In order to operate and develop a business sustainably, in addition to valuable assets, human resources are very essential that any organization will cherish. Therefore, healthcare for each employee always becomes a top policy at CENTRAL.

Recently, the company has organized periodic health check 2020 for employees working in regions of the country. Unlike every year, in addition to the list of a medical check according to Circular 14/2013 / TT-BYT, the company focuses on occupational testing and examination.

A periodic physical exam is essential and is also the best way to detect potential health factors and risks early. This is the best way to thank those employees who have joined and contributed to the success of the Company.

Depending on the arrangement schedule of each region, starting from June 2020, CENTRAL has conducted the appropriate sampling date and check date at this year’s health check-up units such as FV (HCMC), Vinmec (HCMC, Ha Long, Phu Quoc), Diag Center (HCMC), Yecxanh (Hanoi), Mind General Hospital (Nha Trang). As noted, the health check-up activities in 2020 spread many positive values, helping to encourage and motivate each employee to become more engaged and more effortful at work.

Well-known as “Pearl Island” of Vietnam, Phu Quoc Island always be attractive to itself in the beauty of the blue sea, white sand, golden sunshine, and the beautiful sky. And in this wonderful destination, 145 CENTRAL warriors over 1 year have lived together and built 8 projects from North Island to South Island with a spirit that nothing is impossible.

The last two weekends, May 23 and 24, 2020, at Chez Carole Resort (Cua Can, Phu Quoc), the warriors here had a remarkable, meaningful, and emotional fulfillment of CENTRAL teambuilding trip.

Notwithstanding whichever project he doing or wherever you come from, everyone belongs to CENTRAL Family that engaged in fights all day and night on the Pearl Island battlefield. Therefore, right from the beginning, everyone was excited and persistent, they competed through the games of the Organizers and did try their best to the victory on the Gala night.

Perhaps the late “menu” of the journey attracted more young warriors. The night of the campfire was warm, fraternity, and more deposited with the cozy words from CEO Tran Quang Tuan. And so the story between the eldest brother and 145 warriors lasted until late at night under the pouring rain whilst the fire is still burning.

On June 23, 2020, CENTRAL Head Office held a 3-year Establishment Anniversary of the company (June 23, 2017 – June 23, 2020).

Attending the ceremony, there were many participants of CENTRAL’s Board of Directors, Project Executives in Ho Chi Minh City, and 200 employees working at the Office building.

For the last three years, not such a long time for a business, but CENTRAL is always proud of its achievements because not all construction enterprises have done similar things. The road ahead still maintains plenty of challenges. However, all the energy and determination, together with the cohesion of all employees will surely make CENTRAL become a General Contractor based on international standards.

Not too formal, the celebration is simply an occasion for members of all generations to gather together to review past memories and achievements, as well as putting expectations and determination into a stronger and tougher CENTRAL in the future.

The ceremony closed alongside many beautiful aftermaths and CENTRAL’s future aspirations. Believing that no one attending the party can forget the laughter, joy, and the impression of a warm, loving, and energetic collective.

At the same time, all CENTRAL construction sites across the country simultaneously celebrated the company’s birthday for Executive Committee members to enjoy the play.

Outdoor activities combining with training is a new trend that many businesses apply and brings a lot of new, interesting, and effective outcomes.

To celebrate the occasion of International Women’s day at Van Thanh Tourist Park, CENTRAL provides our ladies a course “A power of Dress” the training topic was taken by Huynh Cao Yen Phuong (SAM Training Center).

In this course, the guest speaker suggested our ladies should not pay huge money for fast trends. Instead, she recommended making extensive use of what they have in their wardrobe stylishly. The course lasted only 3 hours, it truly brings many values to our ladies with practice and application. I hope that with this new knowledge, our ladies can use it for their daily life.

Behind every successful man, there is a woman. And behind all of CENTRAL’s success, there are always our ladies’ contributions – the beautiful roses coloring our gentlemen’s lives. Therefore, to honor our ladies, CENTRAL has held a celebration to recognize their contribution.

On behalf of BOD, Mr. Quang Duc Thong –Tender MEP Manager said: “Each of our ladies is beautiful, talented in every task, supporting us to handle many different tasks. One person has different roles, but you always try your best for the company. Not only me, but everybody can see it. I hope, between work duty and family duty as a mother, a wife, you always be, and forever good and talented.”

On this occasion, the CEO also gave his message to our ladies along with presents, wishes that always be beautiful, full of energy.

This day has come to an end with a friendly and joyful atmosphere. I hope not only on this day, but a whole year, our ladies will be always beautiful, shining.

In the joyful atmosphere of the early Spring days, on the morning of the 6th Lunar Year of the Canh Ty, on January 30^th, 2020, CENTRAL held the opening ceremony of the New Year at Ho Chi Minh City Head Office and Hanoi Office with the participation of the BOD and all employees of the Company. This is an annual activity of CENTRAL to start a new year full of energy and success.

On behalf of the BOD, CEO Tran Quang Tuan sent his best wishes for health, peace, and success in the new year to all employees presented at the first meeting day in the Spring of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, brothers in Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc, and at the same time expressed their pride in the strong development of the Company in 2019. Besides, the CEO also reiterated the message of the beginning of the year to CENTRAL employees: “We have to think and act consistently: Fast; Faster; Accurate and Effective”. Each employee joins together to bring CENTRAL to new heights.

After the CEO’s sharing, the BOD representative also had Tet wishes to the CENTRAL Family a new year filled with joy, happiness, and victory.

The opening ceremony of the New Year is the occasion of the great CENTRAL Family reunion, meeting after a long time of Tet holiday and giving each other good wishes on the first day of Spring.
