On August 22, 2025, a formal announcement ceremony was held at the headquarters of CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company to mark its acquisition of a 51% stake in 620 Infrastructure Development And Investment Corporation. The event was attended by the executive leadership of both companies and signified a major milestone in CENTRAL’s strategic expansion—from a leading General Contractor to an investor in infrastructure investment and development.

The partnership with 620, a company renowned for its expertise in bridge and road construction, underscores CENTRAL’s long-term vision to strengthen competitiveness, expand operational scale, and contribute more significantly to national socio-economic development.

Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, Chairman and CEO of CENTRAL, stated: “Becoming a shareholder of 620 opens the door to a host of key infrastructure projects. Originally established as 620 Long An Concrete Jsc in 2005, in 620 Infrastructure Development And Investment Corporation made its mark early with the Saigon–Trung Luong Expressway, supplying 1,817 Super T-beams worth VND 500 billion. Following its privatization in 2006, the company rapidly evolved into a major player in Vietnam’s infrastructure sector, especially in bridge and road construction.

In Bridge construction, 620 is known as a pioneer in Super T-beam and pre-stressed beam technology—modern solutions for overpasses, expressways, and major national routes. On the morning of June 23, 2025, Mr. Frank Cui, General Director, Global Business Development of Glodon, along with representatives from Glodon Vietnam, visited the headquarters of CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company to present the prestigious “Vietnam 5D BIM Contest 2025” award. The Cubicost BIM suite includes four specialized modules — TAS, TRB, TME, and TBQ — tailored to various tasks within quantity takeoff and analysis. These tools enable flexible BIM data exchange, significantly boosting accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in cost estimation. Unlike traditional methods, Cubicost seamlessly integrates with other widely used industry software, offering a modern, optimized estimation solution on the BIM platform.

From June 10 to June 28, 2025, CENTRAL is conducting its annual health check program for employees across all regions—North, Central, and South—covering both office personnel and on-site project staff. This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding the comprehensive health of its workforce.

The program offers flexible options for sample collection, which takes place either at company offices or directly at project sites. Employees then undergo full medical examinations at top-tier hospitals nationwide, including the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Medical Hospital, Vinmec Hospital System, and Hoan My Hospital.

Each employee receives a complete medical assessment, ranging from basic to advanced screenings, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations of their health status. The program serves not only as a preventive measure but also as a means of early detection of potential health risks.
