On the morning of April 16, 2025, the launch ceremony of the Wellness City – La Pura project was solemnly held in Binh Duong, with the attendance of senior representatives from Realty Holdings, Big Four, CENTRAL, and VPBank. This event not only marked the important commencement of an iconic urban development project but also signified the beginning of a journey to create a new standard of living—where individuals are reconnected with nature amidst the rhythm of modern city life.

In a serene and vibrant setting, the symbolic “green seed planting” ritual was performed by representatives of the involved parties. This act embodied the aspiration to nurture a peaceful and healthy community—where every living element is cherished and grows in harmony with the values of sustainability.

Located at the heart of Binh Duong’s strategic development zone—renowned as the “industrial capital” of Vietnam—La Pura not only boasts seamless connectivity through a well-developed transportation infrastructure, but also embodies the stature of a modern, multifunctional “all-in-one” integrated urban complex. It is poised to lead the future trend of healthy and sustainable living.

La Pura is a pioneering urban development project founded on the philosophy of Urban Healing, located in a central core area. It aims to reconnect people with nature through therapeutic landscape design solutions—Biophilic Design—featuring four layers of nature and ten layers of greenery. Central Construction Joint Stock Company has officially been selected as the contractor for Center Library Building and Technical Infrastructure Works – VNC2 Zone, belonging to Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This is one of the key projects funded by the World Bank (WB). This follows after Central signed and implemented the bidding package for the University of Technology, also part of the Vietnam National University of Hanoi Subproject, with the total value of the three packages approaching nearly 1 trillion VND.

Center Library Building – Central Area of Vietnam National University, is one of 21 component projects being constructed on an area of 887.9 hectares, with the main goal of developing the modernest and most advanced urban university in Southeast Asia.

The VNC2 Zone is intended to be a hub of modern research facilities, applied collaboration, and technology transfer, aiming to become the leading center in the country for scientific research and technology development, responding to the needs of socio-economic development. The construction of the Technical Infrastructure Works in the VNC2 Zone will be in sync with the social infrastructure and landscape architecture of the entire Hanoi Vietnam National University area.

After successfully completing the basement construction ahead of schedule and officially starting the construction of the structure of tower B1.1 for the Sun Symphony Residence project in October 2024, the main contractor Central continues to affirm its reputation and capabilities as it earns further trust from the investor, Sun Group. With this trust, Central has been awarded the contract to provide and install critical systems such as Electrical – Low Voltage, Air Conditioning, Water Supply and Drainage, and Fire Protection for the entire B1.1 tower.

Sun Symphony Residence is situated on the last prime land along the Han River, facing Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, the Sun Symphony Residence project connects the three busiest districts of the city, providing a breathtaking view towards the Administrative Center and the sea entrance. With a scale of three twin towers ranging from 24 to 30 floors, the project will deliver approximately 1,300 high-end apartments to the real estate market upon completion.

The MEP sector at Central has grown significantly and contributed considerably to the company’s overall success in recent years. As the general contractor, Central is honored to participate in and successfully complete EMASI Plus International Bilingual Boarding School – Waterpoint Campus for the investor, Khai Sang Joint Stock Company; contributing a foundation for the sustainable development of the Waterpoint urban area in Nam Long, Long An. Notably, this educational project has a total investment that is four times greater than that of the Emasi School in Nam Long Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
