FIRE FIGHTING AND PREVENTION TRAINING AT CHADWICK PROJECT

Recently, the Safety Committee held a Fire Fighting and Prevention training at Chadwick Project, with the participation of all workers, construction teams, with the aim to improve professional skills of fire protection for the team working at the Project.

This is a regular activity that occurs at construction sites as well as head office to raise awareness and responsibility of Fire Fighting and Prevention for each employee and officer. It also gives experience lessons to help the team be more proactive in preventing and handling fire and explosion situations, ensuring the safety of people and property in case of incidents.

The training session brought them useful knowledge in Fire Fighting and Prevention, as well as trained them in the ability to handle situations on the spot in case something went wrong.

In addition to ensuring effective business, CENTRAL attaches special importance to Fire Fighting and Prevention in the entire system. Through the training course, construction sites were deeply aware of the meaning of Fire Fighting and Prevention, which is both a responsibility and an obligation of all employees at CENTRAL.

NEGOTIATION TRAINING COURSE FOR EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS

Besides improving professional skills in working progress, CENTRAL always focuses on the essential soft skills for all employees.

Recently, the training department held a negotiation training course with 60 participants from the Sites and Departments of the company.

Negotiation is always an interesting topic and provokes many problems. In negotiation, you not only stand up for your point of view but also look at the problems from the partner’s perspective to create successful deals that bring mutual benefits for stakeholders. It is the art of modern negotiation.

The course provides crucial knowledge, skills, and necessary tools for employees able to understand the importance of negotiation in the business environment. In addition, it also contributed to enhancing negotiation skill application into practical reality.

FIRE FIGHTING AND PREVENTION TRAINING AT EMPIRE CITY

In order to improve professional skills of fire prevention and fighting, to comply with the requirements of law regulations on fire prevention and rescue. On the morning of December 15, 2020, the CENTRAL Safety Dept at the Empire City project coordinated with the Project Management Board to organize a fire fighting and prevention training.

The program had the participation of the Project Management Board, the Safety Officer of the Investor, and the Subcontractors. The Police Department of Fire Fighting Prevention of District 2 is the unit that directly trains the contents: propaganda on fire prevention and fighting and practicing using fire extinguishers. In addition, there was also a rehearsal program of fire fighting and rescue plans at the 3rd-floor area of Tower 1, the cause of fire caused by welding slag arising during construction work.

The program was successful and provided the participants with useful knowledge in firefighting as well as training their ability to handle situations on the spot in case of incidents.

In March of 2020, CENTRAL held a Project Management Professional (PMP) training course. There are 30 participants from Director Divison, Project Directors, Manage/Deputy Manager, Site Managers.

PMP was held in 04 days and 01 day especially for Project evaluation. On the first day, CENTRAL’s key person join the advanced training program which demonstrates the special care of the BOD in the development knowledge of international level PM, since then CENTRAL’s managers will enhance project management skills.

PMP is used in operating all kinds of Projects, changing the way they did not work, upgrading the success of the project. The man who has the PMI national standards always believed in his project’s ability to reduce the risk.  This is always the possibility BOD of CENTRAL in the current management team.

CENTRAL ACCOMPANYING WITH STUDENTS FROM THE DEPT. OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, HCMCT, HCMC NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ON THE UNION –ASSOCIATION TRAINING PROGRAM

Right after the signing ceremony MOU, CENTRAL accompanied with students of the Dept. of Civil Engineering several programs to operate in late October and early November.

Mr. Mao Vi Cuong – Safety Manager has a topic RELATIONSHIP & ACCOMPLISHMENT

On the morning of October 27th, at the DCE hall, Mr. Mao Vi Cuong – Safety Manager has a topic “RELATIONSHIP & ACCOMPLISHMENT” for 170 students who are currently a member of groups and clubs in the department. The speech last 2 hours about life, how to expand and maintain your relationship. All students are really excited about this topic as thanks to that his experience and his knowledge.

Along with an internship opportunity for students, CENTRAL has collaborated with DCE – HCM to make more outdoor activities. This program is also an investment and high-quality talent attraction for upcoming company’s development.

CENTRAL accompanies a picnic program at Bo Cap Vang Tourist Zone

From 2nd to 3rd Nov 2019, the students will continue with union officials with the topic “THE LOST TREASURE”. Here, the students have played many adventurous, interesting games by the union officers themselves. Through these games, the students have a chance to relax and train their teamwork spirit.

Then, these accompanying activities are also the task of attracting high-quality human resources for the development of CENTRAL in the coming time.
