Year End Party 2017

On February 2nd 2018, CENTRAL successfully held the Year End Party at Capella Parkview. This was a chance for every to cooperate, to share joy and to express their aspiration, as well as to set objectives, business strategies in the future.

We would like to look back results reached in 2017 with many achievements in order to have motivation in 2018: after 6 months of operation, the total contract value is 3,200 billion VND, with 270 employees and more than 4,000 workers at 12 construction sites, mainly in big cities such as Hanoi, Southern Hoi An, Cam Ranh, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh city…

The Year End Party took place in a joyful atmosphere with vibrant music. After the honor of individuals and excellent teams, the special entertainment was performed and everyone was very happy. Besides, the party also had lucky draw game with interesting gifts for everyone.

Especially, the Executive Board gifted for 50 staff members who still had worked at construction sites without coming home in the New Year eve.

On the occasion of New Year, the Executive Board would like to send the warmest wishes to all staffs of the Company, wish everyone and their families have a spring be full of faith, health, happiness and success! Wishing all divisions/offices work together effectively, successfully and complete all planning tasks in 2018!

THE TOPPING OUT AND GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF “EDISION PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS” PROJECT

In the afternoon of January 20th 2018, Investor and Main contractor – CENTRAL organized the topping out and groundbreaking ceremony of Edison school (Ecopark – Hung Yen province).

CENTRAL construction team completed structure works before 01 month earlier and accelerated the completion of electrical engineering to ensure that the school could start the new school year on time.

Sincerely thank to Investor, Supervisors, construction teams, suppliers, subcontractors for supporting and cooperating with the CENTRAL Executive Board during that time!

THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF LANCASTER EDEN PROJECT

In the morning of January 20th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony of Lancaster Eden project at An Phu An Khanh urban area, An Phu ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh city. Hush Creatvie Co., Ltd – Trung Thuy Group is the investor.

Representatives of Investor, subcontractor, suppliers and construction teams attended that ceremony.

CENTRAL is the general contractor for structure, MEP and project completion with the total project value of 184 billion VND, expected to be handed over in the early of July 2018. The LANCASTER EDEN project locates in front of Tran Luu street, with total constructing area of over 26,500m2, it is designed in a modern style with 14 villas and a club house locating near the city center, about 10 minutes of walking.

Previously, in January 17th 2018, D&B CENTRAL contractor and the investor organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the HOPE RESIDENCE project at Viet Hung urban area, Hanoi.

THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF “HOPE RESIDENCE” PROJECT

In the morning of January 17th 2018, Investor and CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers organized the groundbreaking ceremony of “HOPE RESIDENCE” project.

CENTRAL is the D&B contractor with total project value of 1,600 billion VND. CENTRAL, the design team and the construction team have committed to complete the project on time in accordance with the progress requirements, to ensure safety and quality!

The design and construction progress are 26 months, expected to be handed over in the end of 2019.

CENTRAL COOPERATED WITH THE FESTIVAL OF “TECHNOLOGY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH – IVTH TIME, 2018” – HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

In the morning of January 13th 2018, University of Technology organized successfully the festival of “Technology scientific research – 4th time, 2018”in the joyful environment, gathered many students from different universities in Ho Chi Minh City. And CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company was honored to be the sponsor of that program.

The science and technology festival were a useful playground for researching and cultivating talents and promoting scientific researches in University of Technology in particular and universities in the field of construction in general. Moreover, the festival improved knowledge and skills for students (especially for students in 3rd and 4th year), helped them to understand more about the importance of science and technology researches, technological creative and apply to solve practical problems.

At the festival, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Chief Executive Officer of CENTRAL had awarded scholarships for excellent students. Of which there were 10 scholarships for students from Construction faculty and Electrical engineering faculty. Especially, CENTRAL spent scholarships for 30 excellent students to have working positions in the Company without any interview. Because we knew that this was a great spiritual present for students, the future generations of our country.

CENTRAL is always willing to welcome students to participate in internships, learn from practical experiences at construction sites and gain confidence in our team today!
