On the morning of July 1^st, 2019, CENTRAL and Investor Suoi Tien Group held the commencement ceremony of “Tsunami Bay and Wonderful River” Project (Son Tien Tourism City Project) at Highway 51, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province

The ceremony was honored to welcome:

• Mr Dinh Van Vui – Chairman of Suoi Tien Group – Hero of Labor and his Lady
• Mr Dinh Van Son, Mr Huynh Dong Tuan, Mr Nguyen Van Luc, Ms. Huynh Thi My Nga – Deputy General Directors of Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Joint Stock Company.
• Mr Nguyen Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of Son Tien Tourist City Joint Stock Company.

In this project, CENTRAL has the responsibility as D & B General Contractor for 2 big items “Tsunami Bay and Wonderful River”, a water park is 14 hectare invested with 2.500 billion VND. Tsunami Bay has the highest tsunami in South East Asia and connects with Wonderful River with the river has hundreds of  kilometer of length and 7 games areas and vairous water slides.

Perspective of Son Tien – PROJECT SCALES: 380 HECTARE

The project will be developed into a Entertainment Center as a top ten in South East of Asia. The highlight of the project is games that are provided, equiped and designed by world leading design company such as Proslide (Canada), Cloward H20 (America), Unit Art (China) etc. As a consequence, the existing 40 hectares has been constructed carefully with 60 meters wide.

In the ceremony, from the Investors, Mr Nguyen Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of Son Tien Travel City joint stock company said: “With the purpose of making a new, modern, green, worthy, world leading entertainments by Suoi Tien Group for this project, they have chosen wisely the most prestigious and famous contractors. The project will be the greatest honor as well as a responsibility for Son Tien’s staff and CENTRAL. With the high determination of building within 100 days straight for 2 main units with the highest quality”.

After more than 5 months of continuous construction with high intensity, on May 17, 2019, the Site Management Board of UOA Tower – Phu My Hung, District 7 has successfully completed the last batch of works, ahead of schedule 2 months.

This is an office building project invested by UOA Company (Malaysia) with the scale 45,000 m2 of floor area: including 4 basements, 25 floors.

This is a very large foundation, so the Investor specifically requires strict technical and quality. According to information from the Site Management Board, the total volume of concrete required for the foundation is 1,400 m3 and about 200 tons of steel. In order to achieve the above-mentioned achievements, brothers and sisters in Site Management Board made constant efforts and followed the plan very carefully from the BOD.

Following the successful of close basement B4, Site Management Board urgently focused on executing the body to hand over the project as scheduled.

On the morning April 26, 2019, Investor Phuc Dong Housing Development and CENTRAL to organized the Topping Out Ceremony of Hope Residences.

– Project scale: 2 basements with area of 2ha/basement, 5 21-story towers. Total construction floor area is 200.000^m2

Hope Residences Project

The Hope Residences Site Management Board has set a construction record of completing foundation and 2 basements in 4 months. Construction of the body reached an average speed of 4 days/floor. This achievement mark an important milestone for the outstanding maturity of a team of 80 Supervisors, create a solid foundation for brothers and sisters to conquer all challenges ahead confidently.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Ha – Site Manager sincerely thanked to all staff in Site Management Board of Hope Residences for their cooperating and determination to complete the project objectives successfully. He also shared that many of the brothers have become more mature when they have the opportunity to experience and challenge during the construction process, since then they will be promoted to higher positions in other CENTRAL projects.

With the enthusiasm of youth, the constant fighting spirit of a whole team of Site Management Board, who are paying attention to construction to complete MEP to hand over in 12/2019 – withdraw 3 months shorter than the contract progress.

On the morning of April 9th, 2019, CENTRAL and Investor Power Creation Industrial Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) held the commencement ceremony of the “Power Creation Industrial” project at Bau Bang Industrial Park, Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province.

Only 7 days, CENTRAL has transformed Bau Bang wilderness land to a ready construction project with safety systems in warehousing, arrange stable ground. Therefore, the investor with over 40 years factory experience in Taiwan and China appreciated the agility and the professional working style as well as firmly believe with CENTRAL.

CENTRAL is having 3 new VINGROUP’s construction projects.

The First Project: Vincity Grand Park

CENTRAL is a general contractor for 8 Towers. The contractor uses the new construction method – FULL TOP DOWN – building a basement and the body at the same time. CENTRAL has recently invested Gang form, an equipment imported from Korea, to pour a whole concrete into a 100% concrete walls instead of the traditional construction.

The third Project: Phu Quoc Grand World

At the middle of March 2019, CENTRAL commences the project of Phu Quoc Grand World located at Bai Dai – one of the most beautiful Paradise beaches on earth , Phu Quoc island , has a variety of  fine hotels such as Condotel, Sho, Minihotel,…

This in one of the largest Vingroup’s works including the huge catergories built near the Phu Quoc Casino complex.

Besides, Vinmec Times City project by CENTRAL as the main contractor is promptly in the finish stage of MEP to prepare for the handover in June, 2019.
