On the eve of the Lunar New Year of the Tiger 2022, CENTRAL is pleased to receive the letter of acceptance of 4 Projects including D&B Contractor of Hoa Phat Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Factory; General Contractor of Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Factory Project; MEPF Contractor Thao Dien Green Project.

Project 1: Hoa Phat Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Factory

With the basic function of producing spare parts, supplying the Hoa Phat Container production line, the Mechanical Equipment Factory Project is one of the enthusiastic projects of Hoa Phat Investor on the journey to enter the potential market of container manufacturing field in Vietnam.

Project 2: Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Factory

Hoa Phat investment in the freezers and refrigerators segment due to the increasing demand as well as their products have been resonated in the market. It also shows their quality and reputation in multi-sectors.

CENTRAL was also entrusted by Hoa Phat Group to be the General Contractor for the Container Factory Project with a scale of 27 hectares in the South, starting from November 25, 2021. By deploying 3 key factories, all of which are contracted to CENTRAL, this is the pride of the CENTRAL and SMB team. CENTRAL team is always aware of the responsibility to make efforts and determination to deploy Projects with speed, quality, and professionalism, meeting the belief of the Investor.

Project 3: Thao Dien Green MEPF

This is a key project in Thao Dien area, well known and welcomed by many customers. With the policy of fully handing over the General Contractor to CENTRAL from the first stages of the diaphragm wall piles, basement, body… On January 21, 2022, the Project successfully completed the batch of transferring floor beams with concrete volume up to 2,500m3, floor beam steel volume 800 tons. The construction process of CENTRAL received high appreciation from the SIC Investor and officially assigned the MEPF construction package for the entire Project.

On January 15, 2022, the Aria Danang Project, BW Signature Collection By Best Western Announcement Ceremony took place at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. CENTRAL participates in the Project as the General Contractor of 1 tower 30 floors, 1 tower 9 floors, and basement.

As the opening event in 2022 of the Project, Danh Khoi Investor and accompanying partners wish to bring customers a detailed view of the potential as well as the actual development of the Project. With the highlight being the first appearance of the Vogue Condosuites model, Aria Da Nang, BW Signature Collection By Best Western promises to create a new trend in the tourism – resort industry.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phap – Project Director shared: “For the Aria Da Nang Project, BW Signature Collection By Best Western, we focus on investing in equipment, applying advanced technology to improve the quality of the construction, meet the strict requirements in terms of technique, quality, safety and ensure the Project handover on schedule. We believe that, with the dedication and methodical investment of Danh Khoi Group, along with the deep understanding of soil and local culture of CENTRAL engineers, it will be a favorable premise to make the Project become one of the brightest spots for the Da Nang real estate market.”

Along with that, with the presence of Lan Nha Singer and classical-style art performances, the event brought a vibrant and different atmosphere.

On January 6, 2022, CENTRAL was honored to receive the letter of acceptance from the DHA Corporation Investor when becoming for the construction of diaphragm wall piles and tunnel structure General Contractor of the High-rise Apartment & D-Aqua Commercial Service Office.

This is the second Project CENTRAL accompanies DHA Corporation after receiving satisfaction from CENTRAL’s quality and construction progress at D-Homme Hong Bang Project in District 6.

Located in a historic high and landscape value of HCMC – Ben Binh Dong, the highlight of the Project is the architectural and modern design, a commercial street in the middle of nature. The Project has contributed to the supply of more than 600 products at the end of the year in the context that the land fund in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City is becoming increasingly scarce.

Sharing the joy before the new year, CENTRAL is honored to continue to accompany Danh Khoi Group at Aria Danang Hotel & Resort Project. On December 26, 2021, Danh Khoi Group launched the mockup apartment at 02 Truong Sa Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang City. CENTRAL as the General Contractor of 1 tower 30 floors, 1 tower 9 floors, and basement.

On the last days of the year on CENTRAL’s construction sites, events continuously took place that brought joy and excitement to each member of the Company. This morning, December 31, 2021, CENTRAL held the Topping Out Ceremony of Phenikaa University in Ha Dong, Hanoi.

Compared with the plan, the Project has topped out 3 weeks ahead of schedule compared with the plan. This is a worthy reward for the CENTRAL team with its consistent efforts to bring quality products and optimal progress.

With outstanding achievements at BW Thoi Hoa Factory Project, CENTRAL continues to receive the trust of the Investor when becoming the General Contractor of 6 Factories & Ancillary Items at BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc Project, Dong Nai. On December 29, 2021, CENTRAL and the Investor held the Project’s Groundbreaking Ceremony at Nhon Trach IP, Dong Nai.

Always pioneering the trend of industrial displacement, BW mainly provides ready-built factory rental services with a large coverage spread across the country.

Currently, BW’s factory leasing projects have been put into operation in key economic areas in the North and South and will continue its expansion in the central region of Vietnam.

On December 29, 2020, it was almost exactly one year ago since CENTRAL has kicked off the BW Thoi Hoa Project at My Phuoc 4 IP, Binh Duong. This is a happy coincidence, we are here today to kick off the BW Nhon Trach Kim Truc Project.”
