REPRESENTATIVE OF HR DEPARTMENT VISIT OFFICE 5 (REE) OFFICE

Continue to the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. On July 6, HR Department has visited and encouraged the staff in ETOWN 5(REE) OFFICE at HCMC.

Especially in this trip, there is a special program “UNDERSTANDING CENTRAL” which is a mini-game quiz about CENTRAL knowledge through the multiple choice answer on the smartphone. They were excitedly participated in, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of laughter. As a result, the top 5 winners of the program were given the most meaningful gifts.

After the question and answer session, Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Quyen (HR representative) talked with the staff, sharing the thoughts and difficulties that they had overcome, through which HRD also expressed their appreciation and acknowledge the contributions of all staff.

The program closed in joy and excitement. We understand that visiting is not only spiritual but also a great resource to empower them to fulfill its mission and conquer more challenges ahead.

TRADE UNION VISITED THE NORTH AND CENTRAL CONSTRUCTION SITES

In the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. From June 25 to June 28, the Executive Committee of Trade Union combine with CENTRAL Media has visited and encouraged the staff in the North and Central areas including Vinhomes Riverside The Harmony, Hope Residence, Edison International School, Vinh City Star City Thanh Hoa, Vincom Quang Ngai.



Representative of the company, Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son (AM – Union President), Mr. Tran Chi Cau (Workforce Manager) and Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh (Media Manager) expressed their interest, appreciation and acknowledgment of staff contributions during the past. Thereby, they also have some encouragement and inspire to staff for more motivation to accomplish well tasks, business plan set out this year.

On June 23rd, Vincom officially topped off with a workforce of 60 workers who have completed more than 700 concrete blocks in 12 consecutive hours. At Vinhomes Star City, Thanh Hoa province also completed the 4th batch of concrete pouring on June 27th. These are two of CENTRAL’s key sites because of the “heat” of the work and the harsh “heat” of hot weather in the North and Central of the summer.


This is one of the annual activities of CENTRAL to timely listen to the wishes and updates on the operation of the work sites and simultaneous contribute to increased cohesion and interaction in CENTRAL family community./.

CENTRAL ORGANIZE TRAINING PROGRAM “FINANCIAL – PROJECT BUDGET MANAGEMENT”

As part of the training plan, CENTRAL has successfully organized a training program named “Finance – Project Budget Management” on June 22, 2018, at Tan Cang restaurant.

The program was honored to welcome the presence of Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – CEO. That was the first time CENTRAL’s key people join the advanced training program, which demonstrates the special care of the BOD in the development of human resources.

That program had attracted more than 170 participants, including department heads (Office staffs), Site Manager/ Deputy Site Manager and representatives of relevant departments. All necessary knowledge about “Financial management – project budget” was shared by Doan Quoc Thinh (internal lecturer) very clear and detail in order to meet the requirements of raising high capacity management for management levels.

The program not only brings important knowledge about management but also contributes to build and consolidate the spirit of solidarity towards the core values called CENTRAL. After the program, the trainees also let us know they collected skills and practical experiences shared by the BOD.

CENTRAL 01 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

On June 22, 2018, CENTRAL celebrates 1 year anniversary (June 23, 2017 – June 23, 2018) and congratulates for the new headquarters with the theme “WELCOME HOME”.

CENTRAL was born on June 23, 2017 (01 year ago) with only one desire of young people are trying to bring new thinking, new vision and the new way of construction to the guests both domestic and foreign.

THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF EMASI NAM LONG SCHOOL

On the morning of May 24 2018, Khai Sang Joint Stock Company, Nam Long Investment Corporation Company (Nam Long Group) and CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company held the commencement ceremony of “EMASI NAM LONG SCHOOL” at Nam Long urban area, Tan Thuan Dong ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

The ceremony was honored to welcome the Investor – Khai Sang JSC – Mr. Nguyen Tuyen (CEO), Mr. Frederic Bolleit, Ms. Anna Lautenschlaeger (Director of enrollment); Mr. Le Chien Thang (Director of Business Development – Nam Long Group), Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen (Head of Project – Nam Long Group) and Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (CEO of CENTRAL – Main contractor) in common with construction teams, subcontractors and official suppliers.


CENTRAL officialy commencement of Emasi Nam Long School project 

The CENTRAL packages in this project include structural, finishing and MEP. The project is built on a land area of ​​9,800 m2, total floor area of ​​20,000 m2. Emasi Nam Long is designed in a modern architecture suitable for high-class residential areas and other utility facilities. The size of the project is 1 basement, 6 floors divided into 3 zones – of which 2 are primary and secondary schools and 1 sports and swimming pool. The construction expected to finish within 11 months, start in May 2018.
