On the morning of December 3, 2019, CENTRAL and Tuyen Son Housing development Co.., LTD Investor was held the commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” – Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project at Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.

The ceremony honored to have the presence of guests, icluding:

Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project has been built in an area of 1,8ha, located conveniently at Tien Son bridge, the center of Da Nang, opposite of Lotte Mart, with 2 blocks, 2 basements, and 40 floors. The total investment is up to 2.300 billion VND

After the construction test pile, SMB is ready for the initiation of construction. The commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” The model construction helps investors’ marketing and sales in the future.

CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor in D&B. The progress chart is 26 months and the handover time is in January 2020.

This project is also a pride of the engineering team, CENTRAL’s engineers have a high determination for building an amazing, beautiful design, offering the best solutions for customers

The event commencement ceremony “Sale Gallery the Estuary” will be an initial step of building a Trade Center & Luxury apartment Tuyen Son project. It also represents a CENTRAL big project in Da Nang, a city of light of Vietnam

The topping ceremony of L16 – the tallest of Phase 1, Vinhomes Grand Park has been held on the morning of November 29^th, 2019, district 9, HCMC.

The ceremony was honored to welcome

L16 in Phase I, with 35 floors and 2 basements. CENTRAL plays a role as the General Contractor in structure, completion, and MEP. Currently, CENTRAL is constructing 8 towers in the Vinhomes Grand Park project at the same time.

L16 was the latest tower handover by pile contractor in Phase 1, but its construction speed is ahead of the scheduled 50 days. This has been gained the investor’s highest appreciation in professionalism and considerable effort of a whole SMB.

After the topping ceremony, SMH continued to urgently implement the finishing work and another field for the safest and highest quality project. The estimated time of L16 is in July 2020.

In November 2019, CENTRAL has repeatedly received 3 projects winning with a total value of approximately 1 billion VND. Then, BOD of CENTRAL along with project leaders, proceed construction to timely meet the deadline for Investor.

2/ LUXURY APARTMENT AND SAIGON ASIANA TRADE IN SERVICES Project

Located conveniently at the administrative center in district 6 (Hau Giang – Nguyen Van Luong street), there is a heart of bustling Sai Gon Cho Lon trade market. Luxury apartments and Saigon Asiana Trade in Services invested wholeheartedly by Gotec Vietnam have a good chance to offer high quality and unique products to the market.

The project with 2 basements, 16 floors. The standing point of Saigon Asiana is the multi-functional garden at the rooftop including Sinh Khi garden, Thien Yen garden, Nang Luong garden, and Yen Tiec garden.

In this project, CENTRAL has gained Investor trust and been appointed as a General contractor in structure, complete, and MEP. Before that, BOD along with the engineering team has offered some best solutions in technical and aesthetically estimated design and helps Investors save expenses as much as possible.

Gotec Viet Nam is known for Asiana restaurant chains such as Binh Thanh Asiana Plaza, Asiana Capella, Tan Phu Asiana Plaza.

2/ GRAND BAY HA LONG Project

Ha Long Grand Bay is a project belonging to 3 peninsulas of Ha Long Marina (Hoang Quoc Viet street, Bai Chay) of BIM Group – a well-known real estate.

At the beginning of 2019, CENTRAL and BIM Group collaborated in SYRENA APARTMENT AND HOTEL (Tay Ho, Ha Noi), this project is the first step of both sides’ cooperation.

In November 2019, CENTRAL has won a structural construction and civil work for 106 shophouses and 61 villas. With much experience in Shophouse and Villas, Grand Bay Ha Long will surely have excellent aesthetics when hanging over.

Ha Long City is a new city with much potential development in the economy and society of Quang Ninh province, the real estate hype here isn’t still cool yet. And Grand Bay Ha Long would be the one that boosts and define CENTRAL’s reputation to Investor here.

3/ CMC CREATIVE SPACE Project

CMC Creative Space is an office complex and data center in the South of CMC Tech Group of Investor located at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.

Built-in 13000m2 total area, CMC Creative Space consists of a data building center between 2 offices. In this project, CENTRAL won a construction of tunnel basement, body, and finishing work for 3 main blocks (Block A, Block B, Block DC) and some other buildings.

CENTRAL with many remarkable experiences in large-scale building projects such as Etown 5, UOA, MWG. Besides, high technology, as well as experienced engineers, gain Investor trust in deadline commitment, quality, and aesthetics.

On the morning of November 11, 2019, CENTRAL & VINGROUP organized the Topping Out Ceremony of VINHOMES GRAND PARK PHASE 1 – L15 at District 9, HCMC.

At the project, CENTRAL is a general contractor for 8 Towers. The contractor uses the new construction method – FULL TOP DOWN – building a basement and the body at the same time

L15 is 2 basements located in phase 1. CENTRAL acts as General Contractor for construction finishing structure and MEP. SMB has exceeded the Toping out before 1 month as required schedule from the Investor

This ceremony was a warm, cheerful atmosphere. Immediately after the Topping Out ceremony, SMB L15 continued to urgently implement the finishing work, satisfying the requirements of the Investor.

On the morning of October 10, 2019, CENTRAL & VINGROUP organized the Topping Out Ceremony of VINHOMES GRAND PARK PHASE 1 – L17 at District 9, HCMC.

At the project, CENTRAL is a general contractor for 8 Towers. The contractor uses the new construction method – FULL TOP DOWN – building a basement and the body at the same time

L17 is 2 basements located in phase 1. CENTRAL has handed over the construction site later than other units about 1 month in the whole project but up to now, the project has topped off 1 month ahead of the investor’s request.

It is expected that the L17 will be the earliest one to be handed over to investors among all the towers in phase 1 in April 2020.

Immediately after the Topping Out ceremony, SMB continued to urgently implement the finishing work, meeting all safety and quality standards, satisfying the requirements of the investor.

On the morning of September 17, 2019, CENTRAL & Investor Sovico Khanh Hoa Co. Ltd organized the Topping Out Ceremony of Evason Ana Mandara I&II – Ana Mandara Complex, Cam Ranh.

The ceremony was honored to welcome The Investor: Mr. Luu Van Son – Chairman of the Members’ Council Sovico; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet – CEO of Sovico. Contractor representative – Mr. Cao Son Hung – Project Director; Mr. Pham Chi Hieu – Site Manager in common with Design consultant, Subcontractors and SMB project.

The project is built on an area of 48.000m2, Ana Mandara I&II include 2 hotel, each hotel has 8 floors and 1.300m2 for each floor. CENTRAL plays a role contractor: structure and rough finishing. The estimated to complete for hand over about the end of 2019.

The Ana Mandara complex with architecture bold Vietnamese conical. Therefore, the entire structure around the outside of the 2 hotels is curved, winding, creating unity with the whole area. Besides, the space used for each hotel floor is different. For the 6th floor, designed 4 rooms including 4 villa sea view swimming pool (230m2). The project promises to bring guests a unique space and a resort stay that is peaceful, relaxed.
