Present at Opal Tower, Emasi Nam Long, Akuruhi Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, we feel the urgently working atmosphere of brothers and sisters of Project Executive Committee and hundreds of workers who are directly working on the construction siteS. Everyone is eager to work with high determination, accelerating right from the beginning of the year. Taking advantage of the favorable weather in the early spring days, Executive Committee has mobilized to the utmost its forces, equipments, and construction machines to ensure the planned progress.

For the Northern region, although under the intense sunshine of the day, everywhere on the site, brothers and sisters of Project Executive Committee and the workers ran with time to accelerate construction progress with determination to complete the targets and plans. With the spirit of fighting fire like the present, surely the Executive Committee will complete the construction, assign the investor to put the project into use.

The Board of Directors expects that with a full of enthusiansm start and the unanimous commitment of all brothers and sisters across the system, 2019 will be a year to leave many special marks with CENTRAL.

Together with the joyful atmosphere of new year, CENTRAL opened the new year with the joy of success by winning the project ” SYRENA HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX – HANOI” by BIM Group – A reputational group in the field of Real Estate as an Investor (Investor).

Perspective of SYRENA Hotel and Apartment Complex

Accordingly, the contract for construction of bored piles and wall construction, the completed structure between CENTRAL and BIM Group was successfully signed on February 1, 2019 on the last working day of the lunar year. The project includes 4 basements and 13 floating floors. SYRENA is designed by BNB Vietnam with a modern and luxurious style including Hotel, high-class serviced apartment, swimming pool, gym and utility restaurant.

In addition to the optimal design, SYRENA also possesses extremely favorable location right at West Lake, where it has modern transport infrastructure, invested and developed synchronously, convenient connection to the commercial and financial centers and many other areas in the Capital.

Reportedly, BIM Group also owns famous brands such as Intercontinental Phu Quoc Resort, Green Bay Village Ha Long, Phu Quoc Marina Water Park, etc. and CENTRAL with prestige and practical experience through the project of resort projects and villas all over the country, it is expected that this project will be the first milestone to mark the good cooperation between CENTRAL and BIM Group. The project applies Full TOPDOWN construction method with construction period of 10 months.

The second project is Resort ANA MANDARA Hotel in Cam Ranh whose the Investor is Sovico Khanh Hoa Group (also the owner of Vietjet Air). Project scale is 30 hectares. CENTRAL undertakes the construction of two high-rise hotel buildings in this project.

ANA MANDARA is one of the most luxurious resorts in Cam Ranh area. At present, CENTRAL has completed the erection of tower cranes and necessary preparatory works to be able to immediately start the main works on the first days of the Lunar New Year.

In addition, after the successful cooperation of Alma Resort project in Cam Ranh, on the last 28th day of the lunar year (February 2, 2019), Alma decided to award another contract CENTRAL for INFRASTRUCTURE package in the project with the value of over 4 million USD.

On the morning of January 29, 2018, CENTRAL cooperated with the Investor – Five Star International Group to successfully organize the Topping Out Ceremony of Five Star Tower Office Building (FST) at 28 Bis, Mac Dinh Chi, District 1, HCMC.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the distinguished guests, the Investor – Five Star International Group including Mr. Tran Van Muoi (Chairman of the Board), Mr. Dinh Quang Sang (Vice Chairman of the Board); On the side of CENTRAL (Contractor), there was the presence of Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (General Director), Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh (CEO).

CENTRAL is the main contractor for constructing the structure and completing the project. The project is built on an area of 1,140 m2; in which the total construction floor area is 13,074 m2; total floor area of tower of 9.360 m2; total floor area for parking basement of 3,714 m2. FST is designed by DCM Studios Hong Kong, with modern office building architecture including 16 aboveground floors and 3 underground floors. Accordingly, the whole idea of the project is to create a dynamic civilized work space, with attractive landscape, with identity, meeting users’ desires, creating highlight in planning, close to nature, environment-friendly.

FST has a prime geographical position with extremely convenient transportation system in front of the road of Mac Dinh Chi and Tran Cao Van street, from there connecting to Le Duan and Pham Ngoc Thach streets into the city center, City post office and Notre Dame Cathedral associated with the most modern trade centers and offices in the country.

Compared to the plan, the CENTRAL managers of the Five Star Tower project have excellently topped out the project 30 days ahead of schedule.

Previously, the investor had trusted and awarded the contract to CENTRAL to implement MEP package. In the near future, CENTRAL will focus on completing construction works and MEP to soon hand over the works into operation by the end of the second quarter of 2019.

With the atmosphere of welcoming the new year of 2019, at the end of December 2018, CENTRAL succeeded in completing the foundation of the Beau Rivage project with an area of 1,900 m2 with a thickness of 3.3 m, over 7,000 m3 of concrete and about 1,700 tons of steel to construct this foundation.

When the early sunshine of the day began to intensify, the employees of the Beau Rivage project also started a new day. The entire construction work of the giant foundation of the third largest project in Vietnam is directly taken care of by CENTRAL Engineers and Architects.

Based on each plan and the backup projects set up very carefully by the company management, the successful construction of the foundation of the Beau Rivage project marks a remarkable achievement of CENTRAL staff!

After the event of closing covers of 3 basements ahead of schedule over the 30 days of the ETOWN 5 project, continuing to promote that spirit, the members of the Site Management Board and construction teams have shortened the progress of the body part by nearly 30 days and officially built the roof of the ETOWN 5 on December 24, 2018.

Thus, CENTRAL Contractor has constructed the basement and body structures ahead of schedule compared to the signed schedule of 02 months in the Contract.

The event marked a successful milestone in the package of construction of basement and body structures with a total floor area of over 30,000 m², including 3 basements of 2,300 m²/ floor with 17 floors of 1,400 m²/floor.

At the same time, CENTRAL also successfully organized the topping-out ceremony of the VINMEC TIMES CITY project on December 25, 2018 morning at 458 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

In this project, CENTRAL acts as General Contractor for construction of basement, body, and finishing structures and MEP with a total floor area of over 29,000 m² topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony, including a basement of 4,100 m² and 07 floors of 3,200 m²/ floor. Under the plan, VINMEC will be handed over within about 12 months of construction.

Always at the end of the year, despite the difficult weather conditions, in particular, North Vietnam is suffering from cold weather but the pace of work on the construction sites is always enthusiastic with determination and victory.
