COMPANION OF THE BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM

In the morning of September 19, 2021, at 60 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, CENTRAL cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center (Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society) to organize a blood donation program 2021 with the spirit of “Giot mau se chia – An tinh mua dich”.

There was more than 100 CENTRAL staff who participated in this first blood donation program, along with other personnel from agencies and departments in the city.

Overview of the program

The complicated and prolonged epidemic situation has affected blood mobilization from community sources. Therefore, this urgent activity has supported more blood reserves, especially for hospitals that are treating Covid-19 patients.

A staff who participated in blood donation shared: “When the company started to launch the program, I immediately responded enthusiastically. However, Ho Chi Minh City is currently implementing social distancing, moving to the blood donation site will be a bit difficult. But the company has organized and supported very well in all activities to make travel more convenient. I feel that this is a very meaningful activity to help the community, and I’m happy to help others.”

HEAD OF SAFETY TRAINING PROGRAM

Safety is one of the prerequisite goals for CENTRAL’s Projects.

With the goal of improving the role of Deputy Site Managers, Supervisors to become the future Head of Safety, from November 10, 2021, to the end of December 2021, the Safety Department organizes a training program with the topic Head of Safety.

Projects in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces will study at the Head Office, the remaining projects will participate in online training.

The training program includes 12 different topics related to HSE management at the Project, document system, sample form; Occupational safety (group 2) – 44/2016/ND-CP; Responding to emergency situations, risk assessment, work permit system…. first aid, fire prevention, and rescue.

These specialized training courses will equip additional safety knowledge; Understand the roles and responsibilities of a safety worker on a construction site. At the same time, it is possible to deploy and operate the CENTRAL safety management system, reduce hazards on the construction site as well as achieve the target of NO accidents at the sites
