The Mövenpick hotel chain is a trademark of the Accor Group. The Mövenpick Hotel in the Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram phase will have more than 200 rooms and is expected to come into operation in Q2/2023.
Mövenpick Hotel is famous for its luxurious design, located in beautiful and prominent locations in major cities or famous tourist destinations. The representative of Novaland Group affirmed that the appearance of the Mövenpick-branded hotel in the Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram divergence is expected to contribute to completing the high-end utility chain for Novaland’s tourism and resort project and improve the quality of accommodation facilities of Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

On November 30, 2021, in Singapore, CENTRAL was honored in the category of Corporate Excellence Award at the 15th Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2021 (APEA) for its outstanding achievements in business to overcome the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To achieve it, CENTRAL has passed through many rounds of surveys and evaluations with strict criteria such as financial audit, business data assessment, and leadership capacity; interview and secret ballot by the international advisory board of Enterprise Asia.
Established in 2007, the APEA is the region’s most prestigious business award. APEA honors businesses and leaders with outstanding achievements and qualities, building successful businesses while creating values for society. The award has been held in 14 countries in Asia. In the morning of September 19, 2021, at 60 Vo Van Tan, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, CENTRAL cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center (Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society) to organize a blood donation program 2021 with the spirit of “Giot mau se chia – An tinh mua dich”.
There was more than 100 CENTRAL staff who participated in this first blood donation program, along with other personnel from agencies and departments in the city.
Overview of the program
The complicated and prolonged epidemic situation has affected blood mobilization from community sources. Therefore, this urgent activity has supported more blood reserves, especially for hospitals that are treating Covid-19 patients.
A staff who participated in blood donation shared: “When the company started to launch the program, I immediately responded enthusiastically. However, Ho Chi Minh City is currently implementing social distancing, moving to the blood donation site will be a bit difficult. But the company has organized and supported very well in all activities to make travel more convenient. I feel that this is a very meaningful activity to help the community, and I’m happy to help others.”

Safety is one of the prerequisite goals for CENTRAL’s Projects.
With the goal of improving the role of Deputy Site Managers, Supervisors to become the future Head of Safety, from November 10, 2021, to the end of December 2021, the Safety Department organizes a training program with the topic Head of Safety.
Projects in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces will study at the Head Office, the remaining projects will participate in online training.

The training program includes 12 different topics related to HSE management at the Project, document system, sample form; Occupational safety (group 2) – 44/2016/ND-CP; Responding to emergency situations, risk assessment, work permit system…. first aid, fire prevention, and rescue.
These specialized training courses will equip additional safety knowledge; Understand the roles and responsibilities of a safety worker on a construction site. At the same time, it is possible to deploy and operate the CENTRAL safety management system, reduce hazards on the construction site as well as achieve the target of NO accidents at the sites

CENTRAL is the General Contractor of D&B design and construction for 99 shophouses in Selavia that will be the most modern shopping and entertainment center, operating with a 24/7 model for residents, domestic and international tourists.

Located in the most beautiful bays in Phu Quoc, Selavia has its own terrain and design features. It is Vietnam’s first project with an artificial island model close to nature as well as the initial project designing a marina for residents.
The 5-storey shophouse is directly implemented by CENTRAL D&B Center
Mr. Phan Tan Quoc shared at the ceremony: “This is the first cooperation between Toan Hai Van Joint Stock Company and CENTRAL, it is also the first time we apply the General Contractor form to gain the better construction quality, aesthetics, and safety. After taking into careful consideration, we choose CENTRAL as the General Contractor for the first 99 shophouses in the development chain of the Vinh Dam project. The commencement date is a good start for the project, for a sustainable relationship in the future”.
