CENTRAL OPENING AN OFFICE IN HANOI

Last days in October, the atmosphere is eager, bustling as covering the office not only for officials and employees at the headquarter of Ho Chi Minh City, but the joy is apparent on the faces of the colleagues in the North.



Due to the rapid growth both in-depth and breadth, CENTRAL scale is constantly growing, now CENTRAL has owned over 700 employees being young engineers and architects, enthusiastic talents who are working all over the construction sites from the North to the South. Therefore, the investment in modern and spacious working offices in two strategic locations, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, is one of CENTRAL’s key objectives set in 2018.

In addition, CENTRAL’s Board of Directors has emphasized that the geographical location of the Hanoi Office must be most favorable for all transactions with customers and partners of the company. Therefore, after a short and busy time of construction, Hanoi Office has been officially opened on October 27, 2018, in Sai Dong urban area, Long Bien District, Hanoi.



The Board of Directors believes that the quality and convenience of the facilities and the clean and airy workspace of the office will surely create more motivation and excitement for the officials and employees of the North region so that it makes them be eager to work, creative, increase productivity and increasingly assert CENTRAL’s position on its path of sustainable development.

It is known that CENTRAL is in the urgent process of finalizing its work on completion in order to hand over four projects by the end of November 2018 such as Vinhomes Star City Thanh Hoa, Vincom Quang Ngai, Vincom Shophouse Ca Mau, and office building of Mobile World Group (MWG). At the same time, CENTRAL is ready to concentrate its efforts on launching many new projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Binh Duong, and Dong Thap.

CENTRAL JUBILANTLY CELEBRATES VIETNAMESE WOMEN’S DAY ON OCTOBER 20TH

No need for expensive gifts, just sincere October 20th greetings is enough to bring joy to the female employees on Vietnamese Women’s Day because women are a priceless gift of life. At CENTRAL, women are more appreciative than anything.


No matter who you are, male or female, every October, we feel joyful and excited to look forward to the day when most Vietnamese honor women with noble dignitaries.

To show our interest in female employees throughout the system, the Trade Union of the Company in cooperation with all-male employees in the company jubilantly celebrates the anniversary of October 20th for the female employees to honor the Vietnamese women in general and CENTRAL’s female employees “Good at both office work and housework” in the office and throughout the country.

The meeting room at the First floor of the CENTRAL office on October 20th suddenly put on a new shirt with its space decorated with bubbles and flowers. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Managing Director expresses thanks with the best wishes to the female employees: “Thank you for your companion and great contributions. On this occasion, I would like to wish all of you a lot of health, beauty, and happiness and always be the solid rear for male employees in our company”.


The highlight of the program on October 20th this year is a useful and interesting sharing occasion from the speaker Pham Duy Hieu with the topic “Talking about the road to true love”. Thus, the message that he would like to send to us is the feeling of happiness comes from the simplest things within each person. We are happy with the reality that when we cultivate the garden of love for each day to become more poetic and worth living, then that happiness will spread to the people around us and create a positive effect for the community & society.


At CENTRAL, in addition to the fresh flowers, warm wishes from the male employees, the female employees also receive the meaningful and practical gifts of the spirit. Certainly, not only on October 20th but regardless of any day in the year, CENTRAL’s women will also be “rosy roses” to contribute to the overall success picture of the company.

TEAMBUILDING OF THE NORTH IN 2018 “BUILD VALUE – BUILD TRUST”

Following stage 1 and 2 of the Teambuilding program in 2018, CENTRAL held the stage 3 Teambuilding for more than 150 employees in the North at Novotel Ha Long Bay.

This vacation was really meaningful and warm to all employees. With lively games at Ha Long Beach, our warriors shared duties, smiles and unforgettable moments and impressive challenges such as hard roads, giant wheels, colorful racing roads, and sea-cross boat building.

Gala dinner “BUILD VALUE-BUILD TRUST” was also an outburst party with multi feelings. This was the moment when all attendees were listening to CEO Mr. Tran Quang Tuan‘s speech: “Current achievements come from the unity of all employees here, all of you are striving with hard-working, ambitious and diligent spirits to improve your governance competence as well as productivity. That is your attempt, devotion, and even sacrifice of quiet warriors for further development of CENTRAL.

I highly appreciate and recognize all your contribution and expect that all of you shall be more drastic, durable, and stronger to accompany the Management Board for big targets over next time. CENTRAL has made a continuous attempt to build and create the best and the most favorable working environment with a full-pride spirit and I am sure we shall together have more meaningful vacations for the years to come.

As you know, CENTRAL has just finalized and put into use successfully two key projects in Northern Regions including Vinhomes Harmony & Edison International School. CENTRAL considered Hanoi as one of the strategic zones within the sustainable development tendency of the company. Accordingly, the achievements together with trusts from the Employers shall be a big motivation for us to get more success in future.

Teambuilding is a special chain of activities with the purpose of combining all employees to bring CENTRAL boat to new targets on the way ahead. And the biggest victory after these activities is not the offered gifts but above all is experience, through-out understanding, and solidarity.

CENTRAL LAUNCHED 2018 MEDICAL EXAMNIATION FOR EMPLOYEES

Within the program of health and spiritual life care of employees, between 17 and 30/08/2017 CENTRAL launched a 2018 regular medical examination in the North, Central, and South. This is one of the annual activities of the Company on the purpose of helping employees controlling their health as well as the Company offering reasonable amendments and adjustments accordingly to ensure benefits for employees.

Being aware of the importance of the program, the employees of CENTRAL made their efforts to attend the program. The medical examination program includes professional and experienced doctors from famous hospitals such as Phap Viet, Monaco Healthcare, and Medlatec Hanoi.

First of all, the employees were taken with test specimens at offices/sites, one week later they continued to attend the general clinical examination, ultrasonography, X-ray, electrocardiogram…For each medical sector, the professional doctors always answered the questions of each employee as well as gave detailed health report to each individual to suggest some health issues or advice about potential symptoms/signals with the aim at helping each individual to master his/her health status for providing effective prevention measures.

This program presents not only the attention of the Management on the care of the employee’s rights and benefits but gives medical advice to individuals so that they can monitor their health status, then they can release any concern about their health for concentrating on their work.

HUMAN RESOURCE VISITED THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL CONSTRUCTION SITES

Continue to the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. From August 7th to August 9th, 2018, HR Department has visited and encouraged the staff in Lancaster Eden (HCMC), Alma, Westin, and Lotus (Cam Ranh city).


Especially on this trip, there is a special program “UNDERSTANDING CENTRAL” which is a mini-game quiz about CENTRAL knowledge with questions and answers related to Culture, Core values, CENTRAL with a new minigame. They were excitedly participated, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of laughter. Special activity has created a bond and relieves stress after the hard days and hard work of the brothers.

On this occasion, Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Quyen (Deputy HR Manager) talked with the staff, sharing the thoughts and difficulties that they had overcome, through which HRD also expressed their appreciation and acknowledge the contributions of all staff. At the same time, the program also makes spiritual values with fun stories, exciting exchanges as well as encouraging the site management board to unite over difficulties and increase the relationship between the back office and the site management board, granted achievements of them before.


The program closed in joy and excitement. As a result, the winners of the program were given the most meaningful gifts.

TEAMBUILDING 2018 “BUILD VALUE – BUILD TRUST”

From 24 July to 01 August 2018, CENTRAL organize team-building trips for all staffs in the South and the Central at Seahorse Resort & Spa (Mui Ne, Phan Thiet)

These will be official yearly activities from now on aim to create the seconds of relaxing and refresh after hard working times in a whole year.

In the plan to develop CENTRAL, human resources are the first priority because it is the main element that should make a core value of extending CENTRAL. Besides creating a good working environment active, professional and focus on training program upgrade staff’s capability, CENTRAL also want to take care of the staff’s normal life.

At the Sea Horse Resort & Spa, all the members are very excited to join all activities of Team building. There were a variety of activities, it brought so much fun and laugh, connects people, and increase unit morale in the CENTRAL group. After the direction of MC, all staff quickly build up the team and ready for competition, we show our Central’s moral Built Value – Build Trust.

After team building, we went to the very special part Gala Dinner,  “BUILD VALUE – BUILD TRUST”. At the beginning of Gala Dinner, BOD had the speech and did a champagne cheer.

Coming to the second part of the show, we enjoy the most impressive part of the Gala Dinner, the members were open to participating in the games of MC.

The beginning of the second part is the fun exchange game that brings laughter to all staff because of the charming, enthusiastic, and not afraid to challenge the difficult program of participants.

In particular, the game for a kid and their family has made the program more interesting, in a lovely way, with the naive answers and the children’s mood.

Outside of the challenges of MC was CENTRAL staff’s performances.

The exciting part was pushed to the climax when team members got the challenge that dressed up as characters in the movie and “rolling” on stage as well as the audience. The performance stirred up Gala Dinner in an exciting way,  the impatient adaptation of the participating members brought laughter and received warm cheers from the audience.

Gala night closed with joy, full of laughter. The trip left a memorable memory in every CENTRAL member and every individual feels very proud to be one of the CENTRAL family.
