TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF SYRENA HOTEL, HO TAY – MARKING A CONSTRUCTION RECORD FOR THE FASTEST SPEED IN VIET NAM

The atmosphere of the days before the Lunar New Year 2019 is more bustling than ever and the pace on CENTRAL’s construction sites, too, continues to take place many events:

On the morning of January 16, 2020, at 51 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho, Hanoi, with the consent of the investor of Syrena Joint Stock Company (BIM Group), CENTRAL held the topping out ceremony for the Syrena Hotel – Apartment project.

SYRENA is located in the heart of the West Lake and the northern district, the project is set to become the first neighborhood complex of apartments and shopping in Hanoi.

It is special and also the pride of the SMB of CENTRAL contractor when the project is completed to finish the raw part with lightning speed. The entire construction work of bored piles, diaphragm wall, 4 basements, 13 floors of towers and the pool on the roof were constructed with a record time of 8 months.

After the topping-out ceremony, SMB continued to urgently completes  the finishing work, MEP work to hand over the project to the Investor Bim Group for putting into use.

Two days earlier, in the South, CENTRAL together with VINGROUP, held a Topping-out Ceremony for L12 Building, Phase 1 – Vinhomes Grand Park.

The 35-storey building with 2 basements has topped the roof 30 days ahead of schedule. CENTRAL undertakes the role of General Contractor in structural, finishing and MEP. The estimated handover time of UOA to put it in use is in May, 2020.

TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF TOWERS H1, H2, H6 VINHOMES SMART CITY PROJECT

Entering the beginning of 2020, there will be many outstanding events at the Northern CENTRAL site. On the morning of January 11, 2020, CENTRAL together with the investor of Vingroup organized the topping-out ceremony of 3 towers H1, H2, H6 – Vinhomes Smart City Project in Tay Mo, Dai Mo, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi city.

Vinhomes Smart City is located on the axis of Thang Long Avenue – a prime location, where the intersection of a series of important roads, railways. Vinhomes Smart City aims to become a smart, modern city that is the focal point of every destination of the West of the capital.

In this project, CENTRAL is the only General Contractor with the role of structural construction, finishing, and MEP. Three towers with 34 floors and 1 basement. Gangform formwork construction technology and Acotec wall panels are applied in construction.

Construction of three towers H1, H2, and H6 was started by CENTRAL in March 2019, and up to now, 3 buildings have been ahead of schedule compared to the plan of the Investor, topping out the roof with 2.5 months in advance. The topping out event is not only a milestone marking the project construction process but also marks the maturity of a team of experienced, overcoming difficulties, connected to complete the work. The estimated time of handing over to the Investor is August 2020.

Immediately after the topping-out ceremony, the BOD had a year-end meeting with the SMB of the project and also sent Tet gifts to the staff.

THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF SAIGON ASIANA APARTMET PROJECT AT DISTRICT 6, HCMC

On the morning of Dec 14, 2019, the Commencement Ceremony of Saigon Asiana Apartment Project was solemnly held at 336 Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 12, District 6.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the Representatives of the BOD of Gotec Vietnam – The Gotec Land Owner and the representatives of the BOD of CENTRAL General Contractor and many distinguished guests representing the Departments, local authorities and partners, suppliers, subcontractor, the distribution units, together with all staff of Gotec Vietnam Company – Investor of Gotec Land.

THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF CMC CREATIVE SPACE PROJECT AT DISTRICT 7, HCMC

On the morning of Dec 12th, 2019, CENTRAL and CMC Investor held the commencement ceremony at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC. CMC Creative Space is an office complex and data center in the South of CMC Tech Group.

In this project, CENTRAL plays the role of General Contractor for the construction of the basement foundation, body, and rough finishing of 3 main blocks (Block A, Block B, Block DC) and some other auxiliary works.

Block DC is a data center – this is a place to research and deploy new technology applications, and to provide large-scale information and telecommunication service solutions to contribute to society in the era of 4.0 technology. It is expected to hand over the project in 9 months.

At the ceremony, Mr. Dang The Tai shared: “It is my pleasure to see that we are about to have a separate office building in the South. CENTRAL is the last unit participating in this project package, CENTRAL is not the unit with the best bid price, CENTRAL is also not a senior unit in the construction industry but the reason why CMC still chose CENTRAL is because we want to have a Grade A building, we want to have a Grade A partner and make commitments and realize the quality of A-class buildings. After a careful review, I choose CENTRAL. I hope after 286 days, the bidding package of CENTRAL will be completed on schedule. “

And the CMC creative space building project will be a very special building because of the design in the building, BOD of CMC put in a lot of new technology ideas with exact nature: technology, creativity, and environmental friendliness.

After the ceremony ended, the BOD of CENTRAL and SMB had a meeting to deploy the work, urgently execute the committed plan.

THE TOPPING CEREMONY UOA TOWER AND 3.4 HOTEL – PHU QUOC GRAND WORLD IN DECEMBER 6TH, 2019

The spirit of year’s end is heated up across CENTRAL site zones than ever. At this moment, CENTRAL has a lot of ceremonies and topping throughout the country.

First project: UOA TOWER

This morning, December 6th, 2019, in Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC, CENTRAL along with the UOA company (Malaysia) has held a topping ceremony for UOA TOWER.

In this project, CENTRAL plays a role as a General contractor, complete, and MEP. UOA TOWER is one of the most beautiful and highest buildings in Phu My Hung financial center, with 4 basements, 25 floors built in a 3000m2 area. The topping progress has been ahead of the scheduled 30 days thanks to the considerable effort of a whole. The estimated handover time of UOA to put it in use is in May 2020.

After topping, SMB is quickly to complete MEP to 20 floors and keep finishing the others, make sure to meet all of the strict demands of safety and quality from Investor.

Second project: 3.4 HOTEL, GRAND WORLD PHU QUOC

On the same morning, at Pearl Islands, there was a topping ceremony at 3.4 Hotel. This is the highest construction in progress in Grand World Phu Quoc.

Every day on this site, there are over 1000 workers and 40 engineers working hard (CENTRAL owning over 3000 workers working on 8 projects in Phu Quoc). CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor in structure, completion, and MEP. Currently, SMB is accelerating the completion part to timely meet the deadline for the Investor to put it in use at the beginning of June 2020.

As for civil work, CENTRAL has been ahead of schedule 45 days according to the original plan of the Investor.

THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF PALM GARDEN

On the morning of December 6th, 2019, the ceremony of Palm Garden was held in Phu Quoc. The project featured as a brand new Shop- Villas is a perfect combination of economic and resort complex. Investors are BIM group, the total scale is 155ha.

CENTRAL plays a role as a General Contractor in structure and civil work for 96 villas with the double front house, the scale of each villa consists of 3 floors and 1 basement. The estimated completion time is 320 days.

Palm Garden is designed by EDSA – a globally well-known landscape company in America with 60 experience in building many world-famous projects such as JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Four Season, etc.

The EDSA’s designs always have a high rate in aesthetics, convenience, and eco-friendliness as well as luxury and elegant look.

Before that, CENTRAL has an opportunity to construct several projects for VINGROUP’s Investors in April 2019. After 8 months of working intensively and under high pressure along with considerable effort, a whole SMB has successfully overcome many obstacles and difficulties in Phu Quoc.

Currently, more than 3000 construction workers, 145 engineers, and supervisors of CENTRAL are working really hard in 8 site zones here. Palm Garden is the eight that CENTRAL is proceeding right after the rest of seven implemented with VINGROUP’s Investors before that
