CENTRAL JOINS LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE INVESTMENT CONSORTIUM TO COMMENCE TWO KEY PROJECTS CELEBRATING THE 14TH NATIONAL PARTY CONGRESS

On the morning of December 19, in responding to the policy of the Government and the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, 234 key projects nationwide simultaneously launch the groundbreaking and inauguration. With a total investment exceeding VND 3.4 quadrillion ($129 billion), The launching ceremony was held at 12 in-person venues and 67 online venues, reflecting the spirited atmosphere of competition as the country enters a new development phase.

Joining this historic milestone, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in proud collaboration with local authorities and the investment consortium, officially commenced two major projects, reaffirming its capability and responsibility in strengthening national infrastructure and social welfare.

1. Dinh Khao Bridge Project (Vinh Long Province)

Dinh Khao Bridge is a Grade I transport infrastructure project crossing the Co Chien River, designed to enhance regional connectivity between Vinh Long and the Mekong Delta. CENTRAL participates as a strategic member of the Investment Consortium under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

The Investment Consortium includes:

  • Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (IDIC 620)
  • CENTRAL Construction JSC
  • Tuan Hien Co., Ltd.
  • Bac Trung Nam Infrastructure Construction JSC

With a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion and a length of 4.3 km, with four lanes, designed for a speed of 80 km/h. Once completed, it will replace the old ferry system, facilitating trade, reducing logistics costs, and fostering socio-economic growth for the entire region.

2. Tien Duong 1 Social Housing (Tien Duong, Hanoi)

Tien Duong Park City is a modern, synchronized urban area providing over 3,500 apartments (including 3,103 social housing units) for approximately 12,500 residents, especially workers, young families, and beneficiaries of social housing policies according to the provisions of the law.

The Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Project holds profound significance. Through the investment consortium model, CENTRAL not only assumes the role of Design & Build (D&B) General Contractor but also directly participates as a strategic shareholder, partnering with industry leaders and prestigious organizations, Viglacera and Hoang Thanh.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the Hanoi leadership highly commended the proactive, serious, and expedited spirit of the investment consortium in project implementation. They reaffirmed that Tien Duong Park City carries not only economic value but also deep-seated social significance, directly contributing to the Government’s national strategy of developing one million social housing units.

On the same day, the Board of Directors of CENTRAL was honored to attend the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ben Thanh – Can Giờ High-Speed Railway Project (HCMC), one of the nation’s most strategic transport infrastructure works. In this project, CENTRAL serves as a key contractor responsible for critical construction segments, including the production and installation of girders, as well as the construction of piles, foundations, and piers for the main sections of the line. Participation in this project is a clear testament to CENTRAL’s large-scale infrastructure capability and its extensive field experience in modern transportation sectors.

CENTRAL HELD THE TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR THE GATEWAY URBAN AREA – SUN HOME 3 PHU QUOC

On December 16, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in coordination with investor Sun Group, held the topping-out ceremony for the Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3 project, the highest-rise development of the Gateway Urban Area in the southern part of Phu Quoc Island.

Located within Sun Group’s nearly 300-hectare resort and urban complex in southern Phu Quoc, Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3 features a diverse mix of villas, high-end apartments, offices, shopping centers, shophouses, and townhouses. It is a key development in the area. The project is designed primarily to serve Sun Group’s employees and staff. Construction commenced in May 2025. To date, the project has reached the topping-out stage on schedule, with remaining works expected to be completed in early 2026. Boasting a prominent location within the real estate complex, Gateway Urban Area – Sun Home 3 is the tallest project in southern Phu Quoc. Leveraging CENTRAL’s capacity, experience, and professional execution, the construction progress of the project has been highly impressive, averaging one floor every five days.

The collaboration aims to introduce a modern beachfront residential product designed in a resort-inspired style, located in one of northern Vietnam’s most promising tourism and leisure destinations — the UNESCO-recognized Ha Long Bay.

TOPPING OUT MASTERI RIVERA DANANG

On the afternoon of December 1, 2025, Masterise Homes, together with its partners, held the topping-out ceremony for the Masteri Rivera Danang project (formerly known as The Estuary Tuyen Son) in the heart of Hoa Cuong Ward, Danang City. The event marked the milestone of completing the main structure of the project, affirming the project’s on-schedule progress and opening the detailed finishing phase to become “A place where life meets”.

As the Design & Build Contractor, CENTRAL Construction JSC and partners have successfully completed more than 15,600 safe working hours, equivalent to nearly 650 days at the construction site, demonstrating the efforts and strict discipline of the entire team. Nestled within untouched hillside terrain in An Thoi Ward, the Sunset Town High Rise eco-urban complex project proudly occupies a prime vantage point in Sunset Town—a destination enriched by a collection of Mediterranean-inspired icons developed by Sun Group. Among these are the Kiss Bridge, Sun Signature Show, Seashell Square, the Central Village Clock Tower, and the Sun Signature Gallery. Set upon one of the island’s rare “mountain-back, sea-facing” land parcels, the project is part of a comprehensive masterplan designed to welcome the APEC 2027 international event. CENTRAL HOLDS BASEMENT TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR SUN COSTA RESIDENCE PROJECT

On the morning of November 28, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in coordination with the project’s investor Sun Group, held the basement topping-out ceremony for the Sun Costa Residence project in Da Nang City. The event was attended by representatives of the investor, consulting units, and the entire PMB.

The ceremony marks a significant milestone in the project’s construction progress, concluding the completion of the basement foundation—one of the most complex and technically demanding phases. This achievement establishes a solid groundwork for the project to officially enter its structural works. It also reflects the persistent efforts of the PMB and partners, who have overcome numerous challenges to shape a landmark development at the heart of Da Nang’s coastal city.

Sun Costa Residence is envisioned as a vibrant and fully integrated “All In One” commercial-service complex occupying a prime “diamond” location in the city center. CENTRAL serves as the General Contractor for structural construction and rough finishing of both the basement and superstructure, comprising two towers—A1 and A2—each with 25 above-ground floors and three basement levels.

The basement construction was carried out under extremely harsh weather conditions. From September to November 2025, the PMB worked closely with the Technical & Equipment Department to implement timely response measures against five consecutive storms. Throughout the process, the monitoring system operated continuously, enabling the team to make necessary adjustments to ensure absolute safety and maintain the project schedule.
