In the joyful atmosphere to welcome the New Year, on the morning of January 4th, 2024, Rang Dong Joint Stock Company (belonging to Cat Tuong Real Estate Group JSC) in collaboration with Central Construction Joint Stock Company organized the Ground-Breaking Ceremony for the Infrastructure construction of Rang Dong Industrial Park (Aurora IP) in Rang Dong Town, Nghia Hung, Nam Dinh.

Rang Dong Industrial Park (Aurora IP) project is invested and built on an area of 520ha, focusing on the textile and garment industry, especially the textile and dyeing segment, towards localizing production of 1 billion meters of fabric by 2025. Central takes the role of General Contractor for the construction of items including: Asphalt roads for the whole area; Utility trench; Water supply system; Rainwater drainage system; Sewage drainage system; High and medium-voltage electrical systems’ Power and Lighting systems and Telecommunication system.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place successfully and Central’s PMB with the spirit of excitement and enthusiasm, immediately proceeded to carry out the first works of the project.
