TRAINING INTEGRATION AND SHARING OF BENEFITS, POLICIES, CENTRAL CUTURE TO CONSTRUCTION SITES

In the afternoon of March 16th 2018, CENTRAL officially launched the “Training integration and sharing of benefits, policies, CENTRAL culture to construction sites” program at construction sites in order to gain knowledge for supervisors in over 20 nationwide projects.

The first destination of the series was the project of “Mobile World office building – ERP, District 9”. The training session was guided by Ms. Bich Nga (a senior Adviser of General Director and the Leader of System division) attracted over 20 staffs at the construction site.

The beginning was visits, concerns and sharing about CENTRAL culture – people from Ms. Nga. Accordingly, staffs had opportunities to learn more about professional working style and understand 5 key values that CENTRAL had set as a foundation for the sustainable development of the company.

At the meeting, there were also representatives from the Department of Administration and Human Resources to clarify the issues of beneficial policies for staffs and new comers at CENTRAL.

Before the end of the meeting, staffs were answered enthusiastically common questions to motivate more working spirit to go forward.

TRAINING ON COMMUNICATION CULTURE AND PROFESSIONAL WORKING BEHAVIORS

In the same day, with the welcoming activity for the international women’s day – March 8th, CENTRAL successfully organized a meeting about “Communication culture and professional working behaviors” for female staffs.

Communication today is always an important factor to decide the way for success or failure in every relationship. Therefore, main communicating language is a prerequisite to establish standards of living and communication in our life.

Understanding that importance, the representative of the Company, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Nga working as Senior Adviser for the General Director and Leader of System division had directly trained 35 female staffs. Specifically, female staffs should know the basic office communication skills such as speaking, listening, writing (email, letter…), telephone communication in the office, non-verbal communication skills and others.

Moreover, Mr. Bich Nga also shared ladies the secret to communicate in a “seductive way”, in which the requirements of clothing were one of the most importance factors. This helped to create a professional friendly working environment and motivate female staffs to complete working tasks and objectives in particular and in general.

The meeting ended in joyful and exciting environment from CENTRAL ladies – instead of the deep thanks of ladies to the Executive Board.

CENTRAL COOPERATED WITH THE FESTIVAL OF “TECHNOLOGY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH – IVTH TIME, 2018” – HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

In the morning of January 13th 2018, University of Technology organized successfully the festival of “Technology scientific research – 4th time, 2018”in the joyful environment, gathered many students from different universities in Ho Chi Minh City. And CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company was honored to be the sponsor of that program.

The science and technology festival were a useful playground for researching and cultivating talents and promoting scientific researches in University of Technology in particular and universities in the field of construction in general. Moreover, the festival improved knowledge and skills for students (especially for students in 3rd and 4th year), helped them to understand more about the importance of science and technology researches, technological creative and apply to solve practical problems.

At the festival, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Chief Executive Officer of CENTRAL had awarded scholarships for excellent students. Of which there were 10 scholarships for students from Construction faculty and Electrical engineering faculty. Especially, CENTRAL spent scholarships for 30 excellent students to have working positions in the Company without any interview. Because we knew that this was a great spiritual present for students, the future generations of our country.
