Project 1: Hotel 3.2

This is a special item in the project, scaling up with 8 floors, 921 rooms with 5138m2 for each floor. Especially, the first floor has got 6m5 high and 5,493m2 acreage. The estimated time to complete is October 2020.

Project 2: THE AQUARIUM TANK AT VAP

This is the most important item in VAP, scaling up with over 16.000 m² highest in Asia. As the construction has got a very complicated design, so the investor has invited Arup (UK), the world-leading designer, as a project designer – Arup is also the creator of Landmark 81.

The project has the shape of a turtle, which consists of many sacred meanings. An Aquarium tank is the place to raise the sea creatures such as sharks, sperm whales, etc, providing an exceptional experience to tourists. Another outstanding point of this project is water system is directly from the ocean.

Therefore, it would be an honor for the whole CENTRAL staff when VINGROUP wholeheartedly appoints for this large-scale project.

Project 3: INDOOR COASTER AT VAP

Scaling up 5000m2 wide, belonging to Phu Quoc Vinpearland complex. Here, CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor: structures and finishing. The estimated time to complete is about 7 months.

Besides, BOD of CENTRAL, along with VINGROUP keeps making a commencement ceremony 2 Underground Water Tank with 60mx60mx8 high. These two are used for Phu Quoc Grand World 200 hectare wide.

To answer to investors, BOD of CENTRAL as well as all staff is on fire, focusing workforce on this project to meet the deadline timely, safely and high quality.

On the morning of September 7th, 2019, CENTRAL and HOA LAM GROUP’s investors held the commencement ceremony of ONCOLOGY AND NUCLEAR MEDICINE CENTER, SHANGRI –LA HOA LAM MEDICAL ZONE at Binh Tan District, HCMC.

BOL Hoa Lam Group’s and BOD CENTRAL performing a commencement ceremony

Last time, in February 2019, thanks to the considerable effort for the best construction solutions, CENTRAL has successfully constructed a basement with 2 hectare widths for “Shangri – La Hoa Lam Project”. During the progress, CENTRAL has met all of the investors’ strict standards, let the project achieve schedule and quality. Therefore, the investors completely trust and appoint CENTRAL as a D&B General Constructor of:

1/ Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center

2/ The bridge connecting with 115 Gia An Hospital and CIH

3/ High Technology Medical Center Park with 1,5 hectares.

Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center – a construction with high specialization, built-in 5.000 m2 land. Especially, in this project, Shimizu has played a role as CENTRAL’s strategic partner, supporting experts in Japan in design consultation with the international standards which helps investors to save operational money and makes sure effective power lines in use. The estimated progress to put into use is in March 2021.

Related to Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center, yesterday on September 6th, 2019, CENTRAL along with Shimizu’s hospital designers had a meeting with the Director of 115 Gia An Hospital, Hoa Lam’s investors to push the design progress.

Bridge’s perspective connecting 115 Gia An Hospital and CIH

Shangri -la Hoa Lam currently has 2 hospitals: 115 Gia An & CIH. The bridge which has got 36 meters long and 34 meters wide can connect and transfer patients between 2 hospitals. The estimated time to put it in use is December 2019.

For the 1,5 hectare Green Park – High Tech Medical Zone, CENTRAL has built whole landscapes. The park can be used for outdoor activities for both local people and Medical Zone. The estimated time for the initial stage to put into use is November 2019.

In the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Lam – President of Hoa Lam Group said:

“Hoa Lam Shangri-La High Tech Medical Zone is a complex medical zone with 37,5 hectare including one general hospital và five specialized hospitals along with test centers, research centers, and clinical trials, and there are many support facilities, commercial areas, educational facilities, Hoa Lam Medical university as well as community facilities.

And today, right in this High Tech Medical Zone, I’m really honored to be here with you, to once again conduct a “Commencement ceremony of oncology center & nuclear medication, high technology Medical zone Center Park as well as a bridge of 115 Gia An Hospital and CIH”, this is a next, remarkable stage to build and develop this High Tech Medical Zone into the best place to check up for people.

I would like to give our sincerest thanks and hope that we can go thick and thin together to make this High Tech Medical Zone into a Medical City as approved”.

On the morning of July, 31th, 2019, CENTRAL and Investor SSG Group help recommencement the ceremony of “HOTEL 5 LE QUY DON” at District 3, HCMC. The project has a prime location next to the Independence Palace.

The ceremony was honored to welcome, as Investor – SSG Group Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ninh – CEO, Mr. Tran Duc Tam – D.CEO. Contractor representative: Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Executive Director, Mr. Nguyen Thien Thuat – Project Director.

This project provides hotel services with luxury facilities invested by Ngoc Son Nam Investment Joint Stock Company – SSG Group.

Perspectives Hotel 5 Le Quy Don

After adjusting the license and function, the project was officially restarted. The project has a classic, luxurious style and the owner’s strict requirement about quality and aesthetics. Project scale: 2 basements and 12 floors, constructed in 2.000m2.
CENTRAL with experience in construction projects as UOA Tower Basement: 4 basements, 25 floors; Office Building TGDD – MWG: 2 basements, 14 floors, and office buildings ETOWN 5 – REE: 3 basements, 17 floors in the city center. CENTRAL committed determination to finish the project on schedule, quality, and high aesthetic efficiency.

In the ceremony, from the Investors, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ninh said: “As a project in the center of the city, the area is close to many schools, where students often have more back and forth to work safely is our special concern. We believe contractors CENTRAL with full personnel capacity and experience in construction will fulfill the request that we made. “

Hopefully, with the success of Luxury Hotel 5 Le Quy Don project, it will be a premise for the long-term strategic cooperation between SSG Group and CENTRAL in the near future.”

On the morning of July, CENTRAL cooperated with the Investor VI BIEN – AKURUHI TRADING AND SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED to successfully organize the Topping Out Ceremony of AKURUHI TOWER at 124 Tran Quang Khai, District 1, HCMC.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the distinguished guests, the Investor – Mr. Nguyen Van An – Director Akuruhi, and Investor’s staff. Contractor representative: Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Executive Director, Mr. Nguyen Thien Thuat – Project Director in common with Design consultant, Subcontractors, and Project team.

Akuruhi Tower scales 2 basements and 14 floors which is fully equipped as a Trade Center such as luxury apartments for rent, restaurants, cafes, and stores of vegetables, seafood, kitchen appliances, functional food, etc. imported weekly from Japan.

In this project, CENTRAL, a structure constructor, finishing, and MEP. The estimated time for project hangover after the Topping Out Ceremony is about September 2019.

Akuruhi Tower is a construction within a city, all of the progress such as in-and-out materials, concreting is carried out after 10 pm. As a consequence, all of SMB has collaborated with related departments, especially Construction Engineering Dept, for the best implementing method to meet the deadline timely.

On the morning of July 16^th, 2019, CENTRAL has successful achieved an Investors’ FIVE STAR GROUP acceptance for celebrating a commencement ceremony for DALAT MANOIR LUXURY at 07 Nguyen Du, Da Lat.

The ceremony, there are honorable presences of VIP, as Investors’ Mr Tran Van Muoi – Chairman of Five Star Group, Mr Nguyen Thanh Canh – Vice president of Da Lat Five Star Joint stock company, Mr Nguyen Van Toan – Head of Project Management. As CENTRAL’s: Tran Quang Tuan – CEO, Mr Vu Duc Tai, Mr Mai Chanh Thanh – Executive Director, along with the presences of local governments and Site Management Board.

Located conveniently in Nguyen Du, a main street of the beautiful Da Lat City, DA LAT MANOIR LUXURY is a luxury French-inspired mansion complex, constructed in 2,3 hectares, including villas with 1.000 m²/villa.

The project is highly appreciated by Lam Dong People’s Committee with unique ideas, creative, eco-friendly, still mantained the beauty of this place. When completed, it would hopefully play an important role of local economic growth.

CENTRAL plays a role as a General Contractor, finishing and MEP. The estimated time up is at the end of 2019.

On the morning, July 5th, 2019, CENTRAL has successful achieved an Investors’ acceptance for celebrating a commencement ceremony for “3BEES BUILDING” at 281 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.

The ceremony, there are some honorable presences of CENTRAL BOD: Mr Tran Quang Tuan – CEO, Mr Vu Duc Tai, Mr Mai Chanh Thanh – Executive Director, Mr Nguyen Duc Hau, Mr Pham Van Hung – Project Director with Project teams and Supervision consultants, subcontractors.

3BEES Building invested by 3BEES INTERNATIONAL Limited Company, and CENTRAL has the responsibility as General Contractor and MEP.

The project has designed with modern office building style, 2 basements and 12 floors. It is conveniently located in a main street of Nguyen Van Troi – the entrance of city center, which is very good for transportation.

The project is estimated with a high level of complication. To make a fine preparation for it, the company’s BOD as well as SMB has offered some finest solution, applying BIM for construction method, shop-drawing, conflict inspection and weight estimation. Besides, SMB have made a effective collaboration with plenty of departments, especially Construction Engineering Dept to make sure a safe construction within a city.
