L16 in Phase I, with 35 floors and 2 basements. CENTRAL plays a role as the General Contractor in structure, completion, and MEP. Currently, CENTRAL is constructing 8 towers in the Vinhomes Grand Park project at the same time.

L16 was the latest tower handover by pile contractor in Phase 1, but its construction speed is ahead of the scheduled 50 days. This has been gained the investor’s highest appreciation in professionalism and considerable effort of a whole SMB.

After the topping ceremony, SMH continued to urgently implement the finishing work and another field for the safest and highest quality project. The estimated time of L16 is in July 2020.
On two days November 21st and 22nd, 2019, Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh – a company’s representative, has run an event to offer gifts to site workers in the North (Vinhomes Smart City; Hope Residences, Syrena; Phenikka University, MIK; Vinmec Times City). These are the key points of CENTRAL in the North trying to timely meet the deadline in the 4th quarter of 2019 to get ready for plenty of new projects at the beginning of 2020.

The cold breezing is currently approaching to the North, the temperature is decreasing. The year’s end is always the time of high pressure and deadline, and climate change is also a tough difficulty in constructing for CENTRAL warriors.
Understanding deeply these problems, BOD CENTRAL has offered 200 warm clothes to SMB along with spiritual presents as encouragement and boost working morale and collaboration, committing to meet the Investor deadline in time. The event occurred warmly and happily in site zones.

“WINTER WARM CLOTHES” event has successfully come to its second year, hopefully, these visit will enhance working passion as well as energy to our North warriors.
In November 2019, CENTRAL has repeatedly received 3 projects winning with a total value of approximately 1 billion VND. Then, BOD of CENTRAL along with project leaders, proceed construction to timely meet the deadline for Investor.
2/ LUXURY APARTMENT AND SAIGON ASIANA TRADE IN SERVICES Project
Located conveniently at the administrative center in district 6 (Hau Giang – Nguyen Van Luong street), there is a heart of bustling Sai Gon Cho Lon trade market. Luxury apartments and Saigon Asiana Trade in Services invested wholeheartedly by Gotec Vietnam have a good chance to offer high quality and unique products to the market.

2/ GRAND BAY HA LONG Project
Ha Long Grand Bay is a project belonging to 3 peninsulas of Ha Long Marina (Hoang Quoc Viet street, Bai Chay) of BIM Group – a well-known real estate.
At the beginning of 2019, CENTRAL and BIM Group collaborated in SYRENA APARTMENT AND HOTEL (Tay Ho, Ha Noi), this project is the first step of both sides’ cooperation.
In November 2019, CENTRAL has won a structural construction and civil work for 106 shophouses and 61 villas. With much experience in Shophouse and Villas, Grand Bay Ha Long will surely have excellent aesthetics when hanging over.

3/ CMC CREATIVE SPACE Project
CMC Creative Space is an office complex and data center in the South of CMC Tech Group of Investor located at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.

Built-in 13000m2 total area, CMC Creative Space consists of a data building center between 2 offices. In this project, CENTRAL won a construction of tunnel basement, body, and finishing work for 3 main blocks (Block A, Block B, Block DC) and some other buildings.
CENTRAL with many remarkable experiences in large-scale building projects such as Etown 5, UOA, MWG. Besides, high technology, as well as experienced engineers, gain Investor trust in deadline commitment, quality, and aesthetics.

At the project, CENTRAL is a general contractor for 8 Towers. The contractor uses the new construction method – FULL TOP DOWN – building a basement and the body at the same time

This ceremony was a warm, cheerful atmosphere. Immediately after the Topping Out ceremony, SMB L15 continued to urgently implement the finishing work, satisfying the requirements of the Investor.
Right after the signing ceremony MOU, CENTRAL accompanied with students of the Dept. of Civil Engineering several programs to operate in late October and early November.
Mr. Mao Vi Cuong – Safety Manager has a topic RELATIONSHIP & ACCOMPLISHMENT
On the morning of October 27th, at the DCE hall, Mr. Mao Vi Cuong – Safety Manager has a topic “RELATIONSHIP & ACCOMPLISHMENT” for 170 students who are currently a member of groups and clubs in the department. The speech last 2 hours about life, how to expand and maintain your relationship. All students are really excited about this topic as thanks to that his experience and his knowledge.
