On December 26, 2021, Danh Khoi Group launched the mockup apartment at 02 Truong Sa Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang City. CENTRAL as the General Contractor of 1 tower 30 floors, 1 tower 9 floors, and basement.

On the last days of the year on CENTRAL’s construction sites, events continuously took place that brought joy and excitement to each member of the Company. This morning, December 31, 2021, CENTRAL held the Topping Out Ceremony of Phenikaa University in Ha Dong, Hanoi.

Compared with the plan, the Project has topped out 3 weeks ahead of schedule compared with the plan. This is a worthy reward for the CENTRAL team with its consistent efforts to bring quality products and optimal progress.

With outstanding achievements at BW Thoi Hoa Factory Project, CENTRAL continues to receive the trust of the Investor when becoming the General Contractor of 6 Factories & Ancillary Items at BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc Project, Dong Nai. On December 29, 2021, CENTRAL and the Investor held the Project’s Groundbreaking Ceremony at Nhon Trach IP, Dong Nai.

BW is a company providing high-quality warehouse and factory rental services, a joint venture between Warburg Pincus (USA) and Becamex IDC Corporation. Always pioneering the trend of industrial displacement, BW mainly provides ready-built factory rental services with a large coverage spread across the country.

Currently, BW’s factory leasing projects have been put into operation in key economic areas in the North and South and will continue its expansion in the central region of Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Tai – Project Director shared at the event: “BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc was built on a land area of 7ha, divided into 6 factories. At the ceremony, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “Before starting the new year, CENTRAL is honored and grateful to be trusted by the Investor to be chosen as the General Contractor for BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc Project. On December 29, 2020, it was almost exactly one year ago since CENTRAL has kicked off the BW Thoi Hoa Project at My Phuoc 4 IP, Binh Duong. This is a happy coincidence, we are here today to kick off the BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc Project.”

2021 marks the prosperity for the approach, implementation, and development of Industrial Projects, CENTRAL has made its reputation with many outstanding industrial factory projects such as BW Thoi Hoa Factory; Hoa Phat Container Factory; Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Factory. CENTRAL confidently brings the Project to the finish line on schedule and successfully, exceeding the international standards required by the BW Investor.

On the evening of December 23, 2021, CENTRAL and the Investor Phytopharma held the Topping-out Ceremony of the Phytopharma Office Building at 24 Nguyen Thi Nghia, District 1, HCMC.

The Project faces many challenges for its crowded location. However, with a determined working spirit and appropriate construction methods, the SMB achieved the quality & progress as planned. With their efforts, at the topping-out ceremony, the Investor’s representative awarded a certificate of 700,000 safe working hours for the construction site. This is a remarkable achievement for the entire Project Board of Directors.

After implementing the construction of the Mövenpick Hotel Project – The Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram, CENTRAL trusted by Novaland Investor to continue the MEPF package for Mövenpick Hotel in The Wonderland of Novaworld Ho Tram Project.

During the implementation time, CENTRAL has shown a steady spirit, professional working attitude and met the requirements for quality and schedule.

Being trusted by the Investor on the MEPF package has once again confirmed CENTRAL’s brand position and General Contractor capacity in the MEP field of Vietnam’s construction market. Previously, CENTRAL has made a trademark on the market when successfully implementing a high-class General Contractor & MEP Contractor package for several projects such as Empire City Thu Thiem; Alma Resort Cam Ranh; Vinholidays Fiesta Hotel – Grand World Phu Quoc…

The Mövenpick hotel chain is a trademark of the Accor Group. The Mövenpick Hotel in the Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram phase will have more than 200 rooms and is expected to come into operation in Q2/2023.

Mövenpick Hotel is famous for its luxurious design, located in beautiful and prominent locations in major cities or famous tourist destinations. The representative of Novaland Group affirmed that the appearance of the Mövenpick-branded hotel in the Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram divergence is expected to contribute to completing the high-end utility chain for Novaland’s tourism and resort project and improve the quality of accommodation facilities of Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
