Continue to the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. On July 6, HR Department has visited and encouraged the staff in ETOWN 5(REE) OFFICE at HCMC.

Especially in this trip, there is a special program “UNDERSTANDING CENTRAL” which is a mini-game quiz about CENTRAL knowledge through the multiple choice answer on the smartphone. They were excitedly participated in, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of laughter. As a result, the top 5 winners of the program were given the most meaningful gifts.

After the question and answer session, Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Quyen (HR representative) talked with the staff, sharing the thoughts and difficulties that they had overcome, through which HRD also expressed their appreciation and acknowledge the contributions of all staff.

The program closed in joy and excitement. We understand that visiting is not only spiritual but also a great resource to empower them to fulfill its mission and conquer more challenges ahead.

In the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. From June 25 to June 28, the Executive Committee of Trade Union combine with CENTRAL Media has visited and encouraged the staff in the North and Central areas including Vinhomes Riverside The Harmony, Hope Residence, Edison International School, Vinh City Star City Thanh Hoa, Vincom Quang Ngai.

Representative of the company, Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son (AM – Union President), Mr. Tran Chi Cau (Workforce Manager) and Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh (Media Manager) expressed their interest, appreciation and acknowledgment of staff contributions during the past. Thereby, they also have some encouragement and inspire to staff for more motivation to accomplish well tasks, business plan set out this year.

On June 23rd, Vincom officially topped off with a workforce of 60 workers who have completed more than 700 concrete blocks in 12 consecutive hours. At Vinhomes Star City, Thanh Hoa province also completed the 4th batch of concrete pouring on June 27th. These are two of CENTRAL’s key sites because of the “heat” of the work and the harsh “heat” of hot weather in the North and Central of the summer.

This is one of the annual activities of CENTRAL to timely listen to the wishes and updates on the operation of the work sites and simultaneous contribute to increased cohesion and interaction in CENTRAL family community./.

On June 22, 2018, CENTRAL celebrates 1 year anniversary (June 23, 2017 – June 23, 2018) and congratulates for the new headquarters with the theme “WELCOME HOME”.

The party has joyful atmosphere filled with the presence of Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – General Director, BOD, all staff from CENTRAL’s back-office, Board of Management from the South, North & Central.

CENTRAL was born on June 23, 2017 (01 year ago) with only one desire of young people are trying to bring new thinking, new vision and the new way of construction to the guests both domestic and foreign.

At the beginning of the party, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan said “The first year of CENTRAL is a year with many breakthroughs, we had a flash growth with many big and small projects have been built in all over the country. CENTRAL also owns more than 600 official staffs includes young engineers, architects with all character talented, passionate, enthusiastic. It is the proud and encouragement of all CENTRAL family members! “.

At the end of speed, Mr. Tuan would like to say thanks and best regards to the customers, partners who always put the trust and cooperate with CENTRAL during past time. At the same time, he also showing appreciated and acknowledged all the intellectual and enthusiastic contributions of all employees.

BOD cut the cake to celebrate 1 year anniversary

On March 25^th, 26^th and 27^th, representatives of trade-union and Human resources and Administration Division held a successful visit at Northern construction sites (Vinhomes Riverside the Harmony; Edison primary and secondary schools), and construction sites in the Middle area (Vinpearl in Southern Hoi An). That was a meaningful visit to encourage and present over 100 warm clothes, gifts for staff members before the New Year eve.

In the end of the year, there were a lot of working pressure and difficulties, especially when winter came in the North. However, those moments showed the strong union of our CENTRAL.

March is not only a month of youth, but also a month to honor ladies on the annual international women’s day.

Yes, March 8^th is an important occasion for you to express your love with your darling at home and your special care with female colleagues in the office. With this meaning, CENTRAL boys had devoted their ability to present their ladies a morning filled with joy and laugh. With the warm and loving office –made programs, lovely flowers and gifts from the Executive Board, they made our ladies more beautiful and happier!

Who told construction man is dry!? Because the eagerness of ladies from yesterday and lovely moments in the morning are still remained in hearts of every CENTRAL lady.

Year 2017 has closed and marked the development milestone of CENTRAL. After 8 months of operation, the Company has 350 engineers – architects, 4,600 workers at 13 projects with total contract value of 3,600 billion VND.

In the morning of Febuary 21^st (Day 6 due to the lunar calendar), CENTRAL held a “NEW YEAR” grand opening ceremony in the joyful atmosphere in the office in Ho Chi Minh city and construction sites in all 3 regions of the country.

On the occasion of 2018 New Year eve, the Executive Board would like to send to the whole staff best wishes for great blessing new year, full of belief and victory.
