On the morning of August 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the project developer Phuc Thanh An Real Estate JSC, officially organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the contract package of construction works for the basement, structural body, and architectural completion of The Poet Residence – a high-end residential apartment project in Da Nang. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, project management board, construction supervision consultants, General Contractor CENTRAL, strategic partners, and staffs from all involved parties.

Located on a prime 2,000m² plot, The Poet Residence comprises two basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, with three floors allocated for commercial, service, and amenity spaces. The development features 275 modern, efficiently designed apartments, with clear legal ownership and long-term land use rights. Once completed, The Poet Residence is expected to not only enrich the city’s supply of high-quality housing but also become a modern architectural landmark contributing to the urban landscape in Southeast Da Nang.

Following the successful completion of the main structural works for the twin 30-storey towers — Melia Hotel and The Paramount of Libera Nha Trang Resort – Commercial – Entertainment Complex, CENTRAL has been entrusted by KDI Holdings to undertake the whole MEP contract for this project.

This contract brings CENTRAL’s total MEP contract value in 2025 to nearly VND 3,000 billion, marking a significant milestone that reinforces its robust growth trajectory and solidifies its position as a leading General Contractor in both construction and MEP in Vietnam.

Located on Tran Hung Dao Street along the Han River, the project is considered a rare gem at the convergence of three bustling districts. TD TOWER Office And Commercial Building – Thao Dien’s First Green Office Building
