October 28, 2025 — The topping-out ceremony of Essensia Sky, an iconic project embodying the philosophy of “green and healthy living” in South Saigon, was held successfully and ceremoniously at 15B Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event welcomed representatives from local authorities, the Board of Directors of developer Phu Long Corporation, general contractor CENTRAL, as well as design, consultancy, and strategic partners who have accompanied the project throughout its development.

Marking a major milestone, the topping-out was completed 60 days ahead of schedule, underscoring exceptional project management, professional work ethics, and strong collaboration among all stakeholders. Since construction began in September 2024, the project’s structural works have been completed in just 424 consecutive days, thanks to the dedication of over 900 engineers and workers contributing more than 10,000 working hours. Throughout the process, CENTRAL conducted over 1,000 material and component inspections, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, and four independent acceptance reviews, ensuring all components met or exceeded international standards for quality and safety.

Managed and operated by WorldHotels™, the premium brand of the BWH Hotel Group, Essensia Sky benefits from the high-end amenities of Dragon City in South Saigon. The twin towers comprise 424 premium apartments and penthouses ranging from 74 to 347 square meters, designed by Tange Associates (Japan) — one of Japan’s leading architectural firms. From design to construction, the project has consistently pursued a “green and healthy” philosophy, incorporating eco-friendly materials and technologies such as CarbonCure CO₂-absorbing concrete, energy-efficient paint and glass, solar-powered lighting, and in-tap drinking water filtration systems. With its steadfast green development strategy, Essensia Sky has earned the EDGE Certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC – World Bank) for its tangible contributions to reducing emissions, saving energy, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Mr. Phan Ngoc Phuc, Secretary of the Nha Be Commune Party Committee, praised the project’s performance: “Completing the structure in just 14 months instead of the planned two years is a remarkable achievement by the developer and contractor. Projects like Essensia Sky are key to attracting investment and driving Nha Be’s transformation as part of Ho Chi Minh City’s approved master plan for the southern region through 2040, with a vision to 2060.”

The successful topping-out of Essensia Sky represents not only a technical milestone but also the culmination of shared vision, determination, and teamwork among Phu Long, CENTRAL, and their partners. It stands as a testament to professional execution, accelerated progress, and a shared commitment to creating sustainable, human-centered developments.

Following this milestone, the project will move into the mechanical–electrical, interior, and landscaping phases, continuing to expand its wellness and eco-friendly amenities. Essensia Sky is expected to be handed over in Q4/2026, poised to become a new symbol of green and prosperous living in South Saigon — where every home is not just a residence, but a source of health, energy, and well-being for its future community.

September 29^th, 2025 — During the official visit of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, H.E. Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, to Vietnam, a high-level meeting was held with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son. The meeting took place in a spirit of friendship and openness, reflecting the deepening political trust and shared ambition to strengthen comprehensive cooperation between the two nations. Deputy Prime Minister Sơn emphasized Vietnam’s commitment to advancing bilateral relations, creating opportunities for expanded collaboration in energy, industry, labor, trade, and particularly in construction and infrastructure.

Since late 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company (CENTRAL) has steadily expanded beyond Vietnam’s borders, marking its presence in new international markets. In the Middle East, CENTRAL has notably taken part in the finishing works for the Sumou Twin Towers project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia—comprising 71 and 63 floors—located in one of the most vibrant cities on the Red Sea coast. At a key event held during the diplomatic visit, CENTRAL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate on the development of two luxury hotel projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These projects are owned by THEED TOWER Company, a member of HOMOUD ALTHEEB HOLDING. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Minister Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef and Mr. Pham Tan Cong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This MOU signifies a major milestone not only in CENTRAL’s journey toward global expansion but also in fostering stronger ties between Vietnamese and Saudi business communities, under the guidance and support of both governments.

In harmony with the vibrant national celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), and amid the launch and inauguration of 250 key projects across Vietnam, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with investor Kyoritsu Maintenance Vietnam Co., Ltd., solemnly held a spiritual ceremony to inaugurate The One Tower project. The project is located at No. 6, 2/9 Street, Hai Chau Ward, directly opposite APEC Park — a landmark of Da Nang city.

The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the attendance of the investor, consultants, and the CENTRAL project management board. On the morning of August 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the project developer Phuc Thanh An Real Estate JSC, officially organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the contract package of construction works for the basement, structural body, and architectural completion of The Poet Residence – a high-end residential apartment project in Da Nang. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, project management board, construction supervision consultants, General Contractor CENTRAL, strategic partners, and staffs from all involved parties.

Located on a prime 2,000m² plot, The Poet Residence comprises two basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, with three floors allocated for commercial, service, and amenity spaces. The development features 275 modern, efficiently designed apartments, with clear legal ownership and long-term land use rights. Once completed, The Poet Residence is expected to not only enrich the city’s supply of high-quality housing but also become a modern architectural landmark contributing to the urban landscape in Southeast Da Nang.

Following the successful completion of the main structural works for the twin 30-storey towers — Melia Hotel and The Paramount of Libera Nha Trang Resort – Commercial – Entertainment Complex, CENTRAL has been entrusted by KDI Holdings to undertake the whole MEP contract for this project.

This contract brings CENTRAL’s total MEP contract value in 2025 to nearly VND 3,000 billion, marking a significant milestone that reinforces its robust growth trajectory and solidifies its position as a leading General Contractor in both construction and MEP in Vietnam.
