CENTRAL ORGANIZES “AI TRAINING AND APPLICATION PROGRAM” FOR EXECUTIVES AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

On March 6&7, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the program “AI Training and Application in the Workplace” for the BODs and managers at the Company’s headquarters. The program aimed to equip leaders with the mindset and practical skills to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) in management, operations, and daily work processes amid the accelerating wave of digital transformation.

The training program focused on key topics including an overview of AI and Generative AI, effective collaboration with AI tools through prompt engineering, and practical applications of AI in everyday tasks such as report summarization, information analysis, planning, and decision support. Through a combination of expert presentations and hands-on exercises, participants were introduced to the concept of using AI as a “digital assistant” to streamline workflows, shorten processing time, and improve overall management efficiency.

Sharing his perspective on the program, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, Chairman of CENTRAL, stated: “CENTRAL highly values the knowledge and practical benefits that AI training programs bring. This is extremely useful knowledge that should soon be expanded to deputy project managers, department heads, and specialist teams directly involved in operations. At the same time, we should organize additional advanced training programs tailored to specific professional areas such as media, administration, human resources, engineering, finance, and accounting, with learning pathways ranging from two to six weeks. In the long term, our goal is to extend AI training to all employees across the company.”

Organizing a dedicated AI training program for the Company’s leadership and management teams demonstrates CENTRAL’s proactive approach to embracing emerging technologies while strengthening its governance capabilities. As the construction industry undergoes significant transformation supported by digital tools, AI is increasingly viewed as a key technology for optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and enabling faster, more accurate decision-making.

CENTRAL AND DA NANG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY STRENGTHEN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

October 18, 2025 — CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company welcomed a delegation from the University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (DUT) for a working visit to discuss opportunities for collaboration, technological exchange, and academic–industry partnerships.

The DUT delegation was led by Mr. Le Khanh Toan, Chairman of the University’s Trade Union, and Mr. Vuong Le Thang, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Representing CENTRAL were Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh, Executive Director, and Ms. Cao Thi Diem Chau, Head of Human Resources.

During the meeting, representatives from Da Nang University of Science and Technology expressed a strong desire to foster closer collaboration with industry partners, particularly in technology transfer and practical experience sharing. Mr. Vuong Le Thang outlined the university’s new educational strategy, which emphasizes international integration and curriculum innovation to meet societal expectations. He also expressed hope that CENTRAL and other enterprises would continue to support students through infrastructure, technical facilities, and real-world learning opportunities to help them complete their studies more effectively.

On behalf of CENTRAL, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh reaffirmed the long-standing relationship between the two institutions, which has laid a solid foundation for a forthcoming Strategic Cooperation Agreement. He also shared his expectations for DUT students, stating: “We encourage students to broaden their perspectives, be proactive, and demonstrate passion and determination in every project they take part in.”

On June 3, 2025, as part of its ongoing strategic collaboration with the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company hosted a formal Welcome and Training Day for 32 outstanding students selected for its 2025 internship program at CENTRAL Construction JSC Headquarters

CENTRAL ORGANIZES THE 2024 NEW ENGINEER TRAINING PROGRAM

“Human resources” is one of the core values that Central prioritizes. The younger generation, with their innovative thinking, serves as an important asset that the company seeks to cultivate in order to contribute to sustainable development in the future.

On the morning of November 1, 2024, the New Engineer Training Program took place at Central’s Headquarters. In attendance were the company’s leadership and 50 top new engineers selected from leading universities specializing in Construction.

“Currently, many companies in the construction industry are facing challenges; however, Central’s situation shows many bright spots. Fortunately, the company still has numerous opportunities and comprehensive welfare policies for its employees. There is a continuous demand for new personnel to meet the needs of ongoing projects. Therefore, at this moment, each of us must appreciate and strive even harder. Evidence of this is that Central has provided opportunities for students while you are still in school and offered you chances once you become part of the Central team,” shared General Director Tran Quang Tuan.

Upon completion of the training program, 26 new engineers will be assigned to work in the Southern region, while the remaining 24 personnel will take on responsibilities in projects in the Northern region.

The program is scheduled to last for two months (November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024), focusing on training across various areas including ISO, HSE, QS, QA – QC, Shop drawing, Equipment, BIM, construction strategies, and specialized training and practical experience in projects and departments. This aims to equip the new engineers with a strong foundation in operations and project management before they commence their official duties.

The dreams and aspirations, along with a spirit of lifelong learning, persistent efforts, dedication, and a passion for their profession will be the keys to their success, helping them to become multifaceted engineers—the promising future generation of Central.

Through specific insights and shares from the leadership, the new engineers confidently expressed their feelings about their work and the company environment from their internships, as well as their thoughts, aspirations, and goals upon joining Central. It is hoped that they will seize the opportunity to realize their personal development plans and contribute their youthful energy to the company’s achievements in the near future.
