On the morning of August 22^nd, 2022, CENTRAL cooperated with SIC Investor to organize the Thao Dien Green Topping-out Ceremony at 192 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

The ceremony is an important milestone proving that the construction progress of the project is taking place in accordance with the requirements of the investor.

On the morning of July 28^th, 2022, CENTRAL in collaboration with Phu Long Real Estate Corporation holds the Uni-Tech Campus Commencement Ceremony in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.

Uni-Tech Campus is located on a peninsula covered by the Sai Gon river, which is the primary location about 5.5 km from District 1 and about 3km from Phu My Hung to the North.

In 2018, CENTRAL cooperated with Phu Long Investor to build and hand over 174 Dragon Village villas in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, and Ana Mandara high-end resort in Cam Ranh with 2 high-rise towers covering 30 hectares.

CENTRAL has built trust in the Investor and started to deploy the Project. At the same time, the company commits to keeping quality and safety on track. Uni-Tech Campus will be soon unveiled and become the large-scale training center located in District 7, HCMC in the future. Wishing the PMB brings the project to the finish line soon.

On the morning of July 01^st, 2022, CENTRAL in collaboration with the Investor Tuyen Son Housing Development Co., Ltd. hold The Estuary Signing Ceremony & Groundbreaking in Danang.

The Estuary Trade Center & Luxury apartment has been built in an area of 1,8ha, located conveniently at Tuyen Son bridge, the center of Da Nang, opposite Lotte Mart.

In the previous project, CENTRAL completed and handed over the Hope Residences in December 2019 in Hanoi. Hope Residences witnessed the successful collaboration between the two parties and built the trust that gets to this Signing Ceremony & Groundbreaking today.

Mr. Do Hai Minh – Deputy General Director of Tuyen Son shared at the ceremony: ”We would like to thank and appreciate CENTRAL for the implementation of The Estuary. We also put our trust in and assign CENTRAL as the first companion for the highlighted project in Danang City. At the same time as the company celebrated 5 years anniversary, CENTRAL received the letter of acceptance for the Fairmont Hanoi 6-Star Hotel Project from Gelex Group.

This is good news on this special occasion and also the fruitage made from constant effort and contribution of all CENTRAL’s employees.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is one of the most prestigious hotels in the world along with its history of 100 years, established in San Francisco in 1907. Fairmont hotels are located near World Heritage Sites such as The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, Le Château Frontenac in Quebec, or Fairmont Ambassador Seoul and Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi.

In Vietnam, Fairmont Hanoi is the first 6-star hotel located in the center of Hanoi Capital, near Hoan Kiem lake and surrounded by historical buildings. The project is hoped to become a top-class heritage hotel & resort that attracts a high-end segment.

Designed by two reputable companies Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, Fairmont Hanoi hotel’s architecture, and furniture is the result of the well-researched report on the culture, history, and art of Thang Long the old city. The hotel is inspired by Vietnamese lacquerware with impressive colors such as the red from Hong River’s alluvial soil, Indochina style along with textures that come from dynasties in the history of Vietnam.

Fairmont is owned by ACCOR – one of the world-leading hospitality groups consisting of more than 5,100 hotels in 110 countries such as Sofitel Legend, Raffles Hotel & Resort, M Gallery, Pullman, Novotel…

With the location in the central area of the capital, the planning and implementation of construction methods require well-researched reports and strict discipline throughout the project implementation. CENTRAL continues to be the companion of Vinhomes in the role of Main Contractor for The Beverly Solari – The Zone 3 in Vinhomes Grand Park.

The Beverly Solari is located in the center and inherited the whole ecosystem of Grand Forest park covering 36 hectares. Especially, The Beverly Solari is near Metro line No.1 face-to-face with the Tac river and Dong Nai river.

Until now, at Vinhomes Grand Park with a scale of 380 hectares, CENTRAL is honored to contribute to the success of this project from the early stages. With superior construction capabilities, rapid deployment, and resource mobilization, CENTRAL is continuously entrusted by the Investor through many highlighted zones such as:

1. Zone 1 – The Rainbow. Scale: 2 basements, 4 towers with 25 – 35 floors, including M&E. Handed over in June 2020.
2. Village Villa. Scale: 357 semi-detached villas; Single and duplex villas divided into 3 phases. Handed over in May 2021.
3. Zone 2 – The Origami. Scale: 2 basements, 4 towers with 21 – 31 floors, including M&E. Handed over in March 2022.
4. Masteri Center Point is developed by the real estate brand Masterise Homes. Scale: 2 basements, 5 towers with 32 – 40 floors, CFA up to 319.377m2. Topping up on June 16^th, 2022.

With the experience and advantage of the ability to mobilize resources and equipment quickly and on a large scale in this area. Especially, when taking over The Beverly Solari, Masteri Center Point has just topped out 5 buildings and CENTRAL has quickly shifted resources to deploy The Beverly Solari. Thanks to that, even though time is rushing in, now the construction here has been bustling and has taken in the framework.

On the morning of June 16th, 2022, Masteri Homes in collaboration with CENTRAL hold the Topping Out Ceremony of Masteri Centre Point at Vinhomes Grand Park, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

The ceremony marked the completion of the rough construction of the Project on schedule.

Masteri Center Point is considered a high-class compound area of ​​Thu Duc City until now. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Sameer AbuKhalil, Deputy Head of Project Development of Masterise Homes shared: “The project was started in 2020 and had to go through a long period of social distancing because of Covid-19. However, the Project has owned 2 million safe working hours. This is a proud development of the project, proving the prestige and capacity of Masterise Homes”.

On behalf of CENTRAL, Mr. Vu Duc Tai, Executive Director shared: “Today, after more than 20 months of construction, CENTRAL has topped out the project 30 days ahead of schedule. Including a tower that is 62 days ahead of schedule. CENTRAL is honored to accompany Masterise Homes in the role of the General Contractor to construct 5 towers with more than 2,600 luxury apartments and two other projects under construction, Global City and Rivus City.”

Mr. Andrew Metcalf, Project Manager of Mace Vietnam Co., Ltd. also thanked all employees working on the Project for their hard work and enthusiasm. “Without this dedication, we would not be where we are today.”

Launched at the end of 2020, the Masteri Center Point heated the real estate market with a lot of enthusiasm from Masterise Homes and their desire to bring customers an international-quality project. Masteri Center Point has overcome all challenges to complete the rough construction, entering the finishing stage. The topping-out ceremony claims the collective efforts and close cooperation between the Investor and the companions.
