DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER NGUYEN CHI DUNG INSPECTS THE PROGRESS OF QUANG TRI AIRPORT PROJECT

On 14 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, and a Government delegation inspected the progress of several key projects in Quang Tri Province. The working visit aimed to assess the implementation situation, assess progress, remove difficulties and obstacles, promote disbursement, and create momentum for local socio-economic development.

As part of the working agenda, the Deputy Prime Minister directly conducted an on-site inspection of the Quang Tri Airport project. The project is being developed under a joint investment partnership comprising T&T Group, Cienco 4, and Quang Tri Airport Co., Ltd., with CENTRAL serving as the General Contractor alongside several partner units executing works across the construction site.

Quang Tri Airport is being developed under the public–private partnership (PPP) model. Groundbreaking took place in July 2024, with total investment exceeding VND 5.8 trillion. The project is under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. The project meets the standards of a level 4C airport, capable of handling code E aircraft and irregular international flights; and is also a level II military airport, with a designed capacity of 5 million passengers/year.

CENTRAL is responsible for several critical components of the project, including the passenger terminal, air-traffic control tower, and MEP systems. According to the latest progress report, land clearance has been completed the clearance of 245 hectares, paving the way for synchronized implementation of all major components.

  • Passenger terminal: Pile-driving and tower-crane foundation works have been completed; ground-up construction is underway.
  • Air-traffic control tower: Pile-driving has been completed; contractors are installing the tower-crane foundations, constructing the tower shaft, and reinforcing the ground.

During his inspection, Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the investor and contractors must closely follow the directives of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, ensuring the project is completed before 30 April 2026 with an emphasis on mobilizing all available resources to accelerate construction progress. Quang Tri province needs to cooperate with the investor to focus on site clearance, clean land allocation, and and ensure adequate sand supply for construction. At the same time, clear orientations and strategic planning are required—not only to complete the infrastructure, but also to attract investment, advance administrative reforms, and secure human resources —so that, upon completion of the project, the Quang Tri Aviation Industrial and Airport Urban Complex can be successfully established.

TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR MICE CONVENTION CENTER & MUI THUYEN RESTAURANT PROJECT IN PHU QUOC

On November 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Corporation in collaboration with Sun Group, held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant Project on Hon Thom Island, An Thoi, Phu Quoc.

Phu Quoc Island has recently emerged as a new paradise for MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Events), meeting all the essential requirements to become a top-tier destination for international events. The MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant is located within Sun World Hon Thom, home to the Aquatopia Water Park—one of Asia’s leading water parks—and Exotica Village Amusement Park, connected by the world’s longest three-wire cable car route departing from An Thoi Station in Sunset Town. By contributing to develop a series of projects across southern Phu Quoc, CENTRAL continues to play a vital role in elevating the “Dao Ngoc” into one of the region’s leading global hotspot for MICE tourism.

GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE WIN CITY URBAN AREA — A NEW SYMBOL OF TAY NINH’S DEVELOPMENT

On October 31, 2025, in Duc Hoa, Tay Ninh Province, The consortium of Thang Loi Group, An Cuong Wood-Working JSC, and CENTRAL Construction JSC solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Win City Urban Area Project in Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The event marked not only the commencement of a large-scale, modern, and well-planned urban development but also celebrated the success of the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee (2025–2030 term) — affirming the province’s commitment to sustainable urban growth in the new development phase.

The ceremony was honored by the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet, Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; representatives from provincial departments and agencies; as well as numerous partners, investors, and clients. Earlier, on June 20, 2025, during the strategic shareholders’ introduction ceremony, The consortium of Thang Loi Group, An Cuong Wood-Working JSC, and CENTRAL Construction JSC formally announced its cooperation to develop The Win City. Within the partnership: Thang Loi Group serves as the lead investor, responsible for strategic orientation and ecosystem development; CENTRAL acts as the general contractor, in charge of the entire structural, architectural, MEP, fire safety, and landscape infrastructure works, ensuring international standards of quality, progress, and safety; An Cuong Wood-Working JSC provides high-quality, eco-friendly finishing materials, contributing to a modern, comfortable, and sustainable living environment. This cooperation forms a comprehensive, closed-loop development process — from land acquisition, legal procedures, and planning to construction and interior completion — ensuring effective management of quality, cost, and progress.

In the first phase, the Victory Heights subzone will include 2,822 units, comprising 2,748 apartments and 74 shophouses, scheduled for completion between 2025–2027. Upon completion, the project is expected not only to address the region’s housing demand but also to contribute approximately 1% of Tay Ninh’s GRDP, providing significant momentum to the real estate market along the Ho Chi Minh City border. With a projected starting price below VND 1 billion per unit, The Win City aims to offer quality housing for young residents and workers in the Tay Ninh–Long An industrial corridor, while pioneering the development of affordable apartment housing in satellite cities surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

ESSENSIA SKY – GREEN-HEALTH APARTMENT PROJECT TOPS OUT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

October 28, 2025 — The topping-out ceremony of Essensia Sky, an iconic project embodying the philosophy of “green and healthy living” in South Saigon, was held successfully and ceremoniously at 15B Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event welcomed representatives from local authorities, the Board of Directors of developer Phu Long Corporation, general contractor CENTRAL, as well as design, consultancy, and strategic partners who have accompanied the project throughout its development.

Marking a major milestone, the topping-out was completed 60 days ahead of schedule, underscoring exceptional project management, professional work ethics, and strong collaboration among all stakeholders. Since construction began in September 2024, the project’s structural works have been completed in just 424 consecutive days, thanks to the dedication of over 900 engineers and workers contributing more than 10,000 working hours. Throughout the process, CENTRAL conducted over 1,000 material and component inspections, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, and four independent acceptance reviews, ensuring all components met or exceeded international standards for quality and safety.

CENTRAL SIGNS MOU FOR TWO LUXURY HOTEL PROJECTS IN RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA

September 29th, 2025 — During the official visit of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, H.E. Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, to Vietnam, a high-level meeting was held with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son. The meeting took place in a spirit of friendship and openness, reflecting the deepening political trust and shared ambition to strengthen comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.
