern regions, Projects’ SMB also held a ceremony at the construction sites.

At the ceremony, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “Applying Technology to develop a consistent system and Training and Developing Teams are two important orientation goals in 2022 of the whole Company. On the occasion of the beginning of the year, on behalf of the BOD, I wish all CENTRAL employees wealth and prosperity. I hope that we will always cherish and accompany each other on the strong and sustainable development path of CENTRAL.”

Besides, representatives of Departments/Projects sent their wishes that brought positive energy and burst with excitement to all of the employees.

On the first day come back to work, at the meeting, CEO Tran Quang Tuan appointed the position of Executive Director to Mr. Pham Huu Phuc. In his new role, he shared in surprise and emotion: “After working and training in many different positions, this is my responsibility to continue working with you to successfully complete the goal and direction assigned by the BOD of the Company”.
